How do I book a place on Retreat Yourself?

Booking goes through the Book section of the retreat page. Choose your stay length (5, 6 or 7 nights) there. For questions the page doesn't answer, such as accommodation options or dietary needs, contact Suryalila before you commit.

Is Retreat Yourself a fixed group programme or something more flexible?

The organizer's text doesn't say how structured it is. The flexible 5, 6 or 7 night lengths and the in-house teaching team suggest a centre-led stay, but check the Schedule tab for what is actually timetabled. If you want free time or a quieter stay, ask Suryalila how much of the day is open.

Description

Retreat Yourself is a self-directed yoga retreat at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, Cádiz, in the Andalusian countryside of southern Spain. You choose how long to stay: five, six or seven nights. That lets you shape the time around your own practice rather than a fixed programme.

The retreat is led by Suryalila's in-house teachers, who offer yoga within the centre's residential setting. It takes place around the spring equinox, a natural moment for turning inward and settling into a steadier rhythm of practice.

Common Questions

FAQs

Yes. The retreat is offered as a 5, 6 or 7 night stay, so you pick the length that fits your time away. The Costs tab on the retreat page is where the organizer sets out what each length involves.

It is led by Suryalila's in-house teachers rather than a single visiting guest. The page doesn't name individual teachers or list the styles they offer, so check the Schedule tab or ask Suryalila directly if you want a particular practice.

It takes place at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia. The organizer's text doesn't give transport or transfer details, so ask Suryalila about getting there before you book travel.

The retreat page has separate Dates, Schedule and Costs tabs, and these hold the organizer's own details. I'd rely on them over any summary, especially for what a typical day looks like and what is included in each stay length.
