Description
Finding True Self is a meditation retreat at the Sedona Mago Center for Well-being and Retreat in Sedona, Arizona, for people who want to trust and love themselves more honestly. It speaks to anyone who feels held back by self-imposed limitations or energy blocks and wants to open the heart and move toward their dreams with more freedom. The program runs over four days and is hosted by the center's meditation teachers.
What to Expect
The focus of this Sedona meditation retreat is authentic self-trust and self-love. Through guided meditation and mindful movement rooted in Eastern traditions, the program invites you to notice what you have been carrying and to release it. The aim is a heart that feels more open and a clearer sense of the direction you want to take.
Mago Center programs teach Tao healing methods, Qigong and meditation, and the emphasis is on practical tools you can bring back into everyday life: greater awareness, balance and connection. Time in nature is part of the rhythm of a retreat here, alongside the practices themselves.
