Spiritual Workshop
Online
Description
The Dharma of Money is a free, ninety-minute online workshop that looks at money through Buddhist teachings. It is offered by Drala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes, Colorado, and led by Grace Fisher, a psychotherapist and meditation teacher from the Theravada tradition. It suits anyone curious about how spiritual practice and everyday financial life might meet, whether or not they have a meditation background.
The session begins from a plain question: how does your relationship with money connect to your spiritual practice? In a world where most of us work, earn, spend and give inside a larger economy, it can be hard to bring integrity, mindfulness and generosity into those roles. This workshop offers the dharma as a lens for that work, and as a way to fold your relationship with money into meditation and daily practice.
What to Expect
The evening runs from 6:00 to 7:30 pm Mountain Time and combines three elements in one sitting: guided meditation, teaching, and group discussion. The meditation practice comes first. The teaching then explores how integrity, mindfulness and generosity can work as practical principles in personal finances. The discussion that follows gives participants room to reflect and respond together.
The session is part of the Drala Mountain Online Practice Series, a collection of tuition-free online offerings held on select Tuesdays at the same hour.

Before You Go
The workshop is open to all levels, and no prior experience is required. It is taught in English and held entirely online, so you can join from wherever you are.
Tuition is free, offered in the spirit of dāna, the Buddhist practice of generosity. At registration you can make a tax-deductible donation of any amount if you wish to support the teachings. Giving is entirely optional. The material does not mention a recording or handouts, so plan to take part live.
