Confusion Becoming Direction: August 2026 Energy Reading

Lee Harris
Lee Harris

Watch · 7

Thirty seconds into the August 2026 Energy Update, Lee Harris is already naming the weather. He calls himself an intuitive, says he takes "the pulse on what might be showing up for you energetically, psychologically, and emotionally," and then lays out the month in a few plain sentences: stronger personal transformation energy, a new wave of peacemakers, and confusion turning into direction. Posted July 31, 2026, the roughly thirty-two-minute video is a monthly forecast in the old sense of that word, less a prediction of events than a reading of the inner climate that many people are already breathing. Its chapters move from the mood of the world ("what is this world we are living in?") to the absence of any shared worldview, from the slow turn of long-term confusion into a sense of direction, to anger softening into what he calls allowance, to the noise we are asked to rise above, to peacemaking, presence, and finally the idea that disconnection can become a doorway to connection. This article explains the ideas underneath those headings, so the reading holds up for someone who has not pressed play.

What did the August 2026 Energy Update actually set out to read?

Harris opens with a set of claims about timing. He says the month brings "stronger personal transformation energies," and that it will be "easier to make things happen in the outside world than it has for several months." He ties that to a stretch of disorientation he says has been building: reactivity to world events, a sense of the planet itself moving. He recalls touring North America and feeling how differently people were carrying the moment from city to city, even within one continent. That detail matters, because it frames the whole update as observation rather than doctrine. He is describing a felt atmosphere, and inviting the viewer to check it against their own body.

He also flags his own calendar. Soul Magic, his annual week-long retreat in Santa Barbara, runs in August, with in-person spots still open for August 16 and the event being live-streamed for the first time. A re-filmed version of his empath and narcissist course is slated for September, and a free 20-minute channeled piece from that course is offered in the video's description. Those practical notes are easy to skip past, but they show how the energy readings are meant to be used: as a prompt to look at relationships and choices, followed by a place to go deeper.

Why is everyone asking "what is this world we are living in?"

The first theme is the one most people will recognize, because it is a sentence they have likely said out loud or thought at night. Harris describes it as a global question tied to what he calls a spiritual awakening: the moment a person realizes "the world is not quite what we thought it was," or finds they can no longer operate the way they once did. He credits his guides with a long-standing message that after 2012 the world would enter transformation, and that from 2020 onward more people would begin to see that the direction of things was not what they had assumed. Whether someone encounters that realization through politics, climate events, or an inner awakening, he says, the result is the same kind of uncertainty.

What distinguishes this from ordinary worry, in his telling, is where it lands. He describes uncertainty moving from the mind into the body and the energy field. "It's one thing to feel uncertain in your mind," he says in the video, "it's another thing to start feeling it in your body and your energy field because it's going around." For empathic people, that means the mood of the collective arrives without a clear source. His suggestion is practical rather than comforting in the easy sense: treat it as a chance to practice being present with not knowing, even though the place is rarely comfortable and often jarring.

He also notes that the old script is still being read, but with less conviction. People keep saying the same things they have always said, yet "they've got less commitment to their words," in his description, and less stability inside them. He names the emotions that come with this undoing: grief for the past, a wish to return to how things were, and an impatience for a better future to arrive faster than it seems to. "It's a global undoing of an old way of seeing things and feeling things," he says. That phrase is worth holding, because it reframes what looks like collective breakdown as something closer to demolition before construction.

Why does Harris say there is no unification right now?

The second theme follows directly from the first, and it is the one most likely to sting. Harris says plainly: "There is no unification right now." He does not treat this as a failure. He treats it as a diagnosis that changes where we should look. People yearn for unification and often search for it outside themselves, in a group, an organization, a religion, or a government that promises to make everything cohere. That search produces a particular pain, a longing that persists until it is met.

"This is a time to choose your path or your way. What is it that will bring you to a sense of unification in yourself?" (Lee Harris, August 2026 Energy Update, around 8:38)

He backs this with an observation about the present season. Some people, he says, are moving toward what he calls Jesus Christ consciousness, some into formal religion around that, some away from it and into a more personal spiritual relationship, and some toward an atheistic view. Each is a different answer to the same question, and none is universal. From that, he draws a instruction that cuts against a lot of activist and evangelical energy: you do not need to convince other people to think the way you do. "It's pointless," he says. Unity, in this reading, is an inner condition that becomes visible in your relationship to life and to the world, not a consensus you can enforce.

How can long-term confusion turn into direction?

This is the theme Harris seems to care about most, and his phrasing is memorable: "Confusion becomes direction." He is speaking to a particular person, the one who has been confused or disoriented for a long time and wonders whether something is wrong with them. His reading is that the confusion has been doing work. It has been loosening old commitments, and the creative fire, purpose, and sense of momentum that had gone quiet are, in his words, beginning to come back online.

The transcript suggests a practical frame for this. The person who has been stuck is advised not to force the timing. He mentions that the energy will make it easier to bring transformation into the outside world, which means that ideas once stalled may now move, but the movement is more likely to arrive as a small concrete step than as a grand reinvention. He asks viewers to consider how small, simple, and local they can make their next move. Direction, on this account, does not usually announce itself as a map. It shows up as the next honest action.

What does it mean to rise above the noise?

The chapter headed "Rise above the Noise" sits at the center of the video, and Harris's commentary there returns to a point he has made throughout: how loud the surrounding world has become, and how easily we are pulled into it. He remarks on how noisy the collective field is at the moment and asks whether we are surviving or thriving in the way we actually want. The question is not rhetorical. It invites a self-audit: where is my attention going, and what am I reacting to that I did not choose?

The practical implication is an inward turn that also has an outward shape. Rising above noise does not mean withdrawing from the world. It means choosing which parts of it you let set your pace. Harris's broader framing suggests that the people who are able to do this, the ones who stop reacting to every event and begin acting from their own center, are the ones best placed for the transformation he describes.

Who is the new wave of peacemakers?

The video's description frames this theme simply: more people are "choosing compassion over conflict," and discovering that creating peace within themselves and in the world around them is among the most powerful ways to serve these times. The chapter itself, titled "A New Wave of Peacemakers birthing," treats peacemaking as an emerging collective movement rather than a set of individual virtues. The excerpt available for this article does not develop it at length, and the full video is where the fuller argument lives, so it is worth watching that section directly rather than relying on a summary.

What can be said accurately is that Harris links this wave to the other themes. Those who have been reactive, disoriented, or pulled into noise are, in the logic of the update, the same people who can become steady enough to de-escalate. Peace, in this framing, starts as a personal discipline before it becomes a public act.

How does disconnection become connection?

The closing theme addresses people who feel cut off. Harris says that when someone has been disconnected for a while, it can be a real hunger for connection, and that the way we relate to that hunger is changing. He points toward bringing new energy into your own immediate world, your own daily relationships, rather than waiting for a large external community to form around you. The movement from disconnection to connection starts close to home.

The video's final stretch also returns to a theme about trust. Harris speaks about what happens when trust has taken a hit and people find themselves caught in a particular kind of dynamic, a reference that lines up with the empath and narcissist material he is preparing for September. His closing emphasis, as far as the transcript shows, is that connection, power, and love are the ground that continues to hold, even while the surface of things is changing.

Where to go from here

Read the August 2026 Energy Update as an inventory, not a verdict. Its central claims are that the world feels unstable because old ways of seeing are dissolving, that no external structure will supply the unity people are longing for, that confusion can become direction, and that presence, local action, and compassion are the practical responses. If one of those lines hits hard, the most useful next step is to watch the matching chapter in full, since the excerpt here covers only part of the material. If you are drawn to the empath and narcissist dynamic, the free channeled piece mentioned in the description is the logical starting point before the September course. And if the "confusion becoming direction" idea fits your own season, consider what small, concrete step would be the most honest move for you this week.

[0:00] Hello everyone, welcome to the energy

[0:03] update for August 2026. I'm Lee, I'm an

[0:06] intuitive and every month I take the

[0:08] pulse on what might be showing up for

[0:11] you energetically, psychologically, and

[0:14] emotionally. A few of the themes for

[0:16] August are stronger personal

[0:20] transformation energies are incoming

[0:22] this month. So, it will be easier to

[0:25] make things happen in the outside world

[0:27] than it has for several months.

[0:29] Also, the energy of peace, a new wave of

[0:34] peacemakers beginning to birth. And

[0:37] lastly, confusion becomes direction. So,

[0:41] for any of you who have been confused or

[0:43] disoriented for a while, direction and

[0:46] creative fire is coming online for those

[0:49] of you in that category. Stay tuned for

[0:52] all of this month's themes.

[1:02] >> [music]

[1:03] >> Hello everyone, welcome to August 2026

[1:06] energy update. And just before I get

[1:09] into this month's themes, we are holding

[1:12] Soul Magic, our annual week-long retreat

[1:15] in Santa Barbara, California this month.

[1:18] There are still spots available if you

[1:20] want to be with us in person August

[1:23] 16th,

[1:24] but we are for the first time ever

[1:26] choosing to live stream the event. So,

[1:28] the entire event is being live streamed.

[1:31] That's an option if you wanted to join

[1:33] in. So, use the link below for more

[1:36] details. And also, in the month of

[1:39] September, I'm happy to announce I have

[1:42] completely re-filmed my course Empaths

[1:46] and Narcissists, which is a course I

[1:49] first released in 2018, and it was

[1:51] re-released a couple of times, but this

[1:54] is the first time I've re-approached the

[1:56] material. So, that is coming in

[1:58] September for those of you who wish to

[2:00] go through that experience.

[2:02] But we are actually giving you access to

[2:05] a free 20-minute channeled piece from

[2:08] the new course about the empath

[2:11] narcissist dynamic, what it represents,

[2:13] how to move through it, and you can get

[2:16] that for free at the link below. So if

[2:18] you use the links below the video, both

[2:21] of those things are available.

[2:23] But for now, let's look at the themes

[2:26] for this month. So firstly, as a kind of

[2:28] heading for August, stronger personal

[2:32] transformation energies will be

[2:34] available this month. So for you in your

[2:37] own personal life, in your own personal

[2:40] growth, and perhaps in what it is that

[2:42] you are trying to build and bring to the

[2:44] world, it will be a stronger month for

[2:47] that than it has been for several. Over

[2:49] the last several months, we've seen a

[2:51] lot more disorientation,

[2:53] a lot more reactivity to world events,

[2:57] things that we're experiencing as a

[2:59] planet, and certainly you can feel that.

[3:01] You know, I noticed when I was on tour

[3:04] across North America, it was really

[3:06] interesting to feel the world energies

[3:08] as you go to each different place. Even

[3:11] though I was in one continent, it was

[3:13] very palpable how people were feeling.

[3:16] But this month as a whole, there will be

[3:19] a a stronger ability to move

[3:22] transformation into your life,

[3:23] particularly if you have been struggling

[3:26] to make certain things happen. So let's

[3:27] look at some of the themes that have

[3:30] come through for me

[3:31] for the month of August. So

[3:33] theme number one,

[3:35] what is this world we are living in?

[3:39] What is this world we are living in?

[3:42] Feeling uncertain about everything, and

[3:45] many are looking for answers, and this

[3:47] is part of the energetic shuffle we are

[3:50] now in.

[3:51] So what is this world we are living in

[3:53] relates to a sentence that you may have

[3:55] said out loud or thought to yourself in

[3:58] recent months or even years. There are a

[4:01] few different aspects to this.

[4:03] Number one, whenever we go through a

[4:05] spiritual awakening, and spiritual

[4:07] awakenings can look different for

[4:08] different people, but usually it's where

[4:11] we wake up to realize the world is not

[4:13] quite what we thought it was before, or

[4:15] we are no longer able to operate in the

[4:18] way that we used to be able to.

[4:20] One of the things that my guides had

[4:22] said for many years

[4:24] is that as we got deeper past the year

[4:26] of 2012, we were going to see the world

[4:29] go into transformation, and that from

[4:32] 2020 onwards things were going to get a

[4:35] lot stronger in terms of how many people

[4:38] would start to realize, "Oh, the world

[4:40] is not what we thought it was or going

[4:43] in the direction that we thought it was

[4:45] going in." So,

[4:46] more and more people, as I mentioned in

[4:49] the July energy update, are waking up to

[4:53] see that things are not quite as they

[4:55] thought, whether they're focusing on

[4:57] that politically, whether they're

[4:58] focusing on that with climate events,

[5:01] whether they're focusing on that

[5:02] spiritually, having an awakening in

[5:05] themselves.

[5:06] There is this mass uncertainty about

[5:09] everything, and while I think many

[5:11] people felt that before, there've never

[5:14] been so many people viscerally feeling

[5:17] that.

[5:18] It's one thing to feel uncertain in your

[5:20] mind, it's another thing to start

[5:22] feeling it in your body and your energy

[5:24] field because it's going around. So, if

[5:26] you're empathic or sensitive, and you've

[5:29] been feeling this a lot more,

[5:31] it's a great opportunity for us to

[5:34] practice being in the present and the

[5:36] not knowing of it all. It's It's not

[5:39] necessarily a comfortable place for many

[5:41] of us to be, and usually when we find

[5:43] ourselves in it, it's quite jarring. You

[5:45] know, it can push up against parts of

[5:48] either your identity or the way that you

[5:50] thought life was supposed to be. So, it

[5:52] does cause a spiritual awakening, but

[5:56] usually when we're in it, it's not very

[5:58] comfortable. So,

[6:00] many people right now will be looking

[6:02] for answers, and you yourself might have

[6:05] found yourself

[6:06] in a deeper process of looking for

[6:08] answers. What's life about? What's this

[6:11] Earth about? Where is everything going?

[6:14] And that is very much par for the times.

[6:17] So, if you're feeling that, it's quite

[6:20] normal, and lots of people are feeling

[6:22] it. People just aren't as used to

[6:24] talking about it to each other. You

[6:25] know, you may have certain friends in

[6:27] your life you have these conversations

[6:29] with,

[6:30] but what you'll be beginning to notice

[6:32] is that many people will be playing the

[6:34] old script, but looking more disoriented

[6:38] within it. You know, they've got less

[6:40] commitment to their words, less

[6:42] commitment to things they have said for

[6:45] years or decades that no longer feel as

[6:48] stable inside themselves. So, this theme

[6:51] of what is this world we are living in

[6:53] is a kind of global question that's

[6:55] going around. And people are

[6:58] finding themselves

[7:01] having different relationships to that

[7:03] question. Not everyone is thinking the

[7:05] same thing about what the new world is

[7:08] or could be, but it's a global undoing

[7:12] of an old way of seeing things and

[7:14] feeling things. So, it brings with it

[7:17] all kinds of feelings. There can be

[7:18] grief for the past. There can be a

[7:21] desire to go back to how things were.

[7:23] There can be a desire to see a better

[7:26] future happening faster than we're

[7:28] seeing it. So, there is a a lot of that

[7:31] in the air. So, if you're feeling that

[7:33] in yourself, know that you're not alone.

[7:36] It's going around. It's normal, and it's

[7:39] quite a natural question to have at this

[7:42] stage of where are at the moment in this

[7:45] massive transformation that we're going

[7:46] through on the planet.

[7:48] Theme number two links to theme number

[7:50] one.

[7:51] And it is

[7:52] there is no unification right now.

[7:56] There is no unification right now.

[8:00] We can often yearn for unification and

[8:03] look for it outside ourselves. Looking

[8:06] for

[8:07] a group or an organization or a religion

[8:09] or a government that will help us unify

[8:12] everything or offer us a sense of

[8:14] unification.

[8:16] But at the moment, there is no

[8:17] unification. There is no worldwide or

[8:21] total group way of seeing things and

[8:25] that can cause a certain pain learn

[8:28] yearning longing until you find it. But

[8:31] this is a time to choose your path or

[8:35] your way.

[8:37] What is it that will bring you to a

[8:38] sense of unification in yourself? Your

[8:42] relationship with life, your

[8:43] relationship with the world. I spoke

[8:46] last month how there is a season change

[8:48] going on for people. Some people are

[8:52] moving toward Jesus Christ

[8:54] consciousness. Some people are moving

[8:56] into a formal religion around that. Some

[8:58] people are moving away from that. And

[9:00] they're moving into more of a spiritual

[9:02] relationship. Some people are letting go

[9:04] of all of it and having a more atheistic

[9:07] view of things.

[9:09] There is no unification. And you don't

[9:10] want to spend time trying to get other

[9:13] people to think the way you think or

[9:15] feel. It's pointless. Because someone

[9:18] will have their own experience that will

[9:20] bring them to a certain place.

[9:22] You will feel a yes in your body around

[9:26] what is for you.

[9:28] So, you will feel a yes around what's

[9:30] working for you right now. What's your

[9:32] path?

[9:33] What's your faith?

[9:35] You Maybe your faith has become very

[9:37] small. You know, maybe your faith has

[9:39] become My faith right now is my family,

[9:43] my friends, the things I'm doing for my

[9:45] local community. I'm keeping my world

[9:47] quite small. Don't judge that. There

[9:50] might be a part of your mind going, "Oh,

[9:51] shouldn't I be more of a global

[9:53] activist?" If that isn't where you are

[9:55] feeling to be right now, follow your

[9:57] feeling.

[9:58] And if it's creating a sense of

[10:00] unification for you or a sense of

[10:02] belonging or a sense of connection,

[10:05] you're on the right path for right now.

[10:08] Things are so chaotic in the world that

[10:10] you often have to bring things down to

[10:12] the small and the simple in order to

[10:14] reconnect. So, there is no unification

[10:17] right now. If you're grieving for that,

[10:20] have the grief, but at the same time

[10:22] recognize that unification is a personal

[10:24] experience that we can have inside

[10:26] ourselves. We can feel unified with

[10:29] other people, other places, our

[10:31] relationship to nature, spirit,

[10:34] creativity, whatever it is that's your

[10:36] thing.

[10:37] But, don't spend too much time

[10:40] heartbroken about the fact that we are

[10:42] not a unified world. Instead, choose the

[10:45] area that you want to bring unity and

[10:48] unification to. And choose the areas

[10:51] that help you feel more connected in

[10:53] yourself. It's very important right now

[10:55] for stability.

[10:57] Theme number three, long-term confusion

[11:00] turning into direction. So, long-term

[11:03] confusion turning into direction.

[11:07] Creative fire is coming online for many

[11:10] who have been confused or lacking

[11:13] direction for a while.

[11:15] So, if you have felt the confusion or

[11:17] the lack of direction for a while, this

[11:19] could be the month where for you

[11:21] everything starts going in the right

[11:22] direction. And you start feeling a

[11:25] direction again, feeling a creative

[11:27] fire.

[11:28] Whenever we go through a rebirth,

[11:30] we tend to lose function in the outside

[11:33] world to some degree. Now, you know, you

[11:37] can be going through a rebirth and

[11:38] carrying on with things in your world

[11:40] that you have to do, your duties, your

[11:42] commitments. You might not feel as

[11:44] connected to them as you did at one time

[11:46] because you're going through a rebirth,

[11:48] but you also haven't abandoned them and

[11:51] left them aside.

[11:54] But you might be missing that spark or

[11:56] that fire or that part of you that used

[11:58] to know why you were doing things.

[12:00] Again, I'm going to bring you back to

[12:02] theme number one

[12:03] to remind you that there is a lot of

[12:05] questioning right now about reality as a

[12:08] whole that is global. A lot of people

[12:11] are questioning what was, what is. So,

[12:13] there's a level of disorientation that

[12:15] is just normal at the moment. But for

[12:18] many of you who've perhaps been going

[12:20] through this for a while,

[12:22] you may have already as

[12:24] just at the end of July, you may have

[12:25] started to feel a bit more of a okay, I

[12:28] think I know what I want to do. I think

[12:30] I've feeling some sense of direction

[12:32] coming back. So,

[12:35] your creative fire might be coming

[12:36] online and again, no need to rush, no

[12:39] need to try and overextend yourself.

[12:42] This is not a time for massive big

[12:46] vision because we are still in we're

[12:48] still in such shifting energies and a

[12:51] lot of dissolution is still happening on

[12:53] Earth and a lot of chaos is happening on

[12:58] Earth. So, it tends to be that your kind

[13:00] of smaller to medium goals will tend to

[13:04] be more achievable than big ambitious

[13:07] long-term goals right now. You can keep

[13:09] chipping away at the long-term goal, but

[13:11] don't get too frustrated that you can't

[13:13] build big in your life. You will get to

[13:17] big as an outcome if you stick to small

[13:19] and medium. So, for many of you who've

[13:22] got that creative fire coming back

[13:23] online, that's great. Give yourself the

[13:26] grace and the space to know that it can

[13:28] ebb and flow a little bit as it comes

[13:29] back online.

[13:31] But you're ready to start

[13:34] building again and also sending yourself

[13:37] in the direction of where you want to

[13:38] go. This won't be for everybody. Some of

[13:40] you will just be coming into this

[13:42] confusion right now. But for those of

[13:45] you who've been in that confusion for 6

[13:46] months, 12 months, or more, you might

[13:49] start to feel your direction coming back

[13:51] because you've been through enough of a

[13:53] rebirth now.

[13:55] Okay, theme number four.

[13:58] Anger becomes allowance.

[14:01] Anger becomes allowance. This theme is

[14:04] about spiritual surrender.

[14:08] So, anger becoming allowance and

[14:11] surrendering your anger to allowing what

[14:15] is happening rather than just feeling

[14:17] angry about it. This is different to

[14:20] activism on behalf of others.

[14:22] So, this isn't so much

[14:24] that those of you who feel angry about

[14:26] what you're seeing in the world or

[14:27] injustices or

[14:30] things that are happening to others that

[14:31] you know are unfair. This isn't so much

[14:33] that you your anger around that is going

[14:36] to land in allowance and spiritual

[14:38] surrender. This is more personal.

[14:41] This is more related to anger you may

[14:43] feel in yourself, towards your life,

[14:47] your path, your place in the world. If

[14:51] you've been feeling angry for a while,

[14:54] there is an energy coming in around

[14:56] spiritual surrender for many people.

[14:59] And it might be that anger, that fire,

[15:01] that fight that you have been feeling

[15:04] is just beginning to soften or run out

[15:06] of energy. And now you're landing a

[15:09] little bit more in a place of allowance.

[15:12] It's not an easy one for us to practice,

[15:14] you know, we don't live in a world that

[15:16] encourages us to be in allowance. We

[15:19] usually have to go to spiritual

[15:20] teachings.

[15:22] We usually haven't have to go into

[15:25] spiritual places or establishments that

[15:28] might hold the practice of being in

[15:31] allowance. We often have to be in

[15:33] environments

[15:35] or patterns of behavior

[15:38] or activities, pastimes that will allow

[15:42] us to become more allowing.

[15:45] But for some of you

[15:46] your anger might have just run out of

[15:49] steam or moved through you in the way

[15:51] that it needed to and now it's done. So,

[15:54] some of you might be feeling the

[15:57] ha, I'm feeling a little more

[15:59] surrendered to what is than I was.

[16:02] And even if that doesn't necessarily

[16:04] tell you what step to take next it

[16:07] starts to make a next step possible for

[16:09] you.

[16:10] So, this might be a month where you feel

[16:12] some calm after a lot of fire.

[16:15] And it might take you a month to just

[16:17] land in the calm before you take action.

[16:20] So, let yourself just feel the allowance

[16:24] and

[16:25] the spiritual surrender that we all have

[16:27] to make. You know, there is a level of

[16:28] spiritual surrender that I believe that

[16:30] we're all in even if our egos or our

[16:33] minds have got hold about who we think

[16:36] we are or what we think we're here to

[16:37] do.

[16:38] You know, at the end of the day life

[16:40] will humble us constantly and it will

[16:42] ask us to surrender to things we might

[16:44] not want things we may not see coming.

[16:48] So, more and more people are becoming

[16:50] more

[16:50] attuned to this idea of surrendering to

[16:54] life rather than being in control or in

[16:57] charge of it. And we're certainly seeing

[16:59] world events that are breaking the

[17:02] illusion of control that we thought we

[17:04] may have or that we thought others may

[17:07] have on our behalf around our life.

[17:10] Okay, theme number five.

[17:13] Rise above the noise.

[17:15] This is good advice for life anyway, but

[17:18] this was a message that came through for

[17:20] this month. Rise above the noise, if you

[17:23] haven't already.

[17:25] If you can tune out distractions and

[17:28] confusion,

[17:29] you will easier tune into why you are

[17:32] here

[17:33] and what you are here for right now.

[17:36] So, rise above the noise. If you can

[17:39] tune out distractions and confusion, you

[17:42] will easier tune into why you are here

[17:45] and what you are here for right now.

[17:48] It's interesting again, traveling around

[17:51] across North America lately and seeing a

[17:53] lot of cities and places where crowds

[17:56] gather. It's interesting how noisy the

[17:59] world is and how noisy the world has

[18:02] become compared to say 30, 40 years ago.

[18:06] And so, there is a practice that we have

[18:09] to

[18:10] be in charge of. You know, we have the

[18:12] ability to

[18:15] know where we're placing our attention,

[18:17] know where we're placing our focus, know

[18:19] what relationships we're giving our

[18:20] energy and our time to. And so, this

[18:22] message is really for any of you who are

[18:24] feeling like

[18:26] you aren't surviving or thriving the way

[18:28] you would like to. You might feel like

[18:30] you're drowning, you might feel

[18:32] overwhelmed, you might feel depressed by

[18:35] everything that you're seeing. Can you,

[18:37] this month, take some time every day to

[18:41] rise above the noise?

[18:43] To step out of the noise of the world,

[18:47] uh people, places, things, technology

[18:50] that you might be engaged with,

[18:52] engaged in, and just have some silence,

[18:55] have some quiet. Bring it back to the

[18:57] simple, as I said earlier.

[18:59] How small, simple, and local can you

[19:03] act? And this isn't really something

[19:05] that we do

[19:07] just as a remedy to overwhelm on one

[19:09] day.

[19:10] This This actually a a practice and a

[19:12] habit that we can start to form that

[19:15] will help give us a better baseline.

[19:17] I've definitely found that the more I

[19:20] stay away from noise,

[19:22] the more noisy the noise seems to me.

[19:25] And I don't mean in a way that you can't

[19:27] handle it or survive it in an

[19:29] inconvenient way. I I mean more that you

[19:31] start to notice, "Ooh, this is a very

[19:33] noisy environment. I don't need to stay

[19:35] here. I'm going to go and find somewhere

[19:37] else."

[19:40] It's very easy to think that the state

[19:43] that we are experiencing is the only

[19:45] state in the world.

[19:47] But actually, there are different states

[19:49] we can experience if we change our

[19:51] habits, our patterns, our direction. So

[19:54] again, there is a big call this month

[19:57] to us, to ourselves. How can we create

[19:59] changes in our life? And I think

[20:02] whenever we are in a time where we feel

[20:05] confused, overwhelmed,

[20:07] disheartened, perhaps,

[20:09] you do need to ask yourself, "Okay, how

[20:12] can I change certain things so that I

[20:14] experience a slightly different

[20:16] frequency?"

[20:18] Okay, theme number six.

[20:20] There is a new wave of peacemakers

[20:24] birthing right now.

[20:26] There is a new wave of peacemakers

[20:29] birthing right now.

[20:31] And the sentence I was given was turn

[20:34] the other cheek or turning the other

[20:37] cheek.

[20:38] A movement and creation of peace in the

[20:41] face of the opposite to peace

[20:44] is growing on Earth. A movement and

[20:47] creation of peace in the face of the

[20:50] opposite to peace is growing on Earth.

[20:53] It's interesting as we see more darkness

[20:56] or shadow showing its face. It makes

[20:59] sense to me that there would be a new

[21:00] wave of peacemakers birthing.

[21:03] So, you may be noticing or seeing these

[21:05] people around you. You may be becoming

[21:08] one of these people.

[21:10] You may be

[21:12] finding that

[21:13] things that used to matter to you,

[21:16] things that used to be important to you,

[21:17] they just don't matter anymore.

[21:19] Because you are starting to turn your

[21:22] ship, your vessel, your being in the

[21:24] direction of living for and creating

[21:28] more peace for others, creating peace on

[21:32] Earth.

[21:33] And we create peace on Earth not because

[21:35] we think we're going to influence the

[21:37] whole world,

[21:39] but because we recognize that peace

[21:42] needs to be seen in the world, and it

[21:44] needs to be felt.

[21:45] So, if we can be one of the gardeners of

[21:47] peace, we are contributing to the garden

[21:50] of peace that the world needs. So, there

[21:52] will be a whole group of you resonant

[21:55] with this theme right now. You might be

[21:56] finding each other. You might be finding

[21:59] movements and organizations that are

[22:01] helping you to grow this sense of peace,

[22:03] evolve it.

[22:05] But, you're not only developing this for

[22:08] now in response to what's happening in

[22:10] the world now. Many of you will be

[22:12] becoming more of a peacemaker for the

[22:15] future decades and for future

[22:17] generations. So, it's almost like a

[22:19] mission change.

[22:21] Some of you will now be steering your

[22:23] ship towards being a peacemaker.

[22:25] Perhaps before you were a healer or a

[22:27] creator or something entirely different.

[22:31] Peace has probably always been important

[22:33] to you, but now it will be coming online

[22:35] in a bigger way.

[22:37] Okay.

[22:38] Theme number seven, present moment

[22:41] displacement.

[22:43] Nostalgia and reassessing of the past as

[22:47] part of coming to terms with the

[22:49] present.

[22:51] Plus, 2028 energy is already calling

[22:54] many forward, but it is not yet stable.

[22:57] Let me explain this one.

[22:58] So, present moment displacement,

[23:01] um it's interesting. I definitely relate

[23:04] to this one myself cuz in in some of my,

[23:07] you know, wanting giving myself some

[23:09] time to be in the present in recent

[23:11] weeks,

[23:12] it's been interesting how um

[23:16] how busy the present is because it's in

[23:18] such a state of flux and change and fast

[23:22] movement.

[23:24] And so nostalgia and reassessing of the

[23:26] past for many of us can be part of

[23:31] coming to the now.

[23:32] And your life may have been moving very

[23:34] fast over the last few years. And so

[23:38] when you do give yourself to the present

[23:40] and you pause,

[23:41] sometimes the past has to catch up and

[23:44] move through your system, your thoughts,

[23:46] your feelings, memories come up that you

[23:48] maybe haven't thought of for a few years

[23:51] or longer.

[23:52] And this is all part of the displacement

[23:55] of the present moment, but the present

[23:56] moment is really

[23:59] is really a journey to where we're

[24:00] going.

[24:02] It's interesting that

[24:03] the 2028 energy got mentioned and that

[24:06] came through me this morning. It said

[24:08] that 2028 energy is already calling many

[24:10] of us forward, but it's not yet stable

[24:13] on the planet.

[24:14] So some of us are already 2 years ahead

[24:17] in part of our energy field.

[24:19] But that energy is is a birthing and a a

[24:23] positive energy that we can't yet fully

[24:26] stabilize and ground because we're in

[24:28] this chaotic transformational year that

[24:32] we're in.

[24:33] So you might

[24:35] feel like you don't know where you are

[24:37] on the timeline. And again, that's quite

[24:40] normal.

[24:41] Uh, there's nothing particularly wrong

[24:42] with you. It's it's part of how the

[24:44] present moment is showing up. You land

[24:47] in the present moment for a minute and

[24:49] it might very quickly take you to the

[24:50] past or it might take you to the future

[24:53] or it might be subtly moving your energy

[24:56] to help you shed things so that you're

[24:58] hear for the now. So, this is for the

[25:00] more metaphysical among you, those of

[25:02] you who

[25:03] feel and perceive the astral timelines

[25:06] energy a bit more than usual. And for

[25:09] those of you who aren't wired quite that

[25:11] way or you don't relate to it that way,

[25:13] you might just be going through a ton of

[25:15] human memories.

[25:17] Lots of nostalgia for the past, lots of

[25:20] reviewing your life, reviewing things as

[25:23] you

[25:24] are asked to not not so much come to the

[25:26] present now in 2026, but you're starting

[25:29] to tune in on

[25:31] where we're going

[25:32] and where we're going to be in a couple

[25:33] of years time.

[25:35] 2028 energy is already calling many

[25:38] forward, but it is not yet stable. So,

[25:42] okay. And then theme number eight, final

[25:45] theme.

[25:46] Disconnection becoming connection.

[25:50] Disconnection becoming connection.

[25:53] So, this relates to resetting your

[25:56] patterns around connection and inviting

[25:59] in the new.

[26:01] So, those of you who have felt

[26:03] disconnected for a while, it's a really

[26:05] good time to connect. It's a really good

[26:08] time to turn your ship towards

[26:10] connection. Whether it's that you

[26:11] haven't really been in the mood to

[26:12] connect with people and all of a sudden

[26:15] you're going to, whether it's you

[26:16] recognize you've been using technology

[26:19] as connection too much.

[26:21] You know, there is a lack of biological

[26:23] relay in technology. It's a wonderful

[26:25] thing and it can offer many aspects to

[26:28] it, but it's not a replacement

[26:31] for connection in the way that we have

[26:34] perhaps been trained or invited to think

[26:36] it is.

[26:37] It's very important for us to

[26:40] through our bodies and through our

[26:41] biological energy field have moments of

[26:44] connection, whether it's with other

[26:46] people, animals, nature, the world at

[26:49] large, not just through a device, not

[26:51] just through the computer. Um and also

[26:54] for you resetting your patterns around

[26:56] connection and inviting in the new.

[27:00] There are lots of themes this month that

[27:02] relate to bringing new energy into your

[27:06] life and having the power, the will, and

[27:11] the strength to do it after perhaps a

[27:13] series of months where you didn't feel

[27:15] quite so clear about that. So, August is

[27:18] going to be supportive to a lot of this.

[27:20] It doesn't mean we won't still see much

[27:23] of the same chaos going on that we have

[27:25] been seeing in recent months, but you in

[27:28] a on a personal level will have a bit

[27:30] more resolve and a bit more inner

[27:32] strength

[27:33] to start to change the direction of your

[27:36] own life, your own immediate world, and

[27:40] how you're affecting people, places,

[27:43] things in your life, and vice versa.

[27:46] Who you are choosing as people, places,

[27:49] and things to affect your world this

[27:52] month.

[27:53] So, those are the themes for this month.

[27:55] I hope something here uh gave you some

[27:58] sustenance. And if you enjoyed this, uh

[28:01] please do subscribe here on YouTube.

[28:03] It's free to do, and uh you click the

[28:06] button, click the notification bell, and

[28:08] you'll be notified every time I put a

[28:11] new free video out. We usually put out

[28:13] several free videos a week.

[28:15] And uh again, we are doing Soul Magic in

[28:18] Santa Barbara. It's a week-long

[28:20] transformation retreat, and it really is

[28:23] an invitation to go deep with your soul.

[28:27] Who are you? What are you looking for

[28:29] next in your life? And we put all of

[28:31] that under the microscope for 6 days.

[28:34] And the end result is that you come out

[28:36] with renewal of who you are, but also a

[28:40] sense of direction as to where you want

[28:42] to go next. So, if you want to join us

[28:45] in person in Santa Barbara or on live

[28:47] stream, you can use the link below to

[28:50] get more details. And then lastly, in

[28:52] September, I will be leading the Empaths

[28:55] Narcissists 2.0

[28:58] course, which is breaking your pattern

[29:01] and creating healthy relationships. So,

[29:05] we'll give you a trailer of that now,

[29:07] but thanks everyone for tuning in. I

[29:08] hope you have a good month and uh see

[29:11] you somewhere out there online in one of

[29:14] the things that I'm doing or see you

[29:16] here next month for the energy update

[29:18] for September. Big love.

[29:20] If you feel that you are someone who has

[29:22] lost yourself in a relationship, perhaps

[29:26] it was [music] a romantic relationship,

[29:27] perhaps it was a very deep friendship,

[29:30] perhaps it's betrayal from a family

[29:32] [music] member. It can be quite the

[29:34] journey to recover yourself.

[29:41] There are all kinds [music] of things

[29:42] you go through, everything from the

[29:44] bewilderment to the shock of how [music]

[29:46] did this happen?

[29:48] How did this happen to me?

[29:50] When we have taken a hit to our trust,

[29:53] [music]

[29:53] to our intimacy with someone else, to

[29:56] our trust of our self, [music] not just

[29:59] our trust of the other,

[30:01] we start to disconnect in our system.

[30:07] >> [music]

[30:07] >> We might have nervous system reactions.

[30:10] We might be experiencing anxiety,

[30:12] depression, grief. One of the biggest

[30:14] points that we go through in the

[30:16] recovery of this [music] is

[30:17] self-judgment or shame that we found

[30:20] ourselves in this kind of dynamic. There

[30:23] is nothing to be [music] ashamed about

[30:24] and there is nothing to judge yourself

[30:26] for.

[30:30] >> [music]

[30:30] >> You got lost

[30:32] in the feeling of another. You forgot

[30:35] the connection to yourself, [music]

[30:37] where you will be sustained, where you

[30:39] will be held, where you will experience

[30:42] [music] inner love.

[30:44] One of the channeled sections [music]

[30:47] from my guides disease revealed that

[30:49] connection, power, and love is always

[30:52] [music] underneath what we're searching

[30:54] for in relationship. And usually in

[30:57] these unhealthy or toxic relationships,

[30:59] [music]

[31:00] there is damage to connection, power, or

[31:03] love.

[31:08] As you start to [music] recover from a

[31:10] relationship like this, there are things

[31:12] that you need to identify,

[31:14] heal from, [music] understand,

[31:17] and also to build a road map for

[31:19] yourself for the future of how you are

[31:21] going to continue [music] to look after

[31:23] yourself.

[31:24] You will almost not recognize who you

[31:26] become on the other side.

[31:28] There will be a new level of power.

[31:31] There will be a clarity. [music]

[31:34] There will be an inner knowing. And most

[31:36] importantly, there will be an

[31:38] understanding of your resilience.

Frequently Asked Questions

It is a monthly intuitive reading by Lee Harris that names the collective energy of the month. Its themes include stronger personal transformation energy, the question of what kind of world we are living in, the absence of worldwide unification, confusion turning into direction, and a new wave of peacemakers.
Harris says there is no shared worldwide way of seeing things at present, and that people often look for unity in an outside group, religion, or government. He suggests the more useful question is what would bring a sense of unification within yourself and your own relationship to life.
Harris says long-term confusion is loosening old commitments and that creative fire, purpose, and momentum are beginning to return. He suggests the next move is often small, simple, and local rather than a grand plan.
Harris describes it as the point where a person realizes the world is not what they thought, or can no longer operate the way they used to. He ties the current wave of uncertainty to this kind of awakening, which he says can feel jarring but is part of a larger transformation.
He says that trying to get other people to think or feel the way you do is pointless. In his view, unity is an inner condition that shows up in your relationship to life, not a consensus you can enforce on others.
Harris says he has completely re-filmed his course Empaths and Narcissists, with the new version coming in September. He also offers a free 20-minute channeled piece from the course about the empath narcissist dynamic through the link in the video description.
