Description
Tao Natural Healing is a meditation retreat at the Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat in Sedona, Arizona. It is for people who want to discover and develop their own natural healing power, and who want to do that with confidence and a sense of passion for the work. The program is led by the center's Tao healing teachers, within a tradition that draws on Eastern practices of meditation and mindful movement.
What to Expect
The program guides you through a series of healing experiences, all aimed at helping you find and build your natural healing power. The center's retreats generally combine guided meditation and mindful movement rooted in Eastern traditions with unhurried time in nature. Across its programs, the teaching centers on Tao healing methods, Qigong and meditation, and the emphasis is on practical tools you can carry into daily life: greater awareness, balance and a feeling of connection.
