500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

Join the 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh at Mrityunjay Yogpeeth, a 57-day residential program combining 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training with an intensive 8-day workshop. The advanced program focuses on traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, yogic cleansing techniques, teaching methodology, and advanced practice.

Students learn under experienced Indian yoga teachers in an immersive ashram environment near the Ganges. The program includes accommodation, three daily sattvic vegetarian meals, yoga materials and props, an 8-day workshop, and course certification.
