[0:09] Hello everyone [music] and welcome to
[0:11] part two. I love that you joined us. My
[0:14] [music] guest today is RM and she's
[0:17] disturbed and angry with her brother
[0:20] because she sees [music] him as
[0:22] sexualizing her nephew and she sees him
[0:26] as teaching him sexual things in bad
[0:30] ways and [music] indoctrinating him. And
[0:32] oh, are you in for a treat also? There's
[0:35] a lot [music] of humor in this. And I'm
[0:38] going to leave it all to you. And
[0:40] welcome to this podcast. [music] Welcome
[0:41] to Self Inquiry. Open your mind, open
[0:45] your heart, and together [music]
[0:47] let's move into part two.
[0:56] [music]
[1:00] [music]
[1:04] Okay, precious. Let's look at number
[1:07] two. In that situation,
[1:10] you can see them. You're a little more
[1:12] awake now. You could be right, but you
[1:15] have no proof. You weren't in the
[1:18] bathroom with your nephew.
[1:21] >> What do you want? What do you want?
[1:24] >> Uh, I want him to not be harmful. And I
[1:28] would assume it's it's to my nephew, but
[1:31] I mean, I could apply it, you know.
[1:32] >> Yeah. You want
[1:35] >> brother to what? Stop being harmful.
[1:39] >> Yeah. Because there's an assumption that
[1:40] he's being harmful.
[1:41] >> Yeah.
[1:42] >> I want him to stop harming. Yeah.
[1:45] Period. That feels that feels good.
[1:48] >> Yeah. Okay. So, remember we're talking
[1:51] about that situation. You have no proof.
[1:54] [laughter]
[1:55] You have no
[1:59] [clears throat] soon as you go to the
[2:00] situation. It's like just, you know,
[2:03] just such a [laughter]
[2:06] >> You want him to stop harming your
[2:08] nephew? Is it true?
[2:11] >> In that situation,
[2:14] no.
[2:16] >> Look at them. They're having a
[2:19] a
[2:19] >> literally no problem.
[2:20] >> Sun talk.
[2:26] >> And how do you how do you react? What
[2:29] happens? Look at where your ego takes
[2:31] you into the future as you're witnessing
[2:33] them at the table.
[2:35] >> It's It's hell. It really is. I it's
[2:38] it's you know there's it brings up
[2:40] worlds truthfully and
[2:43] >> and it's I just keep
[2:46] >> seeing so clearly the the disconnect
[2:49] like the
[2:51] and I'm anxious and I'm fearful and I'm
[2:54] you know feel like this solo person
[2:57] who's holding accountability and
[3:02] >> and notice in that situation you're
[3:04] you're in in time your nephew goes back
[3:06] to the table and and then do you ever
[3:11] walk into the room?
[3:13] >> I I I think I'm try I he came back out
[3:17] and then I think I left. I think I went
[3:21] up and took a nap. I was like uh because
[3:25] I went in and probably did a worksheet
[3:27] to be honest. [laughter]
[3:28] >> Yeah. to be honest truthfully because I
[3:32] was having such a reaction in the moment
[3:34] you know and sitting there and trying to
[3:37] keep myself grounded you know and but
[3:40] it's still
[3:41] >> and the was was the cause trying to keep
[3:44] yourself grounded
[3:47] [laughter]
[3:47] >> was it what you were your imagination
[3:50] your ego
[3:51] >> or yeah
[3:52] >> them that were the cause of your
[3:54] suffering
[3:55] >> it's it's my entire imagination Yeah.
[4:00] >> And in such a
[4:03] >> such real ways.
[4:06] >> Yeah.
[4:08] >> You know,
[4:09] >> I want him to stop harming my nephew
[4:13] turned around. And sometimes I like the
[4:16] these turnarounds just work for me like
[4:18] like a prayer. I just really mean it.
[4:21] How would you turn that around? I want
[4:23] me to stop harming.
[4:27] What name would you put there?
[4:29] >> L3.
[4:31] >> Yeah.
[4:31] >> You know, immediately.
[4:33] >> Oh.
[4:34] >> You know, my nephew, then my brother,
[4:36] and then me, right? So, it just feels
[4:38] like everybody gets hurt.
[4:41] >> Yeah.
[4:43] >> By this,
[4:45] [snorts]
[4:45] >> you know, I I I have a thought. I don't
[4:48] I it's it's like
[4:52] you just have no idea if your nephew was
[4:55] asking his dad some serious question
[4:57] about erections he's having that he's
[4:59] not doing on purpose and he doesn't know
[5:01] what to do and it's a confidential talk
[5:03] and
[5:05] what do you do what do you do with that?
[5:07] What what do you do with that? He's
[5:10] >> not
[5:11] >> I don't know. I don't know. It's
[5:14] certainly out of my league and
[5:15] territory,
[5:17] but I had two sons and
[5:22] >> it's it's a don't know.
[5:25] >> It's a it's a don't know. But there are
[5:29] fillers fillers there when it comes to
[5:32] fatherson talks that I didn't have
[5:37] privy to.
[5:39] >> [laughter]
[5:39] >> I really remember walking out and oh, we
[5:42] lived on this we had this this this
[5:46] house and we had our own private bay
[5:48] where the river,
[5:50] you know, it was in in our front yard
[5:53] with this amazing bay with a boat dock
[5:55] and everything and they would stand out
[5:57] and these little boys would stand out of
[5:58] the pier and pee into them. And then one
[6:01] day I saw three of them out there
[6:04] [laughter]
[6:04] with
[6:06] just having the time of their their
[6:08] lives just being into the on the boat
[6:11] talk. You know, it's I just don't have I
[6:15] just it was okay with them and it wasn't
[6:18] my arena. So I just
[6:22] my ego just didn't do anything with it.
[6:25] It's just um Yeah,
[6:28] it was guess I think of it now. It was
[6:31] it was like a a father something.
[6:34] [laughter] I don't know.
[6:38] >> Yeah.
[6:39] >> I mean I think Yeah. Yeah. I think it um
[6:43] you know I was laughing because the
[6:45] judgment for me then will my ego
[6:47] immediately is like well he's not doing
[6:48] it right. Whatever is happening is not
[6:51] it's not healthy and it's not sane.
[6:54] >> It's not sane. So, how can you teach,
[6:57] >> you know, body and sex and, you know,
[7:00] healthy humanness if he's insane, you
[7:03] know?
[7:04] >> Yeah. Yeah. It's just so hard when your
[7:07] mind is trained that he's guilty to uh
[7:12] but but but
[7:14] we digress. Let's I want him to stop
[7:17] harming my nephew. turn around. I want
[7:19] me to
[7:21] >> even the way that I, you know, pulled
[7:24] away in a certain way um this last, you
[7:28] know, in a, you know, for this time and
[7:30] >> yeah, in some way it's like you lost
[7:32] your brother, you lost your nephew
[7:36] >> as they really are. you just slap those
[7:39] identities on them. But you're not
[7:41] guilty that you know it's it's it's it's
[7:43] an ego's world when you know all
[7:46] suffering
[7:48] and it's still an ego's world whether
[7:50] we're suffering or not. But but we can
[7:53] wake up to the reality of our hearts and
[7:56] see the human race in a way that we may
[7:59] have missed.
[8:02] So, [laughter]
[8:06] I want him to stop harming my nephew.
[8:10] I want him to stop Boy, this is a
[8:15] stretch.
[8:16] Educating my nephew on what with his
[8:20] penis sometimes as he he's entering
[8:23] adolescence.
[8:25] >> Yeah.
[8:27] Every father does their best and we're
[8:30] [laughter] like mothers, fathers, you
[8:31] know.
[8:32] >> I mean, you know, I I would rather
[8:37] that what I saw than a sort of like more
[8:41] fear ba, you know, teaching more fear
[8:44] around sex and masturbate, you know,
[8:47] around the body, all of those things. So
[8:49] like in that way I can see uh it being
[8:53] education and
[8:55] and you know like you mentioned I I
[8:58] don't have a penis so I don't [laughter]
[9:00] you know it's like
[9:02] >> you never had to you never had to deal
[9:04] with your own penis.
[9:06] >> I never had to deal with my own
[9:07] >> you've been dealing with your with your
[9:10] your nephew's penis. [laughter]
[9:13] >> Exactly. and anybody else, right?
[9:15] There's other people, right? I've been
[9:17] dealing with penises, but not my
[9:19] personal.
[9:20] >> Yeah.
[9:22] >> Okay, sweetie. Let's look at three.
[9:26] [laughter]
[9:27] >> Uh, in this situation, he shouldn't say
[9:30] sexual things or teach him his bad ways,
[9:34] indoctrinate.
[9:35] >> He was saying harmful things to your
[9:38] nephew,
[9:39] >> right?
[9:40] >> So, get still with it. Be there now.
[9:42] That's where you're going to find your
[9:43] answers. Be then now witness again.
[9:49] He is saying sexual things to your
[9:51] nephew in a bad way. Is it true? Can you
[9:56] really know that it's true? He's saying
[9:59] sexual things in a bad way to your
[10:02] nephew. Then your nephew gets up, goes
[10:04] into the bathroom for 20 minutes. He
[10:07] [snorts] said sexual things in a bad way
[10:10] to your nephew.
[10:12] Can you really know that it's true?
[10:14] Check it out.
[10:18] >> Check it out.
[10:20] Look, look for any kind of proof.
[10:24] It just feels like uh
[10:28] it's just my,
[10:30] you know, there was nothing. There was
[10:32] no bad ways in the moment. It it's it's
[10:35] just all of my judgment about
[10:38] >> so no proof in reality.
[10:42] >> It's literally just, you know, a little
[10:45] little thing gave me an opportunity to
[10:50] rewrite, build my story. Oh, it was a
[10:53] fatherson talk, you know, and
[10:56] >> it was and it that came up from your
[11:01] nephew like, "Dad,
[11:03] >> what's going on? What does this mean?"
[11:05] >> Yeah.
[11:06] [snorts] So, I turned around. I
[11:08] shouldn't think or say sexual things
[11:14] in a bad way to myself about my brother
[11:19] and nephew.
[11:21] >> Yeah.
[11:22] cost.
[11:23] >> Not unless you've got some proof, and it
[11:27] doesn't look like you do. You could be
[11:30] right, but you have no proof.
[11:33] But you, you know, you're you're like
[11:34] the judge. He's guilty,
[11:38] and your nephew as a result is going to
[11:41] be some kind of terrible pervert in the
[11:45] world.
[11:49] Oh, all of you hanging in with us, you
[11:51] know the ego expect anything,
[11:57] expect anything. But if you've got an
[11:59] [clears throat] enemy or someone you
[12:02] have trouble with, that belongs on paper
[12:05] on a judge your neighbor worksheet if
[12:07] you want to straighten your world out.
[12:10] But it has to be authentic
[12:13] as you sit in these questions.
[12:16] Let's look at four. In that situation,
[12:21] >> what do you need to be happy? What do
[12:23] you What do you need them to your
[12:26] brother to think, feel, or do in that
[12:28] situation? Or your nephew?
[12:31] >> I put I need him to stop.
[12:35] Maybe it was an alternative to like
[12:37] being like I've done that where there's
[12:39] these certain spaces where I'm like, I
[12:40] just don't want them to live. Like I
[12:42] don't want them to [laughter]
[12:45] So maybe this was my PC chair. Just just
[12:49] eliminate all of it and control.
[12:53] [laughter]
[12:54] >> Just we're good.
[12:58] Oh, to be happy, you need him to stop.
[13:01] Okay, now look at it again. Don't change
[13:04] anything. Just really look. Look at what
[13:07] you saw. Did you hear anything? Look at
[13:10] it. To be happy.
[13:13] I don't need him to stop.
[13:16] So courage to look.
[13:19] Is there anything off about it that you
[13:22] see or hear?
[13:25] Then your nephew goes to the bathroom.
[13:27] He's back in about 20 minutes. Joins his
[13:30] father again.
[13:33] I don't need
[13:37] my brother to stop.
[13:40] >> Yeah.
[13:42] Whatever it is, it's a father-son thing
[13:46] and you don't know who instigated it.
[13:49] I'm guessing the son, but I I I
[13:52] certainly wouldn't wouldn't know. But as
[13:56] long as you're guessing, it could be.
[13:58] You don't know.
[14:02] So stay there where you're at. Continue
[14:04] to observe.
[14:06] For me to be happy, I need to
[14:11] stop,
[14:14] witness, observe what is there, not what
[14:18] the ego imagines onto it.
[14:22] for you to be happy
[14:24] with your brother, with your nephew,
[14:29] with yourself.
[14:34] Living in your own reality, not your
[14:36] egos.
[14:38] What a world.
[14:40] The way you meet them,
[14:43] the way you see them
[14:46] on the other side of this worksheet. And
[14:48] if it should
[14:51] become
[14:52] like old school again, another
[14:55] worksheet.
[14:57] Those of you new to the work, this isn't
[14:58] about this isn't about making it feel
[15:02] better. This is real. It takes courage
[15:06] to sit in what we're witnessing here
[15:09] with RM
[15:11] and her ability to sit in her open mind.
[15:17] and courage.
[15:20] >> Thank you.
[15:22] >> Thank you, RM. Your courage is is just
[15:27] >> oh oh my
[15:30] Okay, dears. Oh my goodness. Natalie,
[15:33] honey,
[15:34] >> hi Katie.
[15:35] >> Hi honey. What is your take away from
[15:38] RM's extraordinary courageous work? You
[15:42] know, there was a lot of laughter there,
[15:44] but
[15:45] >> I just her open mind is just Oh, we
[15:49] could just all learn from it.
[15:52] >> It was Well, it was very nice to hear
[15:55] because yesterday I had kind of a
[15:58] situation where I was feeling sexualized
[16:02] and it made me feel super uncomfortable,
[16:05] of course. And when you said like when
[16:09] you when you did the turn around about
[16:12] like you are sexualizing your nephew in
[16:16] my case how I was sexualizing myself cuz
[16:20] this guy looked at me up and down and it
[16:23] was very uncomfortable and then hearing
[16:25] the turn around I'm like well actually
[16:28] maybe I was the one who was sexualizing
[16:31] myself cuz he never
[16:34] like said something sexual To me, it was
[16:37] just like how he looked at me. And
[16:40] because I I've had many bad experiences
[16:43] in the past, my body and my mind
[16:48] immediately went
[16:49] >> to those bad experiences and I was like,
[16:53] "Oh god, he's sexualizing me."
[16:56] >> Yeah.
[16:56] >> So, yeah, maybe it was it was me.
[17:00] >> Yeah.
[17:00] >> That was just coming back to those
[17:02] experiences,
[17:03] >> you know, sweetheart. That is really
[17:07] really important realization you had.
[17:10] >> Mhm.
[17:11] >> Yeah.
[17:12] >> Really, it's a little thing. It's a big
[17:16] deal. It'll give you the ability and the
[17:20] grace of being more comfortable in your
[17:22] body.
[17:23] >> Yeah.
[17:24] >> As you're just moving through the world.
[17:27] >> Yeah.
[17:27] >> And men are going to look at you. You're
[17:30] you're gorgeous. But they also look at
[17:33] the sky and trees and they just
[17:36] >> Yes.
[17:37] >> without you holding what you were
[17:40] holding.
[17:42] >> Mhm. [clears throat]
[17:42] >> And being free of it.
[17:44] >> Yeah.
[17:45] >> The freedom I I just I know the freedom
[17:49] of that. And it's just you meet people
[17:52] you never would have met before
[17:55] >> and you're comfortable in places where
[17:58] >> Anyway, I'm very excited for you, honey.
[18:00] ended.
[18:01] >> Yeah.
[18:02] >> Thank you, Katie with us.
[18:03] >> Yeah.
[18:04] >> Yeah.
[18:04] >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I forgot what I was
[18:07] going to say. Oh, yeah. That I was very
[18:10] like literally suffering last
[18:11] [clears throat] night about it. I didn't
[18:13] sleep well and I woke up feeling super
[18:15] uncomfortable in my body today and like
[18:19] kind of shut down. So yeah, it was it
[18:24] was a very very deep and very personal
[18:29] work for me as well today listening to
[18:32] her. She was a really good teacher
[18:34] today.
[18:34] >> I love when you when you all come with
[18:38] judge your neighbor worksheets. It's
[18:40] it's your work supports the rest of us.
[18:45] >> Yes. Yeah. It's incredible. It's
[18:47] absolutely incredible. And just if you
[18:50] are not in this community when you start
[18:52] doing the work you can help people from
[18:56] your inner cycle as well.
[18:58] >> So true. It's so true.
[19:00] >> Yeah. It's incredible.
[19:01] >> Yeah. Truly truly. Thank you honey.
[19:05] Thank you for love you Katie
[19:08] honey.
[19:10] >> Oh Barbara your takeaway. Well, I find
[19:15] that I'm criticizing and judging myself
[19:17] all the time, and I think I got it from
[19:19] my mother, but I react when other people
[19:22] criticize me.
[19:24] >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's a great take.
[19:28] >> I I can't I can't stop it. I mean, I can
[19:30] do the work, but I still
[19:32] >> I'm still reacting.
[19:34] >> You know, you don't have to stop. You're
[19:36] awake to it. You know, your ego is just
[19:38] going to do what it does. But
[19:41] [clears throat] this is where attachment
[19:43] and nonattachment
[19:45] it's the meaning of that you know that
[19:49] [laughter]
[19:49] that will flow through your head again
[19:52] and it could be you're away you just
[19:55] don't attach to it you'll just be
[19:58] noticing it's not something to stop or
[20:01] change the way you have seen it is if
[20:06] I'm hearing you correctly when you first
[20:08] started talking you you saw it and um
[20:13] and you could experience that very
[20:15] differently. Who knows? But let us know.
[20:19] >> Well, I I mean I can say the statements.
[20:21] I can write them like I don't I want him
[20:25] to keep teasing me, but that's not true.
[20:28] >> Well, no. These turnarounds these
[20:30] turnarounds aren't something else to
[20:32] believe. There's something else to just
[20:35] try on. You know, I want him to continue
[20:39] to sexualize me.
[20:42] Okay,
[20:44] where do I go with that? There's nothing
[20:46] I can do to stop him.
[20:49] I want him to Why would I want nothing I
[20:53] do to stop him?
[20:55] That opens up a whole
[20:58] whole thing, you know? I mean, all this
[21:01] time he hasn't stopped.
[21:03] So
[21:06] I I can't change him. I have to change
[21:08] my reaction or my judgment or my
[21:11] criticism. I think
[21:13] >> Yeah. And and and one way of doing that,
[21:17] you know, Barbara, is you're you're
[21:19] you're on track here, you know, do a
[21:22] full judge and neighbor worksheet on
[21:24] that guy and make make I want him to
[21:26] stop to to uh not tease me, not
[21:29] sexualize me. make that number one on
[21:32] your judge your neighbor worksheet and
[21:34] then fill it in and and just that is
[21:38] just to fill in a worksheet is it brings
[21:43] so much to to realize as you fill in the
[21:47] worksheet and so you know I leave you
[21:51] with that idea as as well thank you
[21:54] thank you Barbara
[21:56] Bruce honey your takeaway from today's
[21:59] work Hi. My biggest takeaway is probably
[22:03] be like open-minded and don't let your
[22:06] ego
[22:08] uh don't let your ego control your
[22:10] control your mind.
[22:12] >> Yeah. It's like we don't have to believe
[22:14] everything we think. And these
[22:16] worksheets give us that. But until
[22:19] we sit in this practice, in my
[22:22] experience, my ego just ruled my life.
[22:25] No matter how I tried to stop it, it
[22:27] ruled my life. But self-realization and
[22:31] and is just is what I'm what I'm
[22:36] thinking true when I'm bothered about
[22:39] something, you know, it's just
[22:41] laughable. It's it's I I don't know. I
[22:45] have no proof so often and and it's
[22:49] silent in me now. [clears throat] It's
[22:51] just this work will give you like a
[22:54] silent
[22:56] >> is it true? And it's it's like an
[22:59] implant in our head that comes between
[23:03] life and the ego.
[23:04] >> Yeah. Also, I just want to give you a
[23:07] very quick update around the question.
[23:10] >> Yeah. Update on that superintendent of
[23:12] yours.
[23:12] >> Yeah. I think related to my question on
[23:15] my boss, the relationship between me and
[23:17] boss because yesterday I asked you uh
[23:20] because I believe that my boss probably
[23:22] is unfair, unlikable, inhuman and
[23:26] probably meanspirited and you asked me
[23:29] to do the job your neighbor worksheet uh
[23:32] in a bot approach and I did follow
[23:34] guidance.
[23:35] >> Yay. And uh yeah and I think amazingly I
[23:38] did the I I just skip some steps and
[23:42] just uh go directly to the turnar around
[23:45] part. So not only I apply the turnar
[23:48] around on myself but also on my manager
[23:52] and what I find is quite like
[23:55] fascinating cuz here I think I I
[23:59] gradually find probably he's fair in his
[24:02] own way in a sense that he stick to his
[24:05] own like value judgment framework and
[24:09] equally applies it to like everyone
[24:12] surrounding him. So as long as you show
[24:15] recognition to his value framework, she
[24:18] pro he will probably extend his
[24:20] unconditional support and probably
[24:24] second like the turnar around is I
[24:26] gradually find probably she is he is
[24:29] also likable and human. He's a family
[24:32] man. Definitely he cares about his
[24:34] family a lot and also he tells jokes and
[24:37] very casual and also he attend extends
[24:41] his unconditional support and trust.
[24:44] >> Yeah. To to to Alex making them feel
[24:49] like [laughter] valued and cherished.
[24:52] >> Yeah. And also in a in a sense he's also
[24:56] generous
[24:57] especially for the guys he likes like
[25:00] money exposure progression opportunities
[25:04] always there and easy to have but
[25:08] >> yeah but I think and also to myself I
[25:11] think probably I'm the guy who is not
[25:15] that fair to myself in a sense
[25:18] >> and not that fair to him. I think I
[25:20] didn't recognize my my own feeling that
[25:24] is probably I don't like this job nature
[25:26] and this one this job might not be a
[25:29] very good fit and it is actually I who
[25:32] force myself to continue to showcase
[25:35] that I'm resilient I am I am strong and
[25:41] also probably I'm sometimes I'm I'm very
[25:44] harsh on myself
[25:46] >> yes you yes you were
[25:47] >> yeah even if I was sick I forced myself
[25:50] to to walk to demonstrate that I am very
[25:54] resilient and I want to like to to like
[25:57] build up my sort of like reputation
[26:01] and yeah I think that's amazing but
[26:05] there is there is a gap to be honest
[26:08] with when it comes to because according
[26:11] to your worksheet the the ultimate sign
[26:15] that you finally overcome this problem
[26:18] that I'm willing, I'm open, I'm looking
[26:22] forward to experiencing something
[26:24] similar [clears throat] like self blame.
[26:26] So, so do I do you mean I I should be
[26:29] looking forward to experience
[26:32] >> look forward to it? Yeah, because it
[26:34] will give you another worksheet. That's
[26:37] the purpose of number six. I'm willing
[26:40] to I look forward to having another
[26:44] problem because that will take me to
[26:48] another judge your neighbor worksheet.
[26:50] >> Is that the the whole purpose of this
[26:53] work is to end your pain to end your
[26:56] problems. So why should I look forward
[26:59] to like uh experiencing self glam
[27:03] self-doubt?
[27:04] >> Because there's unfinished business
[27:07] unfinished business. I see
[27:11] >> you discovered a lot in your worksheet.
[27:14] And don't you want more?
[27:16] >> Yeah, for for sure. Yeah.
[27:18] >> Well, so so there it is. I'm willing to
[27:21] I look forward to more.
[27:22] >> Yeah, because actually I'm traveling
[27:24] today. So when I was on the high train,
[27:28] I just read through the the book uh a
[27:32] mind of home with heart. And I think
[27:35] probably just a final like followup
[27:37] question for from my side is you come I
[27:40] think in that book like in chapter three
[27:43] I think you come up with a pair of
[27:45] phrases called don't know mine and I
[27:49] know mine and according to you like
[27:52] Buddha lives on don't know mind
[27:54] therefore he's free and can you probably
[27:58] elaborate a bit on the status or what is
[28:02] like in in in the status of don't know
[28:04] It's actually beyond my
[28:07] wild imagination, you know, cuz
[28:09] >> Well, you thought you knew about you
[28:11] thought you knew about your boss, but
[28:14] there's some things that you're more
[28:16] awake to now that you weren't then.
[28:19] >> So, you've gone from the don't know mind
[28:22] to a clearer mind. And a worksheet a day
[28:29] will give you an amazing life. And thank
[28:32] you, Bruce.
[28:34] Yeah, thank you so much. Oh,
[28:36] >> you're welcome, honey. Keep keep going.
[28:38] Keep checking in, Magdalina.
[28:41] >> Oh, hello, Katie. I'm so grateful to be
[28:44] here and thank you so much for this
[28:46] gift. I'm very moved by Yeah, I'm very
[28:49] moved by the courage of RM. And I was
[28:53] also moved for your ongoing
[28:55] encouragement to to be open to not
[28:59] knowing and to allow the authentic
[29:02] answer from inside.
[29:05] >> And I was also moved by what you say to
[29:08] her that you said something like this
[29:10] that you you might be right in your
[29:12] observation or in your interpretation,
[29:15] but that it still didn't justify the
[29:18] punishing behavior.
[29:19] >> Yes. Yeah. And and the ego would say
[29:22] we're so justified because I know what
[29:25] he did. And that's that's that is the I
[29:30] know mind. Oh, this I know mind I take
[29:34] to a judge and neighbor worksheet. Now
[29:36] my mind's open and and it's just so
[29:40] beautiful to
[29:42] to be open-minded to this what this
[29:45] seemingly crazy world and I could
[29:50] eliminate
[29:52] one human be being that's not so crazy
[29:55] with fear and that would be me. And I
[29:58] hope that that you can all, you know,
[30:01] just just um continue to give yourself
[30:04] the the same privilege of being the one
[30:06] that is not just
[30:08] living in a cruel world. Yeah. You know,
[30:12] people can afford to be cruel, but uh
[30:16] can you can I No, we can do better. We
[30:21] can do better. All of you, thank you for
[30:24] an amazing week. And um and thanks your
[30:27] contributions also and that allows us to
[30:31] keep staff and I just to keep keep
[30:33] coming back and meeting you online and
[30:36] and it it's such a privilege. Such a
[30:39] privilege. and
