Where can I find the daily schedule and prices?

The Suryalila page has separate Schedule and Costs tabs for this week. The details were not included in the material provided here, so check those tabs directly for the daily timetable, what the fee covers and accommodation options.

How do I book a place on the immersive week?

Booking goes through Suryalila's own training page, which has a Book section alongside the Dates, Schedule and Costs tabs. Ask them directly about deposits, payment terms and cancellation, since those are not stated in the information available here.

Who is this training likely to suit?

It suits people who want a 200-hour teacher training in a hybrid format, with a concentrated week of in-person practice at a retreat centre. It is probably not for anyone who wants a fully online course or a short drop-in workshop. Entry requirements are not given in the material, so ask Suryalila whether they expect any prior practice experience.

Description

This is the in-person immersive week of a 200-hour hybrid yoga teacher training, led by Vidya at Suryalila Retreat Centre in Villamartín, Cádiz, in Andalusia, Spain. The hybrid format pairs an intensive residential week with ongoing coursework, so the time spent together on site sits inside a longer course of study.

The curriculum for the 200-hour certification covers yoga philosophy, asana and pranayama. Vidya, a musician, leads the instruction. For anyone looking for a yoga teacher training in Spain that combines focused time in person with continued study, this week is the residential part of that structure.
