Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1 Course with Andrea Rao

Zenthai Shiatsu Level 1 Course with Andrea Rao is a shiatsu training held at Casa Chango, a retreat house in Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. It is a course for people who want to begin studying Zenthai Shiatsu, the first level in a bodywork training, taught in a small coastal Mexican town rather than a city classroom.

Andrea Rao leads the course. The training runs for several days in early January, and it sits within the wider calendar of retreats at Casa Chango.

The Setting

Casa Chango Retreats is a retreat house in Barra de Navidad on the Jalisco coast. The house hosts retreats and residencies throughout the year, including aerial and circus arts retreats, wellness and deep connection retreats, and eco educational and cultural retreats. A bodywork training fits that mix of learning, rest and time in nature. Guests can also arrange a stay at Casa Chango on its own, for couples, singles or groups of friends.

Questions and Details

Casa Chango asks that anyone wanting more information about a stay, a group or a retreat contact the house directly. If you are weighing the course against your own experience, ask before you travel about prerequisites, what is included and how to get to Barra de Navidad.
