KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training - Rama, Mallorca

The KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Rama, Mallorca is a certified foundation course for people who want to teach Kundalini Yoga as taught by the Kundalini Research Institute. It suits committed students who wish to deepen their own practice, and those who plan to share the teachings with others. The training takes place in Rama, in the province of Girona, Spain.

What to Expect

The Level 1 course runs as a seven-day residential block, held several times through the year, with sessions scheduled in autumn and in spring. It is the first stage of a longer pathway: a Level 2 training, focused on vitality and stress, is also offered at the same location in Rama for those who wish to continue.

As a Kundalini Yoga teacher training, the course is built around the practice itself. Expect to work with the discipline of the tradition as a student first, and to come to understand it as a future teacher.

The Setting

Rama is the home of this training, and the course is hosted here rather than in a large hotel or city venue. Participants who prefer another part of the world will find that the same Level 1 course is also offered in Zhuhai, China, at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel, but this Mallorca offering is the one held in Rama.

Before You Go

This is a Level 1 course, the entry point to KRI teacher certification, so it is the right place to begin if you intend to train as a Kundalini Yoga teacher. Anyone considering the later Level 2 training will want to complete Level 1 first.

Choose the session that fits your calendar from the dates shown on this page, and plan to be present for the full seven days.
