Is accommodation included in the retreat price?

The organiser's listing does not say what the price covers, so do not assume accommodation or meals are included. Check the retreat page or email Dani Shiels to confirm inclusions and room options at The Deerstone before you book.

What is the setting like, and who is it likely to suit?

The Deerstone describes itself as an eco luxury hideaway in Glendalough, in the Wicklow countryside. That suits people who want a quiet, nature-based weekend to slow down and reset, which fits the 'Release and Restore' title. It may be less suited to anyone wanting a busy, social or city-based event.

Who do I contact if I have questions about the weekend or the venue?

For questions about the programme or booking, email the organiser, Dani Shiels, at danisheilyoga@gmail.com. For questions about the property itself, call The Deerstone Eco Resort on 0861918443.
