Spiritual Retreat
Description
Conscious Valentines is a weekend spiritual retreat for singles at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. It is open to conscious, open-hearted people of any gender, sexual orientation or background who want to turn Valentine's Day toward their relationship with themselves while meeting others on a similar path. The retreat is led by Robyn Vogel, psychotherapist, ABC News Radio host and Amazon #1 New Release author of Come Back to Love: A Path to Healing.
The premise is simple. A valentine began as an intentional choice of who to honor and care for, and this weekend invites you to make that choice about yourself. The work is real, and so is the enjoyment.
What to Expect
The weekend blends guided meditation, somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS) work and time in community. Together you explore the patterns and beliefs that have kept love at a distance, reconnect with your own inner wisdom and release what no longer serves you. There is also room to laugh, play and rest.
The program aims to help you:
- Release the patterns and beliefs quietly keeping love at a distance.
- Reconnect with your heart's wisdom and innate worthiness.
- Experience real connection with yourself and a community of like-hearted souls.
- Discover what it means to be both spiritually whole and genuinely open to love.
A self-love ritual is a highlight of the weekend, a ceremony honoring exactly who you are, right now.
The retreat runs from Friday to Sunday. Check-in begins at 2:00 pm on the first day, with a Kripalu Yoga class, dinner, and an evening program session from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. On Saturday, the day starts with yoga at 6:30 am and a silent breakfast, followed by program sessions from 9:30 to 11:30 am and 1:30 to 4:30 pm, with lunch between them. Another yoga class and dinner come before an evening session. Sunday begins the same way, with a program session from 9:00 to 11:00 am and lunch before departure. Times can shift, so check the schedule given at check-in.
