Where can I find the price and what is included?

The event page has a costs section covering the price of the 5, 6 and 7 night options. The material provided does not list prices or inclusions, so confirm there what accommodation and other items are covered before you book.

How do I book a place on Retreat Yourself?

Booking goes through the organizer's event page for Suryalila Retreat Centre, which has a book section alongside the dates, schedule and costs. Choose your length of stay there. Check the dates section first, as the 5, 6 and 7 night options fit within the retreat window.

Is Retreat Yourself a good fit if I want a quiet, restorative stay rather than an intensive workshop?

It may be, given its title and the choice of shorter or longer stays, but the organizer's text does not spell out the intensity. Review the schedule section for how much teaching time is planned. If you are unsure, contact Suryalila Retreat Centre directly to ask before booking.

Description

Retreat Yourself is a yoga retreat at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, Cádiz, in rural Andalusia, Spain. You choose how long to stay: five, six or seven nights.

It is a self-directed retreat. There is no fixed curriculum to follow. You decide how to use the practice resources available and how to spend your days, within a quiet, contemplative setting suited to personal work. The Suryalila Inhouse Teachers are the people behind the retreat, and the centre's resources are there when you want them.

This suits anyone who wants time for their own yoga practice, or simply a few days away from daily routine, without a group schedule setting the pace.
