Shamanic Breathwork Journey
Description
Every Wednesday evening at Bhakti Marga NYC, something shifts. The ordinary noise of the city falls away, and for an hour and forty-five minutes, the breath becomes the guide — leading participants through layers of stored emotion, subconscious pattern, and quiet inner knowing. This is the Shamanic Breathwork Journey, a weekly healing session hosted by Soul Studio and facilitated by Eleonora, who holds space for each gathering with care, intuition, and deep attunement to the group's collective energy.
Rooted in shamanic breathwork tradition and woven through with somatic movement, sound healing, drumming, chanting, and heart-opening music, these sessions are designed for anyone ready to move stagnant energy and access something more essential in themselves. Whether this is your first breathwork experience or you've been on the path for years, the practice meets you where you are. The 3-step breathing technique at the heart of each journey is said to activate the pineal gland — that quiet threshold between the conscious and unconscious — opening a space where emotional release, energetic transformation, and genuine clarity become possible.
What to Expect
Each session follows a clear arc that moves from arrival and preparation into the depth of the journey and back out into integration.
The first twenty minutes are devoted to grounding: intention setting, channeled oracle guidance, an introduction to the breathing technique, and somatic movement and dance to open the heart center. From there, participants move into the core of the evening — a guided Shamanic Breathwork Journey accompanied by a sound healing meditation, running from approximately 7:50 PM through 9:00 PM. The session closes with a fifteen-minute sharing and integration circle.
Eleonora shapes each class in response to the intentions brought by the group that evening, so no two sessions are identical. Over the course of the journey, the practice may help participants:
- Release trauma, grief, and anxiety
- Shift subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs
- Connect with a deeper sense of self and purpose
- Raise personal vibration and gain life clarity
The sessions are offered as part of an ongoing weekly series, making them well suited to those who want to work with breathwork as a consistent practice rather than a single event.
Please note: Breathwork is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of seizures. Consult a healthcare provider before attending if you have any medical concerns. Avoid caffeine, heavy food, alcohol, and substances before the session.
