Ayurveda Retreat

About This Event

Description

Was dich erwartet

- Vollpension
- persönliche Betreuung in kleiner Gruppe

FAQs

Weekly participation is possible, with three blocks offered: 2–9 April, 12–19 April and 21–28 April. The organizer recommends at least one week and suggests combining several weeks to deepen the effects and anchor them long term. The weeks can be booked individually or in combination.
Yes, the retreat is held in Italy, high above the sea in the historic Palazzo Belmonte. KAIAKALPA, the organizer, is based in Munich, which is why the event is listed there. The setting combines historic architecture with a Mediterranean coastal landscape.
The stay begins with a detailed ayurvedic initial consultation. Based on it, treatments, nutrition and daily structure are tailored to your constitution and current state of balance. The therapies are described as individually adjusted rather than a fixed standard programme.
In Ayurveda, spring is the season of cleansing, renewal and reordering, and Kapha tends to accumulate over winter. The retreat aims to balance Kapha excess, gently activate metabolism and digestion, and stabilise energy, focus and mental clarity. The organizer stresses fine-tuned impulses rather than radical interventions.
