Description
The Featured Practice of the Week with Laura Goellner is an online meditation offering rooted in therapeutic meditation and yoga therapy. It suits anyone looking for a steady, practical way to work with stress, emotional regulation and the nervous system from home. Laura Goellner, an occupational therapist and certified yoga therapist, leads it entirely online, so you can take part from wherever you are.
What to Expect
The Featured Practice of the Week sits inside a larger weekly rhythm of online practice. Laura's schedule runs on a repeating cycle of 30-minute sessions, some live and some released as video.
- Therapeutic Meditation LIVE: a 30-minute live meditation session, held on Monday mornings.
- Therapeutic Meditation Practice Video of the Week: a 30-minute video, broadcast midweek in the evening, with a replay available afterward.
- Friday Philosophy Video: a 30-minute video that explores a yogic principle. One recent example looked at self-regulation through Brahmacharya.
- Kundalini Yoga LIVE: a 30-minute collaborative group session held on weekend evenings.
The Featured Practice of the Week itself appears as a video in the evening slot. Recent weekly meditation videos have carried titles such as "Neutral Mind: Connect to Wisdom," which gives a sense of the tone: quiet, focused and aimed at steadying the mind. Because replays are available for many of the videos, you can return to a practice at a time that suits you.

Before You Go
