For Attendees
Tickets, refunds, transfers, wallet passes, payments, and event-day details — everything a ticket buyer needs.
Finding & Accessing Your Tickets
Where your tickets live, how to open them at the door, and why you don’t need an account (and what one adds if you create one).
Adding Your Ticket to Apple Wallet
Save your BrightStar ticket to Apple Wallet from your confirmation email or My Tickets, so your QR code is ready at the door.
How Refunds Work
When you can self-serve an instant refund, how much comes back, and what happens when an event is canceled.
Transferring a Ticket to a Friend
Send your ticket to someone else in a tap — they get their own pass and yours is deactivated.
Payment Methods & Security
What you can pay with, how charges appear on your statement, and how your card details are protected.
Event-Day Details & Accessibility
Where to find the time, venue, and what to bring — plus how to confirm accessibility and companion tickets.
When an Event Is Canceled or Rescheduled
What happens to your ticket and money if plans change — and the fastest way to sort it out.
