We are very pleased to announce that Amma Sri Karunamayi will be holding her Spiritual programs this year in Washington D.C according to the following schedule:

The time spent with Amma during the Meditation Retreat is very precious. The schedule consists of Amma's inspiring discourses, which are interspersed with periods of silent meditation and pranayama. The retreat includes breakfast, lunch and snacks.

The Meditation Retreat is a full one-day retreat. You may register for a full day or a half day. The morning half-day includes breakfast and goes through lunch. The afternoon half day starts at lunch and includes lunch.

You may arrive as early as 8 am to check in on the day of the retreat. Registration is between 8 am and 9 am. Kindly present a printout or screenshot of your ticket at check-in.
