Awakening Through Truth: A Kundalini and Satyagraha Immersion
4 days

Kundalini Yoga
Description
Awakening Through Truth is a three-day Kundalini yoga retreat at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, led by Jeannie O'Neill. It pairs Kundalini practice with Satyagraha, the path of truth, integrity and conscious action, and is meant for anyone who wants to pause, realign and meet their life with more honesty. No prior Kundalini or meditation experience is needed.
What to Expect
The retreat moves through movement, breathwork, meditation, silence, devotion, self-inquiry and service. The intention is to build clarity, courage and embodied presence, to release what no longer serves, and to deepen your connection to what is real and essential. Pranayama and meditation alternate with periods of intentional silence, and self-inquiry is held within a compassionate community. Evening sessions look at how practice fits into everyday life. The teachings also draw on the Advaita Vedanta tradition.
The days have a steady rhythm. On the opening day, check-in begins at 2:00 pm, followed by a Kripalu Yoga class from 4:45 to 6:00, dinner, and a first program session from 7:30 to 9:00 in the evening. On the full days, a program session runs from 7:00 to 8:00 am, followed by a silent breakfast. Program sessions continue from 10:00 to 11:30 am and from 1:30 to 4:00 pm, with lunch between them. The day closes with a Kripalu Yoga class from 4:45 to 6:00 and dinner. On the closing day, a morning session at 7:00 and a silent breakfast lead into a final session from 9:00 to 11:00, then lunch and departure. Actual times may vary, and the schedule given at check-in has the room locations.
