Spiritual Workshop
Description
This evening workshop at Tibet House US in New York City brings together gemstone mala making, mantra, meditation, and Tibetan sound healing. Led by Satya Scainetti, founder of Satya Jewelry, and sound practitioner and author Lisa Annese, it is a hands-on spiritual workshop for anyone who wants to set intentions for the New Year and leave with a bracelet mala they made themselves. No experience is needed.
What to Expect
The workshop runs two hours, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM ET, and moves through a clear arc. It opens with intention setting for the New Year and a short sacred ceremony. From there you make your own gemstone mala bracelet, a personal talisman meant to support your intentions, inner peace, and well-being.
Meditation, mantra, and sound run through the evening. Together the group chants "Humme Hum Brahm Hum," affirming the divine spark within each person, and explores the idea of the sacred thread that connects each bead, each prayer, and each of us. Lisa Annese leads the Tibetan sound healing, with its healing vibrations. The evening closes with everyone leaving with a finished, one-of-a-kind bracelet infused with their personal intention.
