Description

Care for the Caregiver is a wellness workshop designed to support caregivers in maintaining their own well-being while caring for others. Participants will be guided through simple breathing practices, gentle movement, mindfulness, and reflective activities designed to reduce stress, create moments of pause, and encourage healthy self-care practices. No prior experience is required. This is an opportunity to step away from daily demands, recharge, and reconnect with the importance of caring for yourself, too.
