Is EarthSpirit Centre accessible for people with mobility needs?

The centre publishes a dedicated Accessibility page, which is the place to check details on access and facilities. The text I have doesn't give specifics, and the Main Centre and Little Earth may differ. If you have particular requirements, contact the centre before booking so they can tell you about the space your event uses.

How do I get to EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon?

The centre has a Getting Here page for both the Main Centre and Little Earth, and that is the authoritative source for directions and transport. The venue sits in rural Somerset near Glastonbury, whose sites such as Chalice Well and the Tor are visited by other retreats there. Check the directions page before you set off rather than relying on a sat-nav alone.

How much does The Awakened Heart cost and how do I book?

The listing text I have doesn't state a ticket price for this event. The centre publishes a Price Guide for its Main Centre and Little Earth, which covers venue and accommodation costs. Book through the BrightStar listing or the organizer's contact route, and confirm exactly what your ticket includes.

Description

The Awakened Heart with Astrid Bennet is a women's spiritual retreat at Little Earth, part of the EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset. It is an exclusive gathering for just 13 women, held by three facilitators, so the group stays small and personal.

What to Expect

The retreat draws on the timeless energy of Avalon and the path of dreams and consciousness. It is an invitation to slow down and turn inward in the company of other women, with three facilitators holding the space. The small group size shapes everything: there is room to be seen and heard, and little sense of being one face among many.

The Setting

Little Earth is a self-contained eco centre within the EarthSpirit Centre grounds, in the Somerset countryside near Glastonbury's Avalon landscape. Rooms are ensuite, single, twin or triple, and there is a large, light yoga space. Meals at Little Earth are vegetarian, made with fresh home-grown produce, and dietary needs can be catered for.

The nearest train station is Castle Cary.

Common Questions

FAQs

It takes place at the EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset, in the Somerset Levels countryside. The centre has a Main Centre and a smaller Little Earth site, and the listing text I have doesn't say which one hosts this event. Your booking confirmation or the centre's contact page should settle that before you travel.

The organizer's page text available for this listing doesn't include a programme or description for this event, so any specific practices would be guesswork. Other retreats at EarthSpirit range from breathwork and yoga to sweat lodge ceremony and meditation, but that tells you nothing about Astrid's approach. Ask the organizer or check Astrid's own materials for the format before booking.

The centre has a dedicated Accommodations page, and Little Earth has its own accommodation page, so overnight stays are part of how the venue operates. Whether lodging is bundled into this event's ticket isn't stated in the text I have. The Price Guide pages list what the centre charges, so check them or ask the centre directly.

Both the Main Centre and Little Earth have a Catering page, so meals are a regular part of the venue's offering. One other retreat there lists nourishing vegetarian meals, but I can't confirm the catering arrangements for this event. Contact the centre about allergies or special diets before you arrive.
