Spring Cleaning for Your Soul in Mexico is a five-night yoga retreat at Xinalani Retreat, an eco-luxury property on the Pacific coast south of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. What to Expect

The days follow a steady rhythm built around two yoga classes and unhurried time in between. Morning coffee and snacks are set out from 7:00 to 7:30 am, and the first yoga session runs from 8:00 to 9:30 am. Breakfast follows at 10:00 am. The middle of the day is open for sun, a nap in a hammock, a paddle in the kayak or a swim with snorkel gear. Lunch is at 2:30 pm, and the second yoga class takes place from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. Dinner is served at 7:30 pm.
