The Centre has a Getting Here page with directions. Compton Dundon is a village in Somerset near Glastonbury, so check the route and transport options there ahead of time, particularly for winter travel on country roads.

Will there be sound baths or massage as part of the Winter Warmer?

EarthSpirit lists relaxing sound baths, remedial and holistic massage, and sweat lodge among its general offerings. The organizer's text doesn't confirm which of these feature in this event, so check the event listing or ask the Centre before assuming any are included.

Where do I find the price for this event?

Description

Relaxanation - Women's Winter Warmer is a yoga retreat for women, led by Dom Dolloso at EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset. Held in the depths of winter, it offers a chance to slow down, practise yoga in the company of other women, and be warmed through during the coldest part of the year.

The Place

The centre hosts a year-round programme of yoga, meditation, breathwork, shamanic and other residential gatherings, and this winter retreat sits within that programme as a women's yoga retreat.

Before You Go
