Thomas Huebl
Spiritual Gathering
Online
Description
The Mystic Café with Thomas Hübl is an ongoing online membership community for people who want a steady, contemplative spiritual practice and regular contact with a living teacher. It brings together live teachings, guided meditation and questions and answers with Thomas Hübl, along with gatherings among members and a large library of recorded material. Because it takes place entirely online, members can take part from anywhere.
What to Expect
The heart of the Mystic Café is a monthly live session with Thomas Hübl. Each one combines teaching, meditation and a chance to bring questions directly to him. Between those sessions, members meet in online member gatherings, which give the community a place to practice and talk together rather than only listening.
The recorded library is there for the weeks in between, or for anyone who joins and wants to catch up on earlier material. The membership is ongoing, so it suits people who prefer a regular rhythm of meditation and mystical study to a single event.
The Mystic Café sits within the wider world of Thomas Hübl's work, which includes courses on meditation and mystical studies, transparent communication, and individual, ancestral and collective trauma healing. Members often come with an interest in how contemplative practice meets the shared human questions of the present moment.
About Thomas Hübl
Thomas Hübl, PhD, is a teacher, author and international facilitator who works within the complexity of systems and cultural change. He brings the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism together with the discoveries of science.
Born in Austria, he studied medicine at the University of Vienna and worked as a paramedic for nine years. In the 1990s he left his studies to follow a new path of teaching meditation and mindfulness-based awareness practices. When he began holding retreats in Austria and Germany in the early 2000s, he noticed that many participants started to voice deeply held intergenerational wounds stemming from the Second World War. Over the following two decades he developed the Collective Trauma Integration Process for working with individual, ancestral and collective trauma. He completed his PhD, on healing and integrating collective trauma, in 2022.
Since 2004 he has taught and facilitated programs with more than 100,000 people worldwide, including online courses, which he began offering in 2013.
Before You Go
The Mystic Café is held online, so all you need is a way to join the live sessions and member gatherings. The material names no prerequisites, and the mix of teaching, meditation and Q&A is open to people who are curious about Thomas Hübl's approach as well as those already familiar with his courses.
Students of Thomas Hübl's programs often describe his teaching as engaging, deeply organized and held with care, and speak of the safety he creates for participants. That atmosphere shapes the live sessions, which are meant to feel attentive and unhurried.
