Description
The Friday Philosophy Video is an online yoga series from Laura Goellner, released weekly for anyone who wants to deepen their practice and understand yoga beyond the physical postures. Each installment is a short video of roughly thirty minutes, rooted in yoga philosophy and the classical yoga texts, and it can be watched wherever you are.
Laura Goellner is an occupational therapist and certified yoga therapist (OTR/L, E-RYT, C-IAYT). Her approach to yoga philosophy comes from the clinic as much as from the mat, which gives these videos a practical, human focus.
What to Expect
A new video is posted each Friday as part of a continuing series. Each release runs about thirty minutes and takes one of three forms: a suggested yoga practice, a meditation, or a lecture. The aim, in Laura's words, is to deepen your practice, expand your understanding of yoga, and support you through the joys and challenges of being human.
The material is philosophy-focused, so it suits students who are curious about the ideas behind the practice as well as those who simply want a thoughtful half hour of guided content each week. Because the series continues from week to week, you can come back to it as a regular rhythm rather than a one-off class.
This is a broadcast of recorded content. Live interaction or Q&A is not part of the offering.
