Ritiro Yoga a Favignana: La nostra Itaca

A four-day yoga retreat on the island of Favignana, Sicily, held October 30 through November 2. The program uses Homer's Odyssey as a contemplative framework, weaving daily yoga practice, meditation, cycling, and time in nature across the island's white roads, tufa caves, olive groves, and coastline. Rather than a conventional seaside retreat, participants experience Favignana in its quieter off-season months, moving through landscapes used to represent Ithaca in the film Odyssey. The retreat invites a particular kind of inner return—not to a starting point, but toward a version of oneself that is more present, grounded, and aware. The experience alternates between structured practices and unstructured time, with emphasis on listening inward amid the island's spare beauty.
