Yin Yoga Training at Trilogy Sanctuary

Yin Yoga Training at Trilogy Sanctuary is a yoga training offered in La Jolla, California, for people who want to study the slow, floor-based practice of yin yoga. It is led by Kristi Kuttner, a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master and somatic guide based in southern California, whose teaching centers on rest and nervous system care. Trilogy Sanctuary hosts the training alongside its wider schedule of yoga trainings, workshops and aerial offerings.

About Kristi Kuttner

Kristi Kuttner guides rest practices for people who are ready to soften, set down the pressure and return to their heart. Through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing and Reiki, she creates spaces rooted in safety, intuition and nervous system care. She describes her intention as offering "intentional liberating rest."

Her path grew out of her own healing. According to her YouTube channel description, she used energy work, meditation and yoga to heal hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression and insomnia, and that experience led her to share these tools with others. On her website she says she has practiced energy work her whole life and has always been intuitive and sensitive to energy. Kristi holds a 500-hour yoga teacher training, completed with Uplifted Yoga.

The Setting

The training takes place at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, a San Diego neighborhood on the southern California coast. The sanctuary runs a full calendar of mat and aerial yoga classes, special classes, workshops and trainings, so the training sits within an active yoga community.
