aUM Adventures: Return to Wonder

aUM Adventures: Return to Wonder is a yoga and meditation retreat on Costa Rica's Southern Pacific Coast, led by Jessie Lipkowitz and Chloe Hypes. It is for anyone who wants to slow down, reconnect with the body and with nature, and rediscover a sense of wonder, in a week built around practice, adventure and rest. The retreat takes place at Danyasa Retreat Boutique Hotel in Dominical, Puntarenas.

What to Expect

The retreat runs six nights, with daily yoga, meditation and breathwork woven together with workshops, time outdoors and deep rest. The days are meant to balance movement and stillness: practice on the mat, exploration of waterfalls and jungle trails, and unhurried time to recover in between.

The Setting

Danyasa sits between lush rainforest and the Pacific Ocean in Dominical, a coastal town in Puntarenas province. The setting suits a retreat of this kind: green jungle on one side, open ocean on the other, and a quiet pace that makes it easier to settle in. Waterfalls and jungle trails are part of the surrounding landscape and part of the week's adventures.
