Fascia-Informed Reiki Level 3: Heart-Centered Leadership and Collective Coherence is an advanced online Reiki training for practitioners who want to hold space for groups, communities, and collective healing. It is led by Christine Wushke, a myofascial yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and Hakomi therapist. It suits Reiki practitioners, yoga teachers, therapists, and anyone guiding a healing circle or community project. You can take it as the third part of the three-level Fascia-Informed Reiki series or as a standalone course.

What to Expect

The course builds on the fascia awareness, energy anatomy, trauma-informed practice, and morphic field resonance taught in Levels 1 and 2, and extends them from individual work to groups, organizations, and collective fields of energy. The central question is what it means to lead from presence rather than hierarchy, to build trust through attunement, and to support coherence across a group system.

Topics include:

- Creating safety and regulation within group and community settings.
- Shifting a group from competition to collaboration through resonance and shared intention.
- Facilitation tools for group think-tanks that draw out creativity and collective intelligence.
- Offering group healing sessions attuned to the needs and nervous systems of the collective.
- Applying trauma awareness to the group field and tracking coherence in community spaces.
- Practices for heart-led leadership rooted in presence, compassion, and non-hierarchy.

The aim is to learn to hold a resonant field large enough to support whole communities while staying regulated, grounded, and aligned with your own heart. The tools apply whether you are guiding a yoga class, a therapy group, a healing circle, or a community project.

Students describe the teaching as grounding and clarifying. One longtime Reiki practitioner said the approach made parts of the practice that had felt confusing and out of reach more accessible and empowering. Another said they learned how to create real safety and coherence for groups in a way that changed how they teach.

About Christine Wushke

Christine Wushke is a myofascial yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner and Hakomi therapist with more than twenty years of experience helping people find wellness and spiritual transformation. She studied myofascial release under John F. Barnes and is the author of Freedom Is Your Nature. Her work combines myofascial massage, myofascial yoga, Reiki, spiritual coaching, and emotional release work, drawing on fascia science, biotensegrity, nervous system education, polyvagal theory, pain science, and Hakomi-informed mindfulness.

Alongside Fascia-Informed Reiki classes, she teaches myofascial yoga classes, 200-hour, 300-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings, Yoga Alliance continuing education, and mindful yoga and nature retreats. She is the lead trainer for all levels of the Fascia-Informed Reiki series.
