Where can I find the daily schedule for MATKA 2?

The organizer's page has a dedicated Schedule tab, which is the only authoritative source for the daily programme. The summary text here doesn't list session times or practices. Check that tab, or ask the organizer, for the structure of the days.

What does MATKA 2 cost and how do I book?

Pricing is on the Costs tab of the organizer's retreat page, and booking is through the Book tab on the same page. The excerpt doesn't say what the price includes, such as accommodation, meals or sessions, so confirm that on the Costs tab or with the organizer before paying.

Description

MATKA 2 is a women's yoga retreat led by Pema Gitama at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. It is a multi-day, immersive program, set aside for women who want to practise yoga together.

The retreat is centred on women and on yoga, with Pema Gitama as its teacher. Staying at the retreat centre for the length of the program means the practice is not squeezed in around everyday life but becomes the whole focus of the days.

FAQs

The retreat is led by Pema Gitama. The organizer's page lists it as a Guest Retreat, meaning it is hosted at Suryalila by a visiting facilitator rather than being part of the centre's own programme. The page excerpt gives no biography or teaching lineage, so check the About tab or the organizer before booking if you want to know her approach.

Yes, it is presented as a women's retreat, so it is intended for women. The page excerpt doesn't explain how it handles participants of other genders or identities. If that matters to you, ask the organizer directly before booking.

It takes place at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia. The listing doesn't give transport or airport transfer details, so ask the centre or the organizer about getting there before you book travel.

The "2" in the title suggests it follows an earlier MATKA retreat. The page text doesn't say whether the first one is a prerequisite. If you haven't attended it, ask the organizer whether the content builds on it.
