Description
This is a two-hour live online meditation held in honor of the birthday of Swami Sri Yukteswar, offered in the Kriya Yoga tradition. It is open to anyone who wants to sit with a group on Zoom, and it is led by Marty Wuttke, Spiritual Director of CSA.
What to Expect
The session runs for two hours, from 10 am to noon Eastern Time, as a guided group meditation held live. It is a special event meditation marking the birthday of Sri Yukteswar, so the time is given to quiet practice together in his memory rather than to a lecture or a full program. There is no charge to take part.
Because it takes place on Zoom, you can join from wherever you are, whether that is a meditation corner at home or any quiet room where you will be undisturbed for the full two hours.
About Marty Wuttke
Marty Wuttke is the Spiritual Director of CSA and leads this meditation. The practice is rooted in the Kriya Yoga lineage, and the gathering is offered as a way for practitioners to observe Sri Yukteswar's birthday in a shared, unhurried setting.
Before You Go
Access is through the Zoom link published on the event page, so it helps to open it a few minutes early and check that your connection, audio and device are working. Two hours is a long sitting, so arrange your seat, cushion or chair beforehand and keep a shawl or water within reach. Nothing else is needed to take part.
