Healing Workshop
Description
FLOW: Aerial & Somatics is a weeklong inner child immersion led by DRE Hartley at Casa Chango in Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico. It is a healing workshop that brings together aerial arts and somatics, body-based practice that works through movement and sensation. It suits people drawn to playful, embodied ways of reconnecting with the child within.
What to Expect
The week is built around two threads named in the title: aerial work and somatics. Aerial movement, in the air and supported by apparatus, asks for play and trust. Somatic practice turns attention inward, toward how the body holds and releases experience. Together they shape a week of inner child work that happens through the body rather than through talk alone. The retreat runs for a full week, with the days shared as a group.
About DRE Hartley
DRE Hartley guides this immersion, and the week carries the name FLOW as its theme. Casa Chango hosts aerial and circus arts retreats throughout the year, and this one sits among them as the program that centers on somatics and the inner child.
