Retreat Yourself 5, 6 or 7 nights at Suryalila

Retreat Yourself is a self-designed yoga retreat at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, Cádiz, Spain, with stays of five, six or seven nights. It suits anyone who wants daily yoga and time to rest without following a fixed group programme, whether that means a quiet few days of recharging or a fuller week with added activities. The Suryalila Inhouse Teachers lead it.

What to Expect

Unlike the guided retreats Suryalila also runs, this one has no set schedule built around a single teacher's theme. You shape your own stay around daily yoga, with flexible activities to choose from. The days can be as slow or as full as you like: yoga, organic vegetarian meals, holistic treatments, time in nature, and space to simply rest and recharge.

For those who want more, optional add ons are available. They are aimed at people seeking more activity, adventure, healing or deeper immersion, and you choose the ones that suit you. Because you decide how much to take on, the retreat can work as a restful base with daily classes or as a fuller week.

About the Suryalila Inhouse Teachers

The yoga is taught by the Suryalila Inhouse Teachers, the centre's own teaching team. They are listed as musicians as well, so music may be part of the atmosphere. Their work sits alongside the wider Suryalila programme of guided retreats and teacher trainings.

The Setting

Suryalila Retreat Centre is in Villamartín, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia. The surrounding landscape includes Andalusia's natural parks, which gives the stay a strong connection to the outdoors. Meals at the centre are organic and vegetarian, and the retreat is built around that mix of countryside, simple food and a calm place to stay.

Before You Go

You can choose between five, six or seven nights, so you can fit the retreat to the time you have. Daily yoga and organic vegetarian meals are part of the retreat. Holistic treatments and the optional add ons are there to select according to your interests, so you decide how deep to go.
