Description
Money remains one of the most charged yet least examined territories in spiritual life. This three-day retreat at Drala Mountain Center investigates how financial stress, scarcity, and conditioning patterns can become gateways to deeper awareness rather than obstacles to practice. Using Buddhist teachings, silent meditation, and pragmatic inquiry, participants explore the beliefs and emotions that shape their relationship with resources. The retreat is designed for anyone—whether carrying debt, building a career, managing significant wealth, or simply curious about aligning finances with values. Through small group conversations and contemplative work, attendees develop practical tools for relating to money with greater clarity and less reactivity. The faculty, Grace Fisher and Spencer Sherman, bring decades of meditation practice alongside professional expertise in finance and somatic psychology. Together they create a confidential, non-judgmental space to examine what "enough" truly means, and how financial life can become an integral part of awakening.
