Breathing Into Love

Breathing Into Love is an evening of breathwork and mediumship at Studio 933 in Charleston, South Carolina. It pairs guided breathwork healing with spirit communication, and it is meant for people who want to release what no longer serves them and also to feel connected to loved ones who have passed. The evening is led by healing facilitators Carol Cottrell and Stephanie Burg, both described as internationally recognized.

What to Expect

The evening brings together two healing modalities in one gathering. The breathwork is intended to guide the release of what no longer serves the soul. The mediumship offers connection to the unconditional love of the spirit world. Together, the intention is to open doors for healing and creation.

The mediumship portion is a chance to receive messages from loved ones who have passed, including family, friends and pets in spirit. These connections are offered as a way to better understand a loved one's continued presence and to be reminded that love does not end. Carol Cottrell will bring through as many connections and messages as time and energy allow. Not every attendee is guaranteed a personal reading, but the hope is that everyone leaves with a sense of comfort and understanding.

The gathering runs from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern time, a little over two hours in the evening.

About Carol Cottrell

Carol Cottrell is a healing facilitator and medium, described as internationally recognized. She leads the mediumship part of the evening, offering messages and evidence from spirit as time and energy permit.

About Stephanie Burg

Stephanie Burg is a breathwork facilitator who for over a decade has created spaces and tools for women to free themselves from trauma, past conditioning, old storylines, and the ideas the world offers about what they should or should not be. She is a trauma-informed, Certified Integrative Health & Transformational Life Coach, a Somatic Healing and Embodiment Guide, an international retreat and Sacred Circle facilitator, and a steward to plant medicines.
