4 days
8:00 PM
Yoga Workshop
Description
In modern life, sleep and dreaming are frequently sidelined despite their capacity for healing, insight, and creative development. This program integrates mindfulness meditation, classical yoga philosophy, Tibetan dreamwork traditions, Jungian psychology, and contemporary sleep science into a unified approach to rest and dream awareness. Participants develop practical techniques for supporting restorative sleep, strengthening dream recall, and using symbolic exploration as a mirror for understanding emotional patterns and cultivating clarity. The workshop unfolds through guided relaxation, seated meditation, journaling, and reflective inquiry. No physical postures are required. The curriculum addresses foundational dreamwork—dream recall techniques, symbol interpretation, and conscious questioning—revealing how dreams can illuminate inner patterns and support genuine transformation. Accessible to all experience levels, the program invites participants to approach sleep and waking with greater presence and ease.
