Sound Bath
Description
Gary Webster Harmonic Sound Journey is a free, thirty-minute sound bath at Olympia London, held in the Oasis of Sound area of the Mind Body Spirit Festival London. It suits anyone who wants a short pause in a busy festival day, whether you have lain through many sound baths or never tried one. Gary Webster, a yoga practitioner who came to sound through a single sound bath, leads the session.
What to Expect
The session runs from 13:30 to 14:00 and is built around sustained tones, rest and quiet attention. It is described as a meditative experience of sound and stillness. Gary uses harmonic sound to make room for rest, release and reconnection, so there is nothing to perform or achieve. You settle in, listen, and let the sound do its work.
About Gary Webster
Gary's path into sound began with one sound bath that profoundly shifted his sense of calm and connection. For more than a decade he had practiced yoga to counter the stress of working in London's fast-paced transport industry, and sound felt like a natural, powerful extension of that personal practice. Today he guides harmonic sound journeys as a way of helping others rest and reconnect.
Before You Go
Access to the 30-minute harmonic sound session is included, and the session is free. The material lists no prerequisites or special preparation, so you can simply arrive and take part as part of your visit to the festival at Olympia London.
