Shamanic Journey
Description
The Path of Aliveness Shamanic Retreat is led by Gita Nicola Schneider at the EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset. It is a shamanic retreat for people drawn to nature-based, ceremonial spiritual practice, held in the Somerset countryside.
The Setting
EarthSpirit Centre sits in Compton Dundon, in the heart of the Somerset Levels, a landscape long associated with the Avalon tradition and close to Glastonbury. The centre has a long history of hosting shamanic work, including ongoing shamanism training groups, intermediate and advanced shamanic courses, and a range of retreats drawing on breathwork, ceremony and nature connection.
The centre is made up of the Main Centre and Little Earth, a self-contained eco centre, and the whole site can also be taken over by a single group. The nearest train station is Castle Cary.
Before You Go
This is a shamanic retreat, so come ready for time outdoors in the Somerset countryside, and bring clothes and footwear that suit the English weather. Anyone with questions about access can look at the centre's accessibility information.
