Wellness Retreat
Description
Belonging is not something we earn. It is already alive beneath the roles we play and the strategies we have built to protect ourselves, waiting to be rediscovered. This wellness retreat at Blue Spirit Costa Rica, in Nosara, Guanacaste, invites you to turn toward the tender, reactive, guarded, or afraid places within you with curiosity and respect, rather than turning away.
Belonging to Ourselves and Each Other: Inner Parts, Relational Life & Sacred Community gathers world-renowned teachers in parts work, embodied relational practice, and sacred chant, including Richard C. Schwartz, Prentis Hemphill, and Sah D'Simone. Together they explore how healing unfolds within the individual, between people, and in the wider collective. The week begins on a Saturday and runs as a seven-night stay among Blue Spirit's ocean, jungle, and land.
If you are weighing whether to come, the invitation is to meet yourself and others with more courage, more self-compassion, and more room to laugh along the way, and to build relationships rooted in presence, choice, and wholeness rather than fear, obligation, or old patterns.
What to Expect
The program weaves together parts work, relational inquiry, somatic practice, sacred chant, and movement. Scheduled teachings and workshops with the faculty are part of your tuition, and the week is shaped around meeting what feels difficult with greater understanding rather than bypassing it.
- Parts work grounded in Internal Family Systems
- Embodied and somatic practice
- Relational inquiry and community
- Sacred chant and movement
