Description
French version Follows.
Oramotion is a free-form dance experience focused on breath, presence, and listening to the body. The practice can also help regulate the nervous system by providing a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with oneself.
In a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment, the music supports an inner journey where everyone is invited to move freely, at their own pace and in response to what arises in the moment.
