Description
The Highly Functioning Codependent: The Livestream Experience is an online healing workshop for the person everyone leans on: the one who solves problems, keeps the peace and gets things done, yet feels emotionally exhausted and unseen. Led by psychotherapist, bestselling author and relationship expert Terri Cole, it is streamed live from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, and held over a weekend for helpers, healers, caregivers and high-achievers ready to stop abandoning themselves.
The program looks at high-functioning codependency, a pattern of chronic over-giving and over-responsibility that often hides in plain sight. It can look like competence and care, but it costs energy, time and inner peace. The aim is to help you break long-held patterns and reclaim your space, energy and voice.
What to Expect
Teaching, self-reflection and guided practices are woven together across the weekend. Over the course of the program you will:
- Identify your personal high-functioning codependency blueprint.
- Understand the hidden costs of over-functioning.
- Learn tools to interrupt auto-advice-giving and over-accommodating.
- Create boundaries that protect your time, energy and emotional wellbeing.
- Begin shifting toward interdependence and authentic connection.
The schedule has a clear rhythm. The opening session runs from 7:30 to 9:00 in the evening, with an introduction and first exploration of the material. The full days that follow have a morning session from 9:00 to 11:30 and an afternoon session from 1:30 to 4:00, moving from core teaching and practice into deepening, integration and application. The program closes with a final session from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning, bringing the work together with a closing practice.
Sessions are live, so you can take part as they unfold. Recordings of each session are available within 72 hours of its end, and you can watch them for 30 days after the program finishes.
