If you can’t make it, a transfer keeps your spot from going to waste. Many events allow it: you enter your friend’s email, they receive their own fresh ticket with a new QR code, and your original pass is voided so there’s never a double-scan at the door.
How to transfer
From your tickets:
- 1Open the ticket you want to give away
- 2Tap “Transfer” and enter the recipient’s email
- 3They get an email with their own ticket immediately
- 4Your copy is deactivated — only their QR will scan in
Only transfer to people you trust — once a ticket is transferred, the new holder controls it. If you don’t see a Transfer option, the organizer has turned it off for that event; message them directly and they can help.
