Your Subconscious Runs 95% of Your Day: A Biologist's View

From Next Level Soul Podcast

Watch · 7

In a studio at Next Level Soul, the host opens with a question that sounds like a warning: is there anything in our future that scares you? The guest, cellular biologist Bruce Lipton, returning to the show, does not answer with a forecast. He answers with a diagnosis. Across a conversation that runs close to an hour and fifty minutes, he argues that the mind is not a passive observer of the body but a builder of it, that most of daily life runs on programs installed in early childhood, that negative belief can be as physically consequential as positive belief, and that stress sits at the center of modern illness. He ties those claims to his own tongue cancer, to a long-delayed book called Beyond Darwin, to fasting and ancestral eating patterns, and finally to the question of whether consciousness outlasts the body. The video's title frames the stakes as a warning with a ten-to-twenty-year window; the teaser lines at its top include the line "We are facing an inevitable crash." This piece works through the ideas underneath that framing, for readers who have not sat through the whole thing.

What does the subconscious actually do all day?

Lipton's starting point is a distinction most people never examine: the mind is not one thing. He describes a conscious mind centered in the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain "right behind your forehead," which he calls the seat of individuality, identity and spirituality, and which he describes as creative. The other part, which he puts at about 90 percent of the brain, is the subconscious, and he defines it simply: "sub means below conscious. It operates without you even paying attention."

His preferred metaphor is a hard drive. The subconscious holds programs, which he calls habits, and some are useful. Walking is his example. Once learned, it runs for a lifetime, and he says it is the power of a program that lets you still walk at 100. The difficulty is that the same mechanism stores everything else.

The sharpest image in this part of the conversation is the car. You are driving to the store, but your attention drifts to what you will do when you get there. Lipton's point is that at that moment you are no longer steering; the subconscious has taken over, and it "drives even better than you because the processing power of that mind is fantastic." He is careful to make the claim concrete. Sometimes, he says, the subconscious can drive a car just as it learned to walk or to ride a bicycle.

"The subconscious is autopilot. When the conscious mind is engaged thinking, the programs in the subconscious mind take over."

— Bruce Lipton, Next Level Soul conversation, 8:54

From there he makes the claim that gives the talk its sweep. Asked how much of the day a typical person spends thinking, he answers 95 percent. By his math, then, most of a life is run by programs that the person cannot see, because the person is inside their own head. Others, he says, respond to those programs, which is how the programs become a shared environment.

Can a negative belief make you sick?

The host's first question goes straight at the topic that has made Lipton's work famous under the banner of the placebo effect. Lipton's answer is that the field has told only half the story. "What people have to know," he says, "is you can manifest any disease and even die with negative thinking. It's all it takes."

He builds the argument around the prognosis. A diagnosis delivered with a timeline, he argues, can become a prescription for the outcome it predicts. He describes the common pattern: a doctor says three months, and the patient thinks, well, then I guess I have three months, and the body responds. He goes further and says that autopsies often show that people did not die of the disease they were given, but of the belief that they would.

Lipton does not present these claims as a licence to blame the sick. He is describing a mechanism he believes is underused. The underlying premise, as he states it, is that "we are manifestors, creators of our life experiences," and that people have been taught to see themselves as powerless, which makes the question shift from "what can I do" to "how much will it cost to fix me." The result, in his view, is a person who becomes a consumer of outside solutions for something they already have on the inside.

It is worth sitting with what he is and is not saying here. He is not claiming that every illness is a thought. He is claiming that belief is a biological input, that the nervous system listens to meaning as well as to chemistry, and that a negative frame can push in the wrong direction. Readers who want to test that for themselves will find the claim more useful as a question to bring to their own doctors than as a verdict.

Why do positive thinkers still get sick?

The host presses on the obvious objection: why do people who think positively still get sick? Lipton says this is the question where critics usually dismiss the whole field as a belief system, and it is the question he thinks gets the answer wrong. The problem lies in the word "mind," which suggests one entity. In his account there are two minds, interdependent, and the conscious one is only half the story.

The second half is where the trouble starts. The conscious mind, he says, can look out the windshield of the body, or it can look inward. Thinking, in his terms, is looking in. "A thought is inside," he says. "So the moment you are thinking, you are disconnected from the world at that moment." The conscious mind can be pulled into rehearsing worries and fantasies, and during that stretch the subconscious programs are the ones running the body.

This is the mechanism that connects belief to physiology in his framework. Positive intention does not automatically override a stored program; if the program was installed with a negative message, the conscious mind's good wishes may be running on a system that is still set to a different default. That, he suggests, is why positive thinkers can still fall ill.

Where do the programs come from?

Lipton's answer is childhood. He places the most formative period of programming up to about age seven, and he uses the family doctor as an example. When someone in the household gets sick, the child learns that the doctor knows and the child does not. The power of knowledge is transferred to the professional, and the habit of deferring carries forward.

He is blunt about the consequences. He says that the programs a person downloads are, by a rough estimate he offers, 60 percent disempowering and self-sabotaging. He describes children and adults taking in other people's programs as a matter of course, through family, schools and media, without any filter.

"We've been programmed to be victims. Powerless means I can't do it, but somebody else can do it."

— Bruce Lipton, Next Level Soul conversation, 6:56 (paraphrased from the conversation's opening exchange on programming)

The bitter pill, in his words, is that most people spend most of their lives running a program they have never examined, and that the program was written by someone else.

What role does stress play in the body?

The most quotable line in the excerpt comes when Lipton turns to health in general. He says that the health crisis is overwhelmingly a stress crisis, and his figure is specific: "90 plus percent of the health crisis is due to one thing: stress." He frames cancer the same way, not as the root problem but as a symptom. "Cancer is a symptom of a problem," he says.

"90 plus percent of the health crisis is due to one thing: stress."

— Bruce Lipton, Next Level Soul conversation, 24:34

His own diagnosis gives the argument its personal weight. He describes receiving a tongue cancer diagnosis, and he says the experience pushed him to look at the mind-body connection differently. He links the completion of his long-delayed book, Beyond Darwin, to a turning point in his life, and mentions that his last scan showed no tumor. Readers should treat that as his account of his own experience rather than a medical claim they can apply to others. The point he is making is that stress, belief and the body are continuous, and that he came to see his illness through that lens.

Is fasting part of the answer?

Lipton brings the argument back to the table. He says that human beings did not evolve on three meals a day, and that our ancestors ate in a much more irregular pattern. He describes the body's rhythm as one that benefits from a defined eating window, and he treats reduced eating as a health benefit rather than a deprivation. The argument fits his broader frame: food is information, and the body reads it through the same system that reads belief.

"Our ancestors did not have three meals a day."

— Bruce Lipton, Next Level Soul conversation, 32:55

He also pushes on modern food habits, including the sugar in beverages, and he links daily living to what he sees as a larger unsustainability. The conversation's nutritional thread is consistent with the rest: the body is not a fixed machine that can be patched from outside, but a responsive system shaped by inputs and by the programs that govern how it is used.

What about the soul, reincarnation and the bigger picture?

In the later stretches of the conversation, Lipton moves from biology toward spirituality. The host asks about past lives and whether we have a soul that reincarnates. Lipton describes receptors on the cell membrane as antennas, tuning in to signals from the environment, and he uses broadcast-style imagery to suggest that consciousness may be received rather than produced entirely inside the body. He presents his view as personal interpretation, and that framing matters: he is describing a model he finds coherent, not a settled finding.

He also takes aim at the Darwinian story as it is often told. He argues that cooperation and nurture, not competition alone, shape how communities survive, and he offers animal examples, such as a dolphin pod that cares for a sick member, to make the point. That argument is the thread that connects Beyond Darwin to the rest of his work.

Where to go from here

The most useful way into this conversation is to treat its claims as a set of questions rather than conclusions. Lipton's core proposition is that the subconscious runs most of daily life, that its programs were largely installed in childhood, and that negative belief, stress and the way we eat all feed back into the body. Each of those claims can be examined.

  • Notice when you are thinking rather than looking out, and what program might be running while you do it.
  • Ask what beliefs about health you absorbed from family and what the doctor's role was in those early lessons.
  • Take the placebo and nocebo claims to a clinician rather than deciding them alone, especially around any prognosis.
  • Look at stress as a shared variable in your own health picture, not only as a mood.
  • Read Beyond Darwin and Lipton's other books directly, since this conversation covers far more ground than any single article can.

The full conversation is available on the Next Level Soul channel, and the guest resources listed in its description link to his books and official site. Lipton's own warning is that the programs we do not examine will keep running the show. Whether or not you accept his framing, that is a question worth asking of any life.

[0:00] Is there anything in our future that scares you?

[0:04] People don't change. The writing on the wall is the end. We are

[0:11] facing an inevitable crash. You have to take care of your health

[0:16] if you want to be a participant in the game. The programs make

[0:20] me feel like I'm a victim. 90 plus percent of the health

[0:24] crisis is due to one thing: stress. People think cancer is a

[0:29] problem. I want to acknowledge it. Cancer is a symptom of a

[0:35] problem.

[0:36] Just because you can do something doesn't mean you

[0:38] should do something, or even think, "Should I do this? You

[0:42] never thought about it. You just did it.

[0:43] So my suggestion, people, please listen.

[0:57] I like to welcome back to the show returning champion Bruce

[1:00] Lipton.

[1:01] Did I win?

[1:03] You won. You won just by being here.

[1:05] I'm so happy to be here. I just want to say how much I

[1:08] appreciate your work because civilization is facing an

[1:11] evolution, and to get through it requires knowledge. Knowledge is

[1:16] power, and your program to me is very important because you are

[1:21] feeding knowledge to a public that is in desperate need to

[1:27] learn how to move from where we are to where we can go.

[1:30] Well, first of all, thank you so much, and I appreciate you

[1:33] saying those kind words, and I appreciate you coming down to

[1:36] Next Level Soul Studios. I've been wanting to do this since

[1:38] the first time we spoke. I didn't even have a studio. I'm

[1:40] like, one day I want to sit down with her in person, so it's it's

[1:43] a joy to have you in the studio. So you know, obviously, you're

[1:46] we've talked a lot in the in our past conversations about

[1:48] epigenetics and and gone down the road of that, and talking

[1:53] about the power of the belief and the power of the mind to

[1:55] heal and to change your genetics and things like that. How

[1:59] powerful can a negative belief be on the body.

[2:03] Very, very important question. Why? Oh, positive belief.

[2:08] Positive, you know, placebo effect. Positive belief. Okay,

[2:13] and no one until now is mentioning the negative side.

[2:17] And to me, that was the important part of the

[2:20] conversation that has been left out. Why negative thinking is

[2:25] equally powerful as positive thinking? You can heal any

[2:29] disease with positive placebo thinking. What people have to

[2:34] know is you can manifest any disease and even die with

[2:40] negative thinking. It's all it takes. You can get cancer

[2:43] because you believe it.

[2:45] That is a lot of times, like you don't know it until the doctor

[2:47] says, "Oh, you have three months to live. And like, well, I guess

[2:49] I have three months to live, and the body reacts.

[2:51] Yeah, and this has always come about because during, for most

[2:54] people, during the formative years of programming, which is

[2:59] up to age seven, if if people have a family doctor, and

[3:05] anybody gets sick in the family, oh, we have to go to the doctor.

[3:09] I go well. There's a problem because in that programming

[3:13] says, well, if it comes to health, I don't know anything

[3:16] about it, but the doctor knows, and so you transfer the power of

[3:22] knowledge to whatever the doctor said, so and this is a scary

[3:28] part because if a prognosis is not positive, it's a

[3:33] prescription to manifest. So as you mentioned, like oh you you

[3:38] have three months left to live, and people die in about three

[3:42] months, and you know, many times in autopsy, they never died from

[3:47] the cancer they were supposed to have died from. They died

[3:50] because of the belief they were going to die, and this all comes

[3:55] down to a simple fact: we are manifestors, creators of our

[4:00] life experiences. We are a piece of God,

[4:04] Spark,

[4:05] And the idea is you don't recognize the power of that

[4:10] position because we've never been programmed to see ourselves

[4:15] as that. We've been programmed to be victims,

[4:17] Powerless,

[4:18] And powerless means I can't do it, but somebody else can do it.

[4:23] And then the question is, how much will it cost to fix me? And

[4:29] you become a customer, a consumer of something on the

[4:34] outside to replace what you already have innately on the

[4:40] inside. Powerful, but if you don't believe you are powerful,

[4:44] it's hey biology of belief.

[4:48] It's a good bookI heard. I heard it's a good. I've seen a copy.

[4:54] Well, then let me ask you this: on the on the flip side of

[4:56] that, why do people who think positively still get sick.

[5:01] Ah, that is the most important question because that's where

[5:05] people come and say, "Well, that must be a bunch of BS, a belief

[5:08] system. And I go, "No, you see, the when you say the mind, it's

[5:14] in my mind. It conjures up an idea that there's a single

[5:20] entity called the mind, when in fact there are two minds that

[5:25] are interdependent. The latest evolution of the mind is right

[5:31] behind your forehead, a lobe of brain called the prefrontal

[5:36] cortex. This is what makes us as individuals different. This is

[5:41] our source. This is our identity, and as we get into it,

[5:47] this is the seat of our spirituality. Okay, and the

[5:52] character of this conscious mind is creative. So I say, hey, tell

[5:59] me your wishes and desires, and whatever you come up with is a

[6:03] manifestation of a creation. Oh, I want this. I would love to

[6:08] have that. You know, I go yeah, creativity. Then I say the other

[6:13] part of the mind, which is about 90% of the brain, is the

[6:18] subconscious, and sub means below conscious. It operates

[6:22] without you even paying attention. The subconscious is

[6:25] the equivalent of a hard disk in a computer. It's got programs,

[6:31] what we call programs, habits. Okay. Now there are some good

[6:35] habits. When did you learn how to walk? That's a good habit.

[6:39] Before it's true, and you're still walking, and you can be

[6:43] 100, and you're still walking. I say, that's the power of a

[6:47] program. Once it's in there, my whole life, riding a bicycle. So

[6:52] the idea is this: the conscious mind is creative, the

[6:56] subconscious mind is a hard drive with programs in it. Okay,

[7:02] and then comes this issue. When you're coming from a conscious

[7:06] mind as an observer and participant in the world, then

[7:11] you're manifesting wishes and desires. Okay, and here comes

[7:16] the problem, and nobody's aware. And I want to thank you for

[7:19] asking. The conscious mind can look out your eyes, pretend your

[7:25] body is a vehicle. Your conscious mind is leaking out

[7:28] the windshield, and the conscious mind is driving us to

[7:33] what wishes and desires. But here comes the problem: the

[7:38] conscious mind can think. What what what I go? Thinking is not

[7:45] looking out. Thinking is looking in. A thought is inside. So the

[7:51] moment you are thinking, you are disconnected from the world at

[7:55] that moment. You're inside. I go. Yeah, but I love it. If

[8:00] you're driving a car and all of a sudden you say, "Yeah, well,

[8:03] when I get to the store, I'm going to do blah blah blah. I'm

[8:08] going at that moment. You are not driving the car. I go, "What

[8:12] do you mean? I said, "You're in. You're thinking. You're not even

[8:16] looking out the windshield. Yeah, but the car seems to be

[8:19] driving okay. I go, and this is it. The subconscious is

[8:25] autopilot. When the conscious mind is engaged thinking, the

[8:31] programs in the subconscious mind take over. Okay, now that

[8:36] subconscious mind is a million times more powerful a processor

[8:40] than is the conscious mind, so I say, yeah. You taught the

[8:46] subconscious mind how to drive a vehicle just as much as you

[8:49] taught it how to rock. Okay, so the idea is the moment you were

[8:54] thinking about what you were going to do at the destination,

[8:58] the autopilot subconscious took over, and it drives even better

[9:04] than you because the processing power of that mind is fantastic.

[9:09] So the idea was, yeah, you were thinking, and the car was being

[9:12] driven unconsciously by the subconscious. Now to conclude

[9:18] this very important part, how much time does the average

[9:23] person spend thinking? And the answer is 95% of the day.

[9:30] Meaning, this is it. 95% of the day, your life is operating from

[9:36] the programs you have in the subconscious mind, and because

[9:41] you are not looking out, you don't even see the program you

[9:45] are playing, because you're inside. But everybody else is

[9:53] responding to your program, okay? And now comes the bitter

[9:59] pill, and that is this. 90% of the 95% of your life is this is

[10:05] the program, okay? And percentage-wise, 60% of those

[10:11] programs that we download in our life are disempowering and

[10:18] self-sabotaging. So that means when you're on autopilot, 95% of

[10:24] the day, the majority of your behavior is self-sabotaging.

[10:30] Well, Bruce, is this what is this what happens when the

[10:35] powers that be are trying to control the populace by feeding

[10:38] them fear and constantly trying to control them in that way

[10:42] because if that's a program as well.

[10:44] Excuse me, they are controlling them, and this is really

[10:47] important because well, people watch the media, okay, and then

[10:52] they they tell us this is how life is.

[10:54] Right, these people

[10:56] And then all of a sudden you you're in your living room and

[11:00] you're watching, you know, the planet go to hell, and you look

[11:04] outside and say, "Oh my God, we're in trouble. It's like,

[11:08] well, that's because of the video they're showing you, and

[11:12] it's like, is that the real world or is that the selection

[11:17] of what they want you to know? Let's go back. The idea of this

[11:22] programming, which is biologically and scientifically

[11:26] the first seven years of your life, your brain is not even at

[11:30] the level of consciousness until age seven. Okay, under age

[11:36] seven, you're in a brain function called theta. Theta is

[11:40] imagination and character. So a child under seven lives half of

[11:46] its life in the real world and half of it in the imaginary

[11:50] world. You got imaginary friends, imaginary games, blah

[11:53] blah blah. So I'm saying this is a download period. Okay, there

[11:58] is no filtering of the download. You it's the state of hypnosis.

[12:04] That's what failure is. Hypnosis. I go. Why? Hey, how

[12:10] many things you have to know to be a functional member of a

[12:13] family, or how many things you have to know to be a functional

[12:16] member of a community? I say 1000s of things. The you know

[12:20] the rules of life. I say, how's a young kid, an infant, going to

[12:26] learn the rules to be a participant? And the answer is,

[12:32] well, they can't read a book and they can't go to a school, but

[12:37] nature has made that mind a state of hypnosis. So all you

[12:42] have to do is observe. You observe your parents, their

[12:45] behavior. You observe the community, their behavior, and

[12:49] you download them. Again, you're downloading other people's

[12:54] behaviors, and the majority of them are self-sabotaging. Okay,

[12:59] and then 95% of your life, when you are thinking, is coming from

[13:05] those programs. So now I go. 400 years ago, the Jesuits started

[13:12] telling their followers, "Give me a boy until it is seven, and

[13:17] I will show you the man. I go, "My God! They knew even that was

[13:23] seven years, and they knew that whatever program went in, 95% of

[13:29] that person's life is a program, and what do they manifest?

[13:34] Catholic school. Why? Give them the rules before they're seven,

[13:41] and the program for that would be in your mind just as much as

[13:44] walking would be in that program, and they own you from

[13:49] there. Okay, well, that was 400 years ago. Today, the

[13:55] programming is much more significant than it was when the

[14:01] Jesuits were aware, and I was tell people, look at an infant

[14:07] carrying an iPad.

[14:09] Oh, I know.

[14:09] And at that moment, that's programming. You're programming

[14:13] an infant to use this computer. You know, I said, insidious. And

[14:19] I say, but most of the programming is very negative,

[14:23] and I say the result, as we just mentioned, was the programs make

[14:29] me feel like I'm a victim. I cannot control my genes. I

[14:34] cannot control what goes on in my life in the world. I'm a

[14:38] victim, powerless, and as the moment begins, you're powerless.

[14:43] You will pay anything to get power from somebody else.

[14:48] And there's always someone who's ready to charge.

[14:51] Ah, just yeah. Watch TV every 15 minutes. Yeah,

[14:55] 15 seconds nowadays.

[14:56] Yeah.

[14:56] So let me ask you this, Bruce: Is there any programming for?

[15:00] Your first seven years that seems to still show up every

[15:03] once in a while that you've become aware of and you've might

[15:06] have adjusted in your life,

[15:07] Not negative ones.

[15:09] Okay,

[15:09] why? Because I had very negative program. I tell you very

[15:14] personally, my father and mother had a very dysfunctional

[15:17] relationship. Okay, and I say so what? I observed my father's

[15:21] behavior, which under age seven, what did I know was good or bad

[15:27] behavior? I downloaded his behavior. Then for 40 years, 40

[15:33] years, I could not sustain a relationship, and the reason was

[15:39] once I was start thinking, and my father's behavior would be

[15:44] the autopilot. My relationships were gone, but I met my partner

[15:51] Margaret. I think 32 years or so ago, and she, in her former

[15:57] career, was head of a workshop programming company, very much

[16:03] aware of programs. I was aware of programs, you know, from the

[16:07] minds and all that. So when we started to get together, we had

[16:11] one argument, just once, and it was like two egos bouncing

[16:18] against each other. It was the worst argument over nothing.

[16:22] Yeah, directions how to go someplace. You know, it's like,

[16:27] and I remember for about a week to two weeks after my hands were

[16:33] my nervous system was shaking of how that was traumatic, but we

[16:38] made an agreement never to have an argument, and we both knew

[16:43] about program, so came the option. If I came up with a

[16:47] program that was negative, most people, when they do that in a

[16:51] relationship, one comes up with a negative program, and the

[16:56] partner observes and goes, "Who who are you? You know, where

[17:00] where did that come from? Well, you have to remember: if you're

[17:04] playing a program, you're playing because you're not

[17:06] paying attention, so you don't know, you know, what you just

[17:11] said. But your partner observes it, okay? And then, well, you

[17:15] did this blah blah blah argument, fight. 50% of

[17:19] relationships dissolve in divorce. Why? Because the

[17:25] person's negative programming overrides them at some point.

[17:28] So, bottom line was this: Margaret and I, knowing about

[17:31] this, if I came up with a negative program, she wouldn't.

[17:35] It wouldn't be an argument. It would be, Bruce. Did you just

[17:39] hear what you said? I go. What did I say? And then she tell me.

[17:44] I go. Oh no, I didn't really mean that. And that was the

[17:49] opening to change a program. So in our relationship, I changed

[17:56] all the negative programs. Anytime they would come up, and

[17:59] she had hers, and she, we would change them, and so what was

[18:04] that? Removing the negative behaviors, and retaining the

[18:09] positive behaviors, and the result is the honeymoon that

[18:14] I've been on for 32 years of waking up every day with, oh my

[18:20] God, I'm so happy. I'm so in love. I love my life. I love my

[18:24] partner. Heaven on earth for 32 years, not one argument ever

[18:30] after.

[18:30] Beautiful, beautiful. Now, is there any beliefs that you've

[18:34] had in your in your life that has affected your health or your

[18:38] body?

[18:40] I'm dealing with it right now, I say, what was that? About two

[18:43] and a half years ago, I was having a pain in my ear, my side

[18:48] of my face. I went to an ear, nose, a throat doctor, and I'll

[18:53] never forget it. He says, "Well, let me look down your throat,

[18:57] and then he looked down. Then he gave me. He looked at me with

[19:01] this like serious, like close to my face, and he goes, "Bruce,

[19:06] you have cancer in your tongue. I go, "Oh, and he's waiting for,

[19:14] "Oh, I got cancer. I just said, "Oh, well, I know this for a

[19:19] fact. There's no gene that causes cancer. There's not one

[19:25] gene that causes cancer. Cancer is 90% minimum due to lifestyle

[19:32] and cancer.

[19:32] Environment too, no?

[19:34] What's that?

[19:34] Environment as well, right?

[19:35] Well, yeah, that's involving lifestyle. Okay, how I manage

[19:39] myself. Okay, so I realize, okay, I have a cancer, and

[19:45] people think cancer is a problem. I want to acknowledge,

[19:49] cancer is a symptom of a problem. This is why. Where is

[19:56] the cancer? Lung, kidney, prostate. Wherever that is a,

[20:04] it's actually telling you there's an issue you are not

[20:08] dealing with, and the cancer affects that area where you're

[20:12] not dealing with something. Okay, so I have a tongue cancer,

[20:17] and my career is speaking,

[20:19] Right!

[20:20] And all of a sudden, I go well. I can't. I lecture. I'm still

[20:24] working. I'm rebuilding this tongue muscle, and I say, "Oh my

[20:30] God! There's no more speaking. Then I realized, for 20 years,

[20:37] I've had a knowledge of a theory of evolution that was

[20:42] challenging Darwinian theory. I call it the antidote to

[20:47] Darwinian theory. And the simple fact we get into is Darwinian

[20:54] theory is the cause of the upheaval of our civilization at

[20:58] this time. And I had this new scientific theory of evolution

[21:04] that completely challenges the whole Dharma thing. I mean, the

[21:08] whole idea is Dharma is based on competition. The new theory is

[21:13] cooperation as the drive of evolution, and I didn't write

[21:19] it. I kept speaking and giving more and more lectures

[21:23] About it or other things.

[21:24] What's that?

[21:24] About it or about other things?

[21:25] About anything but the story. And and therefore I say, so why

[21:32] is my speaking affection? It says because you are not writing

[21:37] what you've had in your mind for 20 years. So simple conclusion.

[21:44] Okay, I commit. I'm going to write this book. My scan from

[21:50] the med people before writing a book, malignant tumor. In the

[21:57] middle of writing my book, a scan said benign tumor. At the

[22:03] completion of my book, the last scan said no tumor.

[22:09] Really, but it still affected your tongue.

[22:11] Well, yeah, because for two and a half years, remember, tongue

[22:14] is muscle.

[22:14] Of course,

[22:15] And the tumor wrapped around the nerve, which I couldn't move

[22:19] that muscle. Well, anybody who knows about muscle, you can

[22:23] build up muscle, but if you don't use the muscle,

[22:26] It

[22:27] It atrophies. So I'm still working with what rebuilding the

[22:32] muscle for two and a half years. It was paralyzed, and so I'm in

[22:39] the process of a lot of people. When I tried to speak earlier,

[22:42] said, "Oh, you must have had a stroke,

[22:44] Right,

[22:45] Or something. No, it was just my inability to maneuver my tongue

[22:51] and speech.

[22:52] So I want to dig into this a little bit because it's such an

[22:54] important lesson to that for people to listen to, is that you

[22:59] had a, and I'll argue. I'll just say you had a download of this

[23:03] information.

[23:04] Yes.

[23:04] This information came through you, and you said, for whatever

[23:08] reason, scared. I don't want to go down that road. I know what's

[23:11] going to happen when I come out there. They're going to attack

[23:13] me. I really don't want to deal with this.

[23:15] Are you me or what?

[23:17] Well, I've I've had similar worlds myself, my friend. I

[23:21] didn't hold on to it for 20 years, but I've had these

[23:23] conversations with myself, and I'm like, "Oh God, but you've

[23:27] been given the gift, so you've been given that information, and

[23:30] it's your job and your sole mission to put this out. You

[23:34] agreed to it.

[23:35] Well, yeah, and the idea was I wrote a book called The Biology

[23:38] of Belief.

[23:39] Believe if I believe if

[23:41] I can't heal myself, then the book is meaningless.

[23:45] Right. So there's a lot

[23:47] Under some pressure.

[23:48] So there's a lot of there's a lot of levels to this. Yeah. So

[23:51] when people hold on to a dream, and or or stifle a talent.

[23:56] Yes.

[23:57] So like I really want to dance, but I'm an accountant, and

[24:01] there's nothing wrong with being an accountant if that is what

[24:03] you're supposed to do and what you find joy in, and that's when

[24:06] people and that's when like oh or I'm holding on to something

[24:09] I'm just not letting go of it or not processing it. Yeah, this is

[24:13] where disease comes from.

[24:14] 100% People think oh genes are responsible. A fact less than 1%

[24:23] of all the health crisis on this planet-less than 1%-is even

[24:29] connected to a gene. 90 plus percent of the health crisis is

[24:34] due to one thing: stress.

[24:37] Oh yeah, absolutely.

[24:38] And the world is getting more and more stress every day, every

[24:42] day, and the house price is going up more every day. No

[24:45] matter how much medicine, no matter how many hospitals, blah

[24:49] blah blah, the house price is getting worse. Why? Because we,

[24:55] you know, brought into the medical system as well. I'm not

[24:58] well. The doctor, I go. They're still locked into an old belief

[25:03] about if something's going on below your neck, it must be

[25:08] something wrong with the mechanism.

[25:10] Yeah, the machine's wrong.

[25:11] The machine's wrong, and so here's some medicine, a drug, a

[25:15] chemical. Put this into your system and adjust the machine.

[25:20] And the problem is this: 90% of that, 99% villains is from here.

[25:27] And if you don't deal with this, then you're going to just

[25:32] struggle to try and keep fixing the machine when the problem was

[25:37] up here.

[25:38] So then, as as well to fix the machine as well as there is a

[25:41] there's a belief as well, and I've realized this as well in my

[25:44] life is that when you what you eat and how you eat is not only

[25:50] on a physical level of like you know the energy the energy of

[25:54] the food the chemicals of the food that help you and all that

[25:57] stuff but belief of that so even like I know everybody watching

[26:02] has at one point or another go. I need to get in shape. I need

[26:05] to start eating right.

[26:06] I had to do this myself with the wake up call with my cancer.

[26:09] So tell me.

[26:10] Yeah. Okay. Number one, this is people have to wake up. This is

[26:15] tough one. The minimum lifespan of a human biologically is 150

[26:22] years. We get to 100. Everybody thinks, "Oh my God, you lived to

[26:26] 100. I say, "You're missing 50 years. I say, "Where's the

[26:31] problem? Almost all of it comes down to food. I go, "Why? Well,

[26:36] let me tell you first the negative side. When you burn

[26:41] fuel, let's say gas in the car. You get energy, but you get

[26:46] toxic waste product coming out the exhaust pipe. You don't

[26:51] breathe the exhaust; it will kill you. Okay,

[26:54] Right.

[26:55] When you burn food, a toxic byproduct is called free

[27:00] radical, and free radical are charged ions, atoms with a

[27:05] charge, and they shoot holes in the cells, and they kill cells.

[27:12] The more food you digest, the more cells you kill. Now,

[27:17] basically, you're killing your body cells. You know the ones

[27:20] that are already functional: liver, muscle, skin, blah blah

[27:25] blah. Interesting fact, viewers. Here's a fact: every second,

[27:33] three and one half million cells die. Every second, three and a

[27:38] half million just dies. Three and a half million just die.

[27:42] Well, we have stem cells, which are embryonic cells with a new

[27:47] name, and they replace the cells that are dying. But when you eat

[27:53] food, the proportion of cells that die proportion are the body

[27:58] cells. But you still hit a number of stem cells. Over time,

[28:05] you will diminish the population of stem cells, and that's where

[28:10] the problem comes in because you're still losing three and a

[28:14] half million cells. But if you don't have enough stem cells to

[28:18] replenish that loss, it's a downhill ride. That's the aging

[28:22] that comes in. Okay.

[28:24] How do you keep the stem cells at a good level?

[28:28] Take care of yourself.

[28:30] Eat right. Take care of yourself.

[28:32] Okay. And now number many things come in here. I'd like to tell

[28:36] you something that you're not going to find in a textbook.

[28:38] Okay. As a Short story: Chernobyl reactor blew up, and

[28:48] every year they put a robot with a camera go through the reactor

[28:53] and just say, "What's going on? And year four, there was black

[28:59] fungus growing on the wall in the reactor, you know, how can

[29:06] anything live in the reactor? Well, that pushed some

[29:10] scientists to say, "What the hell is the fungus able to do to

[29:16] survive in the reactor? Well, it turns out it was what made them

[29:21] black? I said, "What was that pigment? I said, "What's the

[29:25] name of the pigment? Melanin. I go, "Why is that relevant? It's

[29:30] the pigment in all of our skin except for albinos. Okay, all of

[29:35] us have melanin. Okay, the degree of melanin is also due to

[29:41] where people came from to a certain start, like the

[29:45] equatorial zone, and melan had two functions: absorb the

[29:51] negative rays from the sun to keep us from burning ourselves.

[29:55] Okay, and the new function, and this is it, folks. In plants,

[30:01] there's something called a chloroplast. It's a protein

[30:06] granule that takes sunlight and converts it into energy and

[30:10] food. Melanin is the animal equivalent of chloroplast. It

[30:18] takes energy out of the field, converts the energy into

[30:23] biological energy and provides our energy resource. So, how

[30:31] much? Well, about 90% of the cells' need for energy comes

[30:38] from the environment. 10% from nutrition, and the point is what

[30:45] we're eating too damn much food that we should be on a

[30:49] subsistence diet. There are people that call themselves

[30:52] breatharians. They say they don't eat anything. They may

[30:56] not, and some of them are. They had he had crackers. I saw he

[31:01] ate some salt chains. I go, he didn't supersize his meal, my

[31:05] friends.

[31:06] We're not here because of the saltines, my friends.

[31:10] No, but the point was what that they have as much a healthy life

[31:13] as people that eat the full three meals a day,

[31:17] Which is all corporate.

[31:18] It's all corporate pushing. Yeah, that's why a hamburger is

[31:21] not enough. You need a double hamburger with fries, with

[31:24] fries,

[31:24] And a supersized Coke.

[31:26] Oh, I guess that Coke because of sugar.

[31:29] But Diet Coke is fine, right? Because that cancels out all the

[31:31] calories, obviously, and and

[31:34] It's a it's a sales gimmick.

[31:36] Well, it has been

[31:38] And and here's the hard part: eating meals is an addiction. It

[31:44] is meaning okay. It's lunchtime. I'm hungry. Why it's lunchtime?

[31:49] Am I really hungry? Not necessarily, but it's 12

[31:53] o'clock. It's time to eat.

[31:55] So you want to? I want to tell you something I've been doing

[31:58] lately. Yes, and I'm in it right now. I've I did a six week juice

[32:05] fast.

[32:05] Yes,

[32:06] And I felt better than I felt and ever. I'm currently on day

[32:11] seven of another juice fast.

[32:13] Yes,

[32:13] And day one or day two is that detox time. You headache, and

[32:18] you start feeling. Second day, I was like,

[32:19] it's just drunk with cold turkey,

[32:23] Right! And I was eating extremely well these last three

[32:26] months since the first time I did it because I changed my diet

[32:29] and became stronger and all that stuff. And I'm in the middle of

[32:31] it now, and I feel fantastic. I feel energetic, and I just have

[32:36] juice and coconut water and some some veggie broth, and and I'm

[32:40] good, and that's my that's my fast. What is happening? Can you

[32:45] explain to people the power of fasting and what it does to the

[32:49] body? Because I agree with you. Like after all the research I've

[32:52] done, we eat way too much.

[32:54] Way too much.

[32:55] And our ancestors did not have three meals a day. They ate once

[32:59] every four or five days if they were lucky. Generally speaking,

[33:02] if they're hunter gatherers,

[33:03] They were the breatharians.

[33:05] They were, but yet we. This is a thing. There was a myth thrown

[33:08] around, like, oh, if you don't eat, you're going to lose muscle

[33:10] mass. Muscle mass, and to a certain extent, you do lose a

[33:13] little muscle. But I was, I always thought to myself, well,

[33:15] wait a minute. If you're a hunter gatherer, you lose

[33:18] muscle. You can't hunt, and if you can't hunt, or you can't

[33:21] grow foot. You can't do anything.

[33:23] One of the best exercises is not running but walking.

[33:27] Yeah,

[33:28] And a hunter gatherer walks.

[33:30] And if you walk uphill, it's even more powerful than running

[33:33] a mile. Yeah, as far as so yeah,

[33:36] This is an important part. So number one, as you just

[33:40] mentioned, you're healthier. Why using the digestion process

[33:46] takes a lot of energy from the body to digest all this, and

[33:50] then all the waste product adds to the misery of that. As a

[33:55] downhill run, you lose 50 years right away from from living the

[33:59] way we are living. But number two, is the food that we're

[34:05] eating beneficial? And the answer is no, not now.

[34:09] Industrial farm food is so short of nutrient, but it does what

[34:15] its intention was. What's that? I'm satisfied. I was hungry. I

[34:20] put something in there. My stomach says, "Okay, we have

[34:24] stuff. We're good. I'm satisfied. I ate some digestion.

[34:29] Goes there was nothing of value in this.

[34:32] this out as fast as possible.

[34:34] Get rid of it. Yeah,

[34:35] And it's it's fascinating. It's like because now, yeah, yeah,

[34:38] I'm full, but our body never thought that we would be eating

[34:43] this unnatural food, this ultra processed foods.

[34:46] So the whole mission statement is to really look for organic,

[34:52] natural food. Okay, and you can be vegan, you can be vegetarian,

[34:57] you can be omnivore. It's the amount. Of the food that makes a

[35:01] big difference,

[35:02] And the quality of the food that you eat.

[35:03] Well, the quality-that's why I said try not to get the

[35:08] commercial stuff sold in the market. Yeah, farmers' markets,

[35:12] if you have. And there's so many other aspects to this about this

[35:16] food that's not helping us. But I feel satisfied. I ate that

[35:21] super-sized me. I'm so full. I I just sit here for a while, and

[35:26] I'm going. You are killing yourself. Now you can't just

[35:30] say, "Oh, Bruce said we should eat virtually nothing tomorrow.

[35:34] I'm going to eat virtually nothing. Don't do that. You

[35:36] can't do that. It's a withdrawal from Mr. Drug.

[35:42] When I eat, I eat probably my biggest meal would be lunch,

[35:46] which is not that big, and then I'll have a light dinner. But I

[35:49] don't have I have intermittent fasting essentially, so I eat

[35:52] basically within a seven eight hour window, six to eight hour

[35:55] window, and that's it. And it seems to work for me, and I my

[35:58] body reacts very well to it.

[36:00] Everybody's body would, okay, because the mechanism you're

[36:04] overfeeding a system that says I only make 90% of the energy.

[36:09] That whole myth of well, you have to eat this for your

[36:13] energy. I go, I don't have to eat that for energy. I'm taking

[36:17] it right out of the air, okay,

[36:20] And the sun,

[36:21] And because as you said, the hunter-gatherer doesn't eat

[36:24] every day, maybe days. I go, well, they're going to die

[36:28] because they didn't eat for three days in a row. I said, no,

[36:31] they can make energy. The body is storage and all. It's killing

[36:36] the body with food that is too much and has no ability to

[36:43] nourish you, and so there's minerals too, which is not in

[36:48] the soil anymore, from you know repeating the same farming over

[36:53] and over and depleting the soil from elements that are

[36:57] functional for us. So it's a filler. The food is a filler,

[37:02] And it's getting worse. I mean, they're starting. There's

[37:04] movements of regenerative farming and that kind of stuff

[37:07] coming up, and I think everyone's starting to wake up.

[37:10] Not everyone, but it is a necessary part of our evolution

[37:14] at this moment. Is the wake up call, and the wake up pro is

[37:17] very simple. This science has recognized that to sustain our

[37:23] civilization at this minute requires the resources of 1.6

[37:30] planets, and he said, "Wait a minute, the resources of 1.6. We

[37:36] have one planet. Where's the extra point six resources that

[37:41] we're using coming from, and the answer is we're destroying the

[37:46] ecosystem under our feet. We're destroying the soil. We're you

[37:52] know pillaging the resources of the minerals under our feet.

[37:57] We're collapsing the web of life around us, and there's one big

[38:01] problem. I say, where is it? We evolved from the web of life. If

[38:06] the web of life doesn't exist, we cannot exist. And so science

[38:12] has recognized the demands of civilization on the resources is

[38:17] in excess of what the planet can provide. So NASA. NASA

[38:23] scientists have come up with an understanding to reveal, and I

[38:28] want to emphasize this: they have given us between 10 and 20

[38:33] years before there is, and this is the emphasis, an irreversible

[38:39] collapse of civilization. I emphasize that because I always

[38:44] just go back to the old way. I say no, the old way was not

[38:48] sustainable either. That always just do what we used to. I go

[38:52] no, we were not in harmony with each other. We were not in

[38:57] harmony with Mother Nature. The old way is death. We're moving

[39:03] out. This is when we were talking. People are waking up.

[39:07] Let's eat less. I go eating less saves your life. Guess what? It

[39:12] saves the planet.

[39:13] Well, there's there's a movement going on right now because of

[39:16] these GLP one drugs that are going around, which are I'm not

[39:20] a fan of. But it has changed Americans specifically their

[39:25] eating habits. Fast food joints are losing money because they're

[39:29] eating less. It's a health benefit. It's a health benefit

[39:34] of a but it's doing something. It is a reprogramming. It's a

[39:37] rough one, and there's a lot of issues with those. There's a lot

[39:41] of studies being done right now, and that's another episode.

[39:44] But I would like to add this because sugar is like a cocaine.

[39:51] It's drug. You can take it, and then it feels good, but then you

[39:55] need some more. Then you need some more. Okay, so they are

[39:59] sweetened. The food with high fructose corn syrup.

[40:05] Oh, the worst!

[40:05] Let me tell you about this, and people don't understand. In

[40:09] experiments, they fed rats one group sugar, real sugar, sugar

[40:13] cane, and the other group got the high fructose corn syrup,

[40:16] and then they ran through a battery of tests of learning and

[40:21] memory, the high fructose corn sheep rats failed miserably.

[40:27] They weren't able to hold the memory, and their learning was

[40:30] impaired. I guess what the government is paying the corn

[40:37] growers to make more. Why? Because it's the cheapest form

[40:41] of sweetener, yeah, but what else? It incapacitates the

[40:45] public, and all of the products from Coca-Cola down to health

[40:50] food bars,

[40:51] Oh yes,

[40:52] Have high fructose corn syrup. So that is a toxic element that

[40:57] will take away your consciousness, your you know

[41:00] your ability to memorize, your ability to learn, and we are

[41:05] feeding Americans this Europeans. They have sugar, cane

[41:09] sugar in their soda. Okay,

[41:12] I know when I was in Italy, I drank soda for the. I hadn't

[41:14] drank coke in forever, and I just drank it. I was like, "Oh,

[41:17] this is not. I mean, it's delicious. It was. I was like,

[41:19] "This. I don't remember tasting this good, yeah. But I had it in

[41:23] Italy. But when, but here, it just, it's just,

[41:25] Yeah. But that was a plan. Why would the government fund this

[41:30] to give us sweetener? No, to take away our consciousness, to

[41:36] make us less, you know, mentally fit. Why control control the

[41:44] population? Why because they know it's going to collapse

[41:50] civilization. Okay, they know that, and so how are you going

[41:54] to control people? Make them less intelligent, put the clamp

[42:01] on them, hold them down, because this upheaval will challenge the

[42:06] entire way we are living. Because the way we are living is

[42:10] we're living beyond our means.

[42:12] And now corporations are creating seedless versions of

[42:16] foods, fruits and vegetables, so we can't even collect seeds to

[42:19] grow it ourselves.

[42:20] Absolutely, my manipulation. You know, the major problem. You

[42:26] cannot plan agriculture if you don't know what the weather is

[42:31] going to be. The U.S. the Midwest called the breadbasket.

[42:36] We get the wheat from the Midwest. This year, Kansas, one

[42:42] of the biggest providers of wheat, there is no harvest at

[42:48] all this year. Why? With the bad weather from the spring to the

[42:53] summer,

[42:54] The heat,

[42:54] The plants didn't grow, so there's no harvest of wheat.

[42:59] Wheat prices have gone up 40% already. Why? Well, everything

[43:04] from bread, pasta, cookies, anything with wheat. The price

[43:09] is going up. Is the salary going up? No. Is the cost of living

[43:13] going up? You bet. What's the point? It's not sustainable.

[43:18] People can't afford living this way. So, little advice in my new

[43:24] book. There's a section on nutrition, and it brings up

[43:28] something very interesting. He said, before industrial farming

[43:32] took over, the staple diet of people from Nepal, India, China,

[43:41] okay, Japan, South America, was rice and beans. I know.

[43:48] Interesting. Those two foods together offer the complete

[43:55] amount of different amino acids for a human to build their body.

[44:01] All the amino acids to build the proteins come from two foods,

[44:05] rice and beans, and it's interesting because at this

[44:10] moment that's still the cheapest food in the market.

[44:15] It is,

[44:15] And the point about it is we're facing an upheaval. Matter of

[44:22] fact, with diesel prices going up and the industry putting us

[44:29] dependent on diesels, when we used to have the railroad, which

[44:34] would deliver everything, now is diesel trucks where I live in

[44:39] California. It's 875 a gallon for diesel, and the point about

[44:45] is what there's even at a high price, there's a shortage of

[44:50] diesel. october 1 coming is supposed to be a trucker's

[44:54] strike. I go, you don't realize how this will incapacitate the

[44:59] entire country. Why? How are you going to get food to the

[45:03] supermarket? It has to come by the truck. And what happens when

[45:08] there's a like a hurricane or something disaster coming? The

[45:13] food stores two hours, the shelves are empty.

[45:17] Now what?

[45:18] This is the problem. We're facing that kind of big dramatic

[45:23] thing coming, whether it's the trucker strike or other factors.

[45:29] We're running out of food that people can't afford. In fact,

[45:34] more and more people are now charging the food at the

[45:37] supermarket because they don't have the cash. What does that

[45:41] mean? Living beyond your ability-it's always going to hit

[45:45] the fan. At some point, you still got paid for all this

[45:48] stuff. So I'm coming down to what was the point here: eating

[45:52] too much. The food prices are going up faster than you can

[45:57] afford them, and the resolution is two things: eat less, and the

[46:03] cheapest food in the market are rice and beans.

[46:07] Yeah,

[46:07] And if we went back to that, and I want to add this for the

[46:11] people: generally, you have a first aid kit in your house. I

[46:16] don't want to use my first aid kit, but if there's emergency,

[46:20] I'm damn well have one. I'm saying that the food in your

[46:25] pantry is like a first aid kit. As long as there's food in the

[46:30] market, I have no problem. But the moment there is no food in

[46:33] the market, where are you going to find food? And so my

[46:38] suggestion, people, please listen. Put away food for at

[46:43] least two months. Dry food, canned food, food that you can

[46:48] add some water to

[46:50] Easily cook, easy prepare,

[46:51] Easy to sustain yourself. Why? We are facing an inevitable

[46:57] crash. We're beyond the ability of the planet to sustain us.

[47:04] This is not a suggestion. This is a fact. And I say, so when

[47:09] there's no food in market, what are you going to do? The answer

[47:13] is, you better have something put away. And while the prices

[47:17] are going up, hey, this is a great time to buy some rice and

[47:20] beans. Why? That is the basic staple to live on around the

[47:27] world. That was the basic staple, and I'm just saying,

[47:31] warning: we are facing an evolutionary upheaval at this

[47:36] minute. Why? Not sustainable. Okay, and and this is why I'm

[47:43] saying, if you know this is the future, that knowledge should

[47:49] empower you to say, I have to take care of myself because the

[47:54] future is the government's not going to come and help you.

[47:58] And it's I think a message that we're trying to put out there is

[48:01] that you have the power within yourself to not only take

[48:04] control of your own life, but to take control of your own mind,

[48:08] to take control of your own your own experience, where you've

[48:12] been programmed to believe that you are lesser than, that you

[48:15] can't connect to God. You need to have a middleman to do it.

[48:19] You know that you aren't. You're born with original sin, and only

[48:23] I just need 10% of everything you make for the rest of your

[48:25] life. You know, you're born with a sin, yeah, and you need me to

[48:30] clean it from you. It's insane.

[48:32] We are prisoners of a belief system.

[48:36] A story. I call it a story. The story that a framework story

[48:38] that we tell ourselves.

[48:40] Yeah, but somebody told you that story exactly. People that knew

[48:44] that they can control you. Why control has always been who's

[48:49] dominant. You know, there's an evolution of control. The first

[48:54] control was who's the biggest badass in the community, the one

[48:58] with the biggest club. If he says do it, you do it. Okay, big

[49:03] bad guy. Then evolved the guy who owned the resources, because

[49:10] even the big bad guy had to have those resources. Then the big

[49:13] bad guy became the soldier for the baron who had the resources.

[49:20] Okay, so we went from bad guy, resource provider, and then the

[49:26] last level was knowledge is power, and that's when the

[49:32] church owns you know the the knowledge we get direct from

[49:37] God. You don't get it. We have it. You can buy it from us and

[49:42] scare people. You're going to go to hell. Where did hell come

[49:47] from? Well, it's down there in the fire. I go. It was from

[49:51] mythology, from the Greeks. The Greek myth of a lake on fire was

[49:58] what prompted the idea of hell.

[50:01] Wasn't also Jesus also talked about the Lake of God? What's

[50:05] the Lake that he talked about where they there were sacrifices

[50:08] in Jerusalem and they were throwing kids into it? Henna,

[50:11] henna, Lake Lake Henna or something like that. And that's

[50:16] he's like, if you guys don't behave yourselves, you know

[50:20] you're going to end up there. And they took that and created

[50:22] the hell concept. But then, wasn't in the 1300s when Dante

[50:25] showed up?

[50:25] Devil, Dante made a visual.

[50:27] Oh, he he was great, wasn't he? He did him a great marketing.

[50:31] There was no devil. There was no devil before Dante. There was no

[50:34] levels of hell. There were no demon. That was not a thing,

[50:36] because that's just good storytelling.

[50:39] And we bought it. And once you buy it, then fear, and then once

[50:42] you have fear, then you have yeah. Because fear, you give up

[50:46] your power to be safe.

[50:49] So Bruce, I think also that now the people, it seems like, and

[50:54] it's been it's it's a story is all this time where they create

[50:58] a tremendous amount of fear to control people, and then if they

[51:02] create enough enough fear, and it's so, and everything gets a

[51:06] little too crazy, they go. We're gonna need to do this. We're

[51:11] gonna have to take away a couple more freedoms from you, but

[51:13] you'll be safe, and you'll take a little bit. We'll control your

[51:17] food, but you'll be safe, and you just trust us. You'll be

[51:19] safe. That's the oldest trick, and now it seems to be happening

[51:22] not only in here, in this country, in many ways, but in

[51:26] around the world, and in different countries in Europe

[51:28] and Asia and everything.

[51:29] Whether you want to say it was the church in hell, or the

[51:36] medical the medical community, which is the pharmaceutical

[51:40] company, giving that fear and controlling through that

[51:45] fear-that's a history story, as you just said. Make somebody

[51:48] afraid, make them a victim, and then they will pay or give up

[51:53] wherever is necessary for them to feel safe.

[51:57] Yeah.

[51:57] And as we're facing upheaval, there's going to be more control

[52:02] to keep this.

[52:04] you feel it. You feel it coming in. Yeah. It's it's it. I mean,

[52:08] from the food prices. I mean, you're right. At a certain

[52:11] point, this is this got to pop. Yeah. This this bubble has to

[52:15] pop. Yeah. Um. You can't just keep spending worth what 40

[52:19] trillion in the hole, and it's it might as well be 40

[52:23] katillion. It doesn't matter.

[52:26] You know, I love it because Musk is a trillionaire. I go, that

[52:30] sounds like a lot. I say, a trillionaire has more money than

[52:34] 1000 billionaires.

[52:37] Right,

[52:38] 1000 billionaires worth of money in the hands of one person?

[52:42] That's insane.

[52:44] And the problem about all this is, there's a certain amount of

[52:49] resources on the planet. This is like NASA research. Imagine a

[52:53] pie chart. I say 100% resources on the planet. Then I say less

[52:59] than 1% of the population has more than half of all those

[53:03] resources, so take half the pounds to take it out. Then

[53:07] what? 8 billion people are competing in a struggle to get a

[53:15] piece of the half that is left over. We manufactured our own

[53:21] struggle-it didn't exist-and I have to say this as well: the

[53:29] Darwinian theory, and people-you didn't have to go to school. My

[53:34] father never went to school, but he was certainly aware of the

[53:38] concept: dog eat dog, survival of the fittest, compete all

[53:42] that, which is the theory, is permeated our civilization with

[53:50] a belief that I must compete to get a piece of a struggle. I go

[53:57] well. First of all, we manifested the struggle. Nature

[54:01] was never a struggle. Nature is a garden. I said, "What's your

[54:05] garden? A community of insects, animals, and plants living in

[54:11] harmony. A garden is a beautiful place of harmony. And I go,

[54:18] "What's the relevance about this? I go, "Well, the only

[54:23] organism in the garden that is not participating in the harmony

[54:28] of the garden are human beings. We're destroying the garden

[54:32] under our feet. And I mentioned earlier, if the garden goes

[54:36] down, we can't be here either. But we have some belief in start

[54:39] with the Bible. Oh yeah, God Genesis made a planet, put some

[54:44] water on it, you know, light, blah blah.

[54:48] Yeah, we're only 5000 years old,

[54:49] And and and then added the humans as like an option to

[54:55] nature. So the concept of we're separate from nature. And the

[55:01] idea we have dominion over an age cycle-how's that working

[55:05] out? We're destroying the world that we live in because of

[55:10] belief. We can do what we want. It's like we're destroying.

[55:15] We're the only organism not in harmony with a garden, and a

[55:21] garden, by definition, is not a battleground. It's the height of

[55:27] cooperation. The only organism not cooperating are humans who

[55:33] have been programmed to be competitive.

[55:35] I I love that that thesis. I love that you're absolutely

[55:40] right. If you look in nature, and it's regardless if you're an

[55:43] atheist or you're a full believer in in everything we

[55:46] talk about on this show, you have to admit that there is a

[55:50] beautiful design to this. Not only this planet, this universe,

[55:56] there is a cyclical situation with everything, and it just

[56:00] seems. I love that I've never thought about it this way, but

[56:03] the garden, as as you as your example, is a perfectly

[56:07] cooperative. And it and if if it was the bee trying to compete

[56:12] with the wasp or trying to compete with the the it wouldn't

[56:16] work. It has to. Everyone does their job, everyone works

[56:19] together, and everything just flourishes. It's only when one

[56:23] thing goes a little too hard that everything gets thrown out

[56:26] of whack.

[56:26] And then nature tries to compensate by eliminating that

[56:29] one thing from the garden.

[56:31] Well, yeah. Like so, I'm from Florida, and they introduced, I

[56:35] think, just Floridians introduced the python, pet

[56:40] pythons into the Everglades, and now they are run amok, and now

[56:45] they are they are now the apex predator. That ecosystem had

[56:49] never was designed for that being to be in there. So now the

[56:54] alligators are being eaten by the python, and it's a big

[56:57] problem. That's a perfect example of something being

[57:00] thrown out of harmony because someone is competing for

[57:03] everything that's not supposed to be there.

[57:04] Absolutely, and we have this problem. I remember there were

[57:08] these African killer bees.

[57:10] Yes,

[57:11] and they there's a sign was kill the other bees, and it was just

[57:16] like Fauci saying in a lab they were growing some killer bees or

[57:21] in another lab, but a couple of bees got out, and all of a

[57:27] sudden, oops, they started mating, and then coming from the

[57:31] far south, they started to increase and increase. Why?

[57:35] There was no competitor in those environments for those bees, and

[57:40] they were killing what the honeybees? I go, and we have

[57:43] that problem. Say we round up, and I go. Why is this a problem?

[57:47] The answer is, you will not have a close to if you don't have

[57:51] honeybees. They pollinate the plant.

[57:53] Absolutely,

[57:54] And therefore we are facing this crisis of our. Oh, we can do

[57:59] what we want. We can make what we want.

[58:02] And I'll I'll quote the the great Jeff Goldblum from

[58:05] Jurassic Park. Just because you can do something, and there's a

[58:09] loose quote, just because you can do something doesn't mean

[58:11] you should do something, or even think, should I do this? You

[58:15] never thought about it. You just did it.

[58:17] Well, that's having dominion over nature.

[58:21] And in Jurassic Park, it didn't work out. Didn't work out well

[58:25] for everybody.

[58:26] Well, we're in that situation now, and this is the whole

[58:28] issue: is civilizations have come and gone. There was a Roman

[58:33] civilization, and it disappeared

[58:35] For 1000 years.

[58:36] And then guess what? What people have to recognize: a

[58:39] civilization disappears, so people don't die; the people

[58:44] change the way they are living and move into another

[58:48] civilization,

[58:49] Like the Mayans.

[58:50] Yeah, everywhere history has repeated this, and as

[58:53] Buckminster Fuller, the futurist said, "Don't go in and fight the

[58:59] existing system. Step outside, build a better system, and

[59:05] people will follow you. Well, this is the process we're in

[59:09] right now. And again, reiterate to me a very important thank you

[59:15] for letting me be on the program. Why? Because you, with

[59:19] the offering that you're providing the public with about

[59:22] health and life and all those characters, are a fundamental

[59:26] way of what building a new sustainable civilization. You

[59:31] are playing a godly important role, and I'm happy to offer

[59:38] what I can.

[59:38] Well, I appreciate that, Bruce. Thank you for those kind words.

[59:41] Now, I wanted to switch the subject for a second. I wanted

[59:43] to see what you thought about this. Do you believe that we've

[59:47] lived before, that we have a soul that reincarnates?

[59:50] Yes, 100% I go, why? Is this for 40 years as a scientist I had no

[59:59] belief in spiritual. Oh, it was genes and chromosomes and

[1:00:03] proteins, blah blah blah blah. And then, when I was teaching

[1:00:07] immunology, a very important fact came. I said, "What? We

[1:00:12] cannot exchange organs with each other. I cannot put my kidney

[1:00:18] into your body. Why? Your immune system. If I do the transplant,

[1:00:22] your immune system says myself, and you can't put your organ

[1:00:26] into anybody else's body. Their immune system, not self. Well,

[1:00:31] the immune system sees physical things: viruses, bacteria,

[1:00:36] parasites, and then it hit me. I said, wait a minute. If I put my

[1:00:41] organ into your body, and it's interesting, because red blood

[1:00:46] cells are an exception. The you can transplant red blood cells

[1:00:51] as long as you get the blood type O A A/B. Okay, but the

[1:00:56] other cells have an identity that the immune system can see,

[1:01:01] and it has to be physical, so I started looking at it. I go, oh

[1:01:05] my God, on the surface of our cells, with the exception of red

[1:01:10] blood cells, there are protein receptors. Okay, well, on the

[1:01:16] skin of the cell, I said, well, we're a cell enlarged. Look,

[1:01:22] eyes, ears, nose, taste, touch-all this. Our receptors

[1:01:27] are built into the skin. What is a receptor? Receiver of what?

[1:01:33] Environmental information. This is how an organism can adapt to

[1:01:38] an environment because we can experience it and then adjust

[1:01:42] our biology. Okay, so I go. No two people are the same, and

[1:01:48] then I found on the surface of our cells there are a set of

[1:01:53] protein receptors, receivers, the equivalent of like antennas.

[1:01:58] Okay, and there are a set of them. The name was misnamed, but

[1:02:03] now it's the appropriate name. They're called self receptors.

[1:02:09] What does that mean? It's identity. I go. Why? No two

[1:02:14] people. 8 billion humans. No two people in the entire planet have

[1:02:20] the same set of these antennas. If I take a cell and remove

[1:02:25] these antennas, there's no identity. Let's say I have a

[1:02:29] liver cell, Bruce's liver cell. I remove my cell receptors. Now

[1:02:35] it's just liver cell. I can transplant that into a human. We

[1:02:39] all have liver cells. I remove identity in my cell. I say,

[1:02:44] well, wait. I take Margaret's liver cells, and she has her

[1:02:48] self receptors. I take my liver cell. I remove my self

[1:02:53] receptors. Now it has no identity. Then I say, but if I

[1:02:56] take Margaret's self receptors and transplant them onto my

[1:03:01] cell, I can't put that my cell back in my body because it's

[1:03:06] Margaret. But she can have my cell. Okay, all of a sudden the

[1:03:10] pieces started falling. Said, "Oh my God, the receptors are

[1:03:13] receivers. They receive an energy field. Definition of

[1:03:19] field in physics: invisible moving forces that influence the

[1:03:25] physical world, right? Spirit, invisible moving forces that

[1:03:32] influence the physical world. Quantum physics has recognized

[1:03:37] as an energy field that we download through our receptors.

[1:03:43] No two people in the whole world are downloading the same energy

[1:03:48] field. Imagine like the radio, FM radio, and as you turn the

[1:03:54] dial, here's a station, then you move it, and here's another

[1:03:57] station, and here's another. Imagine there's a broad band of

[1:04:02] human biology, human energy. Okay, each of us is downloading

[1:04:09] a station. No other person in the world is downloading. It's

[1:04:13] my identity is picked up by my self receptors. Only I am

[1:04:19] downloading this, so I'm going. Oh wow, my identity's not built

[1:04:24] in. My identity is downloading into my biology. Then comes the

[1:04:30] analogy. Imagine the body is a TV set, and my self receptors

[1:04:38] are antennas downloading a program, the Bruce Show. Hey,

[1:04:44] folks, it is. You're watching the Bruce Show on this

[1:04:47] television. I go. So what? If the television breaks, we say

[1:04:51] it's dead. You go absolutely. It's not working. Dead. If the

[1:04:55] body dies, it's dead. It's not working. If the television dies.

[1:05:00] We call it dead. The question is, is the broadcast still

[1:05:04] there? Yes, of course. Broadcast is not part of the TV. It's

[1:05:09] downloaded. So if the body dies, the broadcast being picked up by

[1:05:15] your self-receptors still here. It's here. Never went away. So

[1:05:20] it's here. And so what? An embryo in the future shows up

[1:05:25] with the same set of self receptors you have right now.

[1:05:31] You're back in a new TV, and the point about that is called

[1:05:36] reincarnation. This is a reality of of human life, we are

[1:05:42] immortal spirit fields. The broadcast, and when we there's a

[1:05:49] TV with the receptors that can download your back into the

[1:05:55] physical realm, and if you die, broadcast is still there until

[1:05:59] it happens again. Okay, so have we been here before? Many times.

[1:06:05] Yeah, we've all been here before, and we'll be here again.

[1:06:09] And then all of a sudden, then ask this question about: Well,

[1:06:14] does it make a difference if the TV is male or female? I go, no,

[1:06:18] you're a broadcast. You are not the TV. So I say you're still a

[1:06:23] broadcast. I say so, male or female? Not relevant. Oh wait,

[1:06:26] does it make a difference if TV is white, brown, black, red,

[1:06:31] yellow? I don't know. That's the TV. You are the broadcast. Does

[1:06:37] it make a difference if the TV is programmed to be Christian,

[1:06:42] Muslim, or Jewish, I say no. That's the program. You are the

[1:06:47] broadcast. Does it make a difference if it's American or

[1:06:54] Iranian? I go no. Those are the TVs. We all come from the same

[1:07:01] broadcast. I say everything else is separation. Everywhere you

[1:07:08] can separate gender, religion, race, nationality. I say what

[1:07:14] has that done? It's taken the organism of the human being,

[1:07:19] which is part of a family of 8 billion human beings, you're

[1:07:25] looking at the TV. You're ignoring the broadcast. Why? We

[1:07:29] all came from the same broadcast. We all came from the

[1:07:32] same source. The separation

[1:07:36] Is the illusion.

[1:07:37] Is the illusion and disempowerment.

[1:07:41] Because you can't have people. Well, it's the old story of the

[1:07:43] Tower of Babel. It's similar because if we all spoke the same

[1:07:48] language, we could we could cooperate a lot better.

[1:07:50] That was the whole idea. Why? Okay, here's the point. My life

[1:07:57] is coming from my broadcast. Okay, my broadcast is immortal.

[1:08:04] I cannot die because I'm the broadcast, but I play through

[1:08:08] this body. I say, and so what's the function of this body? I go,

[1:08:13] it's the manifestation mechanism. I ask before, what do

[1:08:19] you want from your life? And you say, "Well, I would like this. I

[1:08:22] would like that. I go, "That's a thought. Without a body, there's

[1:08:27] no manifestation.

[1:08:28] You can't.

[1:08:30] So then I started pushing together. Say, "Oh my God, we

[1:08:34] came here to take these bodies and use them to what manifest

[1:08:42] our wishes and our desires? And then I thought about. I said,

[1:08:48] "What is heaven? Well, you have a different definition. I have a

[1:08:52] different. Everybody has their own vision of what heaven's

[1:08:54] about. I say, "Yeah, but when you come into a body, you can

[1:08:59] manifest it. But you, you're not the body. You're a manifestor.

[1:09:04] Okay, let me give another word: creator. You are creating your

[1:09:11] life experiences. Okay, and all of a sudden I said, "Oh, biggest

[1:09:19] story that we got screwed. Well, if you follow our rules,

[1:09:23] religion, and you follow them, when you die, you can go to

[1:09:29] heaven. I said, "What's that? Oh, that's where you create. I

[1:09:32] say, "No, you were born here. This is where you create. When

[1:09:39] you die, you leave with the memory, but you don't have the

[1:09:44] mechanism. So the whole idea is, well, I'm waiting till I die. I

[1:09:49] go, well, you're wasting the entire process because Earth is

[1:09:53] heaven, Earth is the site of manifestation, and that if you

[1:09:59] live in harmony. There is a harmony, then you have heaven on

[1:10:03] earth. I'll be honest. I've been with my partner Margaret 32

[1:10:08] years. I have lived and through right as this man have a life of

[1:10:14] heaven on earth. I have no stress from the worldwide. I

[1:10:20] don't fix it. I take care of my own backyard. That's the old

[1:10:23] hippie thing. Before you change the world, take care of your own

[1:10:27] backyard. Yeah, because you're so concerned about what Iranians

[1:10:30] are doing and Ukrainians and all that, and your life is falling

[1:10:35] apart in your house,

[1:10:37] And you're worried about things across the world.

[1:10:39] Yeah, and and it's funny because I don't know how many years ago,

[1:10:43] not that long ago, really. I came across something called the

[1:10:46] Serenity Prayer. You must never heard of it. The Serenity Prayer

[1:10:52] is the things you can do something about, and the things

[1:10:55] you cannot do something about. And the prayer says, "God grant

[1:11:00] me the you know the power to distinguish the ones I can do

[1:11:03] something about and from the ones I can't, and then do what

[1:11:08] work on the ones you can do something about, let go of the

[1:11:12] ones you cannot do something about. Why? If I put my energy

[1:11:18] into helping the Ukrainians at this point, I'm losing my life.

[1:11:24] Why? Energy is life, and the more energy you give away that

[1:11:29] doesn't affect your own life is lost life. What you want is the

[1:11:36] energy to maintain yourself in the environment and with safety

[1:11:41] and all that. Okay, and the idea is we're giving problems on the

[1:11:47] news that get our consciousness like, but these problems you

[1:11:53] can't do anything about. But you have now invested your energy,

[1:11:58] and now you're taking away from what your own life. So the old

[1:12:05] hippie saying, "I'm taking care of my backyard, and I'll do what

[1:12:10] I can if I have some influence. But if I have no influence, I am

[1:12:15] not using my consciousness, my body energy, my spirit to get

[1:12:21] involved, where I have no ability to influence, okay, and

[1:12:27] if you do that, you recover an amazing amount of life, and I

[1:12:32] love it because you mentioned recovering the energy when you

[1:12:36] went on the juice fast. You were recovering energy from what? Not

[1:12:41] digesting all that other stuff you ate, you recover your own

[1:12:46] energy. Well, there are many ways set your energy back

[1:12:50] because energy is life, and if you give away your energy, you

[1:12:54] are unknowingly giving away your life.

[1:12:58] And that's why they always say you have to be strong yourself

[1:13:00] because you before you help, like well, an airplane, like you

[1:13:03] must put oxygen on.

[1:13:04] I love that because that's a great one. Put your arm first

[1:13:06] before you help anybody else. Why? If you can't take care of

[1:13:09] yourself, how the hell are you going to be helpful to somebody?

[1:13:12] breathe, how can you help someone else breathe?

[1:13:14] This, this, and that. I love that because I use that in my

[1:13:17] lecture. Why? Because it's the true story, you have to take

[1:13:23] care of your health if you want to be a participant in the game.

[1:13:27] When the body passes,

[1:13:29] Yes.

[1:13:31] What when that signal? What happens to the signal the moment

[1:13:34] our body?

[1:13:35] There's a disconnect from that receptor.

[1:13:37] Okay,

[1:13:38] And as a result, there's no signal coming in. Then it's a

[1:13:41] breakdown of the machine because it's an automatic machine with a

[1:13:46] subconscious program, but it will break down without having

[1:13:50] the programmer in the machine at that point. And then you know

[1:13:55] we're off on it. Here's a quantum physics. Oh, we have

[1:14:00] quantum physics. That's that special weird physics. I

[1:14:03] remember going for my PhD. I had to take a physics course, and I

[1:14:09] was option take quantum physics or take the conventional

[1:14:13] Newtonian physics. And sort of like, I want to be a biologist.

[1:14:17] What the hell do I care? I don't take the easy physics. Quantum

[1:14:20] physics was weird. Okay, quantum physics is weird for people

[1:14:25] because if I say this, it sounds like that's weird. I go, it's

[1:14:29] the absolute scientific reality of the world we live in. Quantum

[1:14:34] physics is the most valid of all the sciences on planet Earth,

[1:14:41] and I thought, what is it? All of us grew up with the idea of a

[1:14:45] Newtonian physics, where the universe has two realms: a

[1:14:49] physical material realm and an invisible energy realm. And in

[1:14:54] Newtonian physics, if something is made out of matter, it can

[1:14:58] only be affected by matter. If something is made out of energy,

[1:15:02] it can only be affected by energy. But matter and energy

[1:15:05] don't communicate. Well, hey, medicine. There's a thing called

[1:15:10] mind and spirituality. Well, those are energy fields.

[1:15:14] Medicine has never included, included, or put in mind and

[1:15:21] spirit as part of a medical aspect of a human life. When I

[1:15:26] was in a professor in medical school, you never mentioned the

[1:15:30] word spirit or consciousness. It wasn't relevant to the physical

[1:15:35] human body. And the fact is, now quantum physics comes in in

[1:15:43] 1927. Said what was the relevance? Well, they were

[1:15:46] taking the atom apart. Okay, first it was like this giant

[1:15:50] sand grain. Then in 1895 we got the image most people have been

[1:15:55] programmed with a nucleus with protons and neutrons and

[1:15:59] satellites of electrons running around the outside, so we got

[1:16:03] that model called the Bohr atom. But they took that apart, and

[1:16:08] they found there was a smaller thing-a truck, a clock-and then

[1:16:13] they took those apart. When they got to the bottom, it wasn't

[1:16:18] physical. The basis of an atom is an energy vortex, like a nano

[1:16:24] tornado. It's energy. Well, an atom is made out of energy. I

[1:16:28] go, yeah. Everything is made out of energy, whether it looks like

[1:16:33] matter or it's invisible. Okay. So why I'm bringing this up is

[1:16:39] there's a quote profoundly important. Okay, that quote is

[1:16:45] from Albert Einstein: "The field, which is the invisible

[1:16:49] energy, we're in a field right now. We're in your studio, but

[1:16:53] oh, the broadcast waves from TV and radio, cell phones. We're in

[1:16:58] an aquarium of energy, a field. The quote: The field is the sole

[1:17:06] governing agency of matter. The invisible field shapes our

[1:17:13] experience in the material world. Okay. Now, the first

[1:17:17] thing people say: Well, great, Bruce. If energy is invisible,

[1:17:21] how the hell can I see you? And then I give them the answer, and

[1:17:24] they always giggle, and I go, "It's the answer. I say, "What

[1:17:28] is it? You can only see me when the lights are on. Oh, no, no,

[1:17:36] no! You see, a light has photon particles, and when a light

[1:17:41] source sends photons, and whenever it hits an energy field

[1:17:44] like my body, the photons are deflected back. So the light

[1:17:51] hitting me hits my body, but the light bounces back into

[1:17:55] Into the eye of the receiver. What's the point? Underneath a

[1:18:00] veneer of photons. The body's invisible. I go, yeah. The new

[1:18:06] scans, CAT scan, MRI scan, PET scan. They don't read matter;

[1:18:11] they read energy. I say, so what? I say, look at a CAT scan.

[1:18:15] There are the bones. There are the muscles. There are the

[1:18:18] organs. I say, you're looking at energy fields. That that device

[1:18:23] doesn't really matter, so you can see every part of the human

[1:18:26] body is an energy field. Back to his quote, the field is the

[1:18:32] soul-going agency of master. Aha! And then this part comes

[1:18:37] in, and it's like, oh yeah. I said, what is it? The brain

[1:18:42] energizes in consciousness, which is what an energy field. I

[1:18:48] can read your consciousness wires on your head,

[1:18:52] electroencephalograph (EEG) Well, that allows to believe my

[1:18:57] thoughts are in my head. Okay, a newer device called MEG

[1:19:03] magnetoence reads brain function. Yeah, but I said what?

[1:19:07] The probe is out here. I said what? What does that mean? My

[1:19:13] thoughts are not in my head. I'm broadcasting my thoughts as what

[1:19:20] energy fields. There. energy field is the sole governing

[1:19:25] agency of master. Our thoughts are manifesting all of this.

[1:19:31] It's from our thought, and my thoughts manifest my version.

[1:19:36] Your thoughts manifest your version.

[1:19:38] So then, what happens when two come into one, like I interact

[1:19:43] with you. How does that work?

[1:19:44] That is such a perfect response for this reason because I have a

[1:19:47] perfect answer, and the answer is this: My thought is an energy

[1:19:52] field. There's an amplitude, a power to my thought. My thought

[1:19:57] affects my field. It does not affect your field. But if we

[1:20:01] share the same thought, then we add up the amplitude of my

[1:20:07] thought, the amplitude of your thought, and if 1000 people are

[1:20:10] sharing the same thought, then it's 1000 times the amplitude of

[1:20:14] that energy field, or a million times. I mean, then what? The

[1:20:19] power of that creative, you know, feel of the sources that

[1:20:24] we commonly agree to, okay, become so powerful they manifest

[1:20:30] the reality that we are experiencing. A civilization is

[1:20:35] based on the thoughts that hold that civilization together. When

[1:20:40] the thoughts of the people change; the new thoughts

[1:20:44] generate a new civilization,

[1:20:46] And that's what's kind of happening now with this

[1:20:47] awakening.

[1:20:48] Awakening says, "Yeah, the way we were living, I thought I can

[1:20:52] do what I want. It's not going to work. So we need a new

[1:20:56] thought, and that the more of us that come together, the greater

[1:21:02] the amplitude of that field in shaping the world. Now, just as

[1:21:07] a sidelight, because it's fun, I'm broadcasting my thought. I

[1:21:11] said, "Yeah, but I'm receiving a field. Well, the thought and the

[1:21:15] field are in the same vibrational frequency. So what?

[1:21:20] My life experiences go back and alter my source. It's called

[1:21:28] karma. You came in with a frequency, but your life, as a

[1:21:34] result of you manifesting your frequencies, is altering your

[1:21:38] source frequency. You change who you are by living this life. If

[1:21:45] you have a negative life, you've made a negative vibration in

[1:21:50] that field.

[1:21:51] But how about if you come back into this life in a positive

[1:21:54] scenario, but you have bad things happen to you or

[1:21:56] something along those lines?

[1:21:57] That's why we, when we come back, I don't think there's

[1:21:59] chance. I think we ends up saying, "I need to balance what

[1:22:04] I did in the past by this new version, and if you understand

[1:22:08] it and manifest it, you can cancel the karma, especially

[1:22:14] negative karma. Then what? Then your life is based on what?

[1:22:18] Harmony and beauty. But if you come in with a crooked karma,

[1:22:24] your life is not harming at all, and so all of a sudden it says,

[1:22:28] "Wow, we came here to manifest heaven on earth. If we do it in

[1:22:34] a negative way, we've altered who we are as a source, and when

[1:22:40] we come back the next time you're given an opportunity to

[1:22:45] compensate for the previous programming and enhance

[1:22:49] yourself. And when you get back into the beautiful energy of the

[1:22:55] spirit, then you're back in harmony. And when you're back in

[1:22:59] harmony, then the idea you came here to manifest heaven. You

[1:23:02] have it.

[1:23:04] What gives you the most hope about our future as as a

[1:23:07] species?

[1:23:09] Well, there's a personal level. My life was not in harmony. My

[1:23:14] life was a conventional working hard, struggling. You know,

[1:23:19] trying to make it, and then understanding. the knowledge

[1:23:24] power, and this is very important, people. This is so

[1:23:28] important. You can get smart. You can download. Oh yeah,

[1:23:33] that's how it works. Yeah, I heard Bruce talk about this.

[1:23:37] Yeah, that makes great sense. I go, that's in your conscious

[1:23:41] mind, but the conscious mind only working 5% of the day is

[1:23:46] not your life. Your life is a program. So here's an important

[1:23:51] point: you can educate that conscious mind, be super super

[1:23:56] smart, but if you don't use that knowledge in the day-to-day life

[1:24:03] experiences coming from the programs, that knowledge in your

[1:24:08] head 100% useless. This is what one question I don't think we

[1:24:11] ever answer. Come back to it. How come I have great wishes to

[1:24:16] be like Bruce said? I could have heaven on earth. I can have

[1:24:19] great harmony. I have this reason in my head. My life

[1:24:22] doesn't look like this. I go because of what I just said. The

[1:24:28] wishes 5% If you don't change the program, I don't care how

[1:24:33] much your wishes are. You cannot manifest your wishes because

[1:24:39] your programming is what's manifesting your life. You have

[1:24:44] to change your thought. You have to change your consciousness to

[1:24:49] accommodate a new belief system. If you just keep it in your

[1:24:53] head, and I gave you a test, you say, "Oh yeah, I can get 100.

[1:24:57] Bruce said all this. It was 100% of what he said. I said, and how

[1:25:01] much of it is in your life? Well, not really. I go, well,

[1:25:06] then guess what? All that knowledge is useless. You must

[1:25:11] apply it. You heard about juice fasting before you did juice

[1:25:17] fasting. You studied it. You said, this is, this is good

[1:25:22] idea. I don't care how much you study it. It didn't change your

[1:25:25] life until what you did the juice fast.

[1:25:28] Same thing with everything.

[1:25:30] This is the whole idea. Yeah, you know, let's educate people.

[1:25:34] I go, we can educate them. There's a whole saying you can

[1:25:37] take a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. I can

[1:25:41] educate you with this great knowledge, but if you don't use

[1:25:45] it, it's not relevant to anybody, including yourself, of

[1:25:48] course.

[1:25:48] So, is there anything in our future that scares you? That

[1:25:53] scares me. That scares you about what humanity is going. Where

[1:25:56] yeah, can go the option.

[1:25:58] If they, if it's the option to wake up, okay. It's an option to

[1:26:04] take this knowledge and make a life out of it. I call it an

[1:26:07] option because it's not required, and if people don't

[1:26:12] change, the writing on the wall is the end. It's coming, and

[1:26:17] it's not that far into the future. So, as a negative side.

[1:26:22] Say, yeah, the potential is negative, but the positive side

[1:26:25] is, hey, people are waking up now. If I can get them not just

[1:26:30] to wake up, but use the knowledge they're waking up to

[1:26:34] the new world. I know it exists. Why? I live in that world. My

[1:26:40] life is not the way it was for the first 40 years of my life.

[1:26:44] Agree.

[1:26:45] I live a. I love my life. I wake up every day. I don't know

[1:26:49] what's going to happen, but I also know I'm still mastering my

[1:26:55] response and how I'm going to respond to this thing. And I

[1:26:59] wish people would understand that because people as a group

[1:27:04] want the same thing.

[1:27:06] Absolutely, I you know the more I travel around the world, I

[1:27:08] know you've traveled around the world 1000 times already at this

[1:27:11] point in your career. I just I just kind of came to

[1:27:14] realizations like everybody, no matter where they are, they want

[1:27:17] the same thing. They want to be loved. Yeah, they want safety

[1:27:19] for their family. They want to follow their dreams. They all

[1:27:23] have it. Everyone has the same, the same core wants: safety, a

[1:27:30] roof over their head, a job, a job, a purpose, food in their

[1:27:34] belly, love from somebody else, love from their farming,

[1:27:38] harmony. Everybody wants it. When you find a group of people

[1:27:41] who don't have that. There's a program in there.

[1:27:43] Oh yes,

[1:27:44] That's a really bad or negative program. Like you don't believe

[1:27:48] what I believe, I must kill you. As opposed to that's one

[1:27:50] program, or you don't believe what I don't believe. Let's talk

[1:27:53] about it. I'd love to hear your point of view, and maybe just

[1:27:56] maybe I might find something interesting there, or maybe I

[1:27:59] could just live and let live.

[1:28:01] Yeah, it's interesting because we talk about polar experiences,

[1:28:05] the opposites. Okay, what people have to recognize, although

[1:28:10] things appear to be opposites, they're on the same wavelength,

[1:28:14] so to speak, the same scale, just one end versus the other

[1:28:17] end. Very interesting point. The Arab Spring started in Tunisia

[1:28:24] when a man who was so oppressed by the government to do his

[1:28:28] business with a food tribe burned himself alive in front of

[1:28:33] the parliament.

[1:28:34] Yes,

[1:28:34] He said, "I can't live here. I can't burn himself. They got rid

[1:28:39] of the dictator. Then they had a problem. They had a parliament,

[1:28:43] and Parliament said, "Well, we have to. What can we replace the

[1:28:46] district with? We need to make a constitution. And for a year, it

[1:28:52] was polar versus polar in that parliament. Argument, argument,

[1:28:57] argument, argument. Nobody got anywhere. The next year, women

[1:29:03] got voted into the parliament the first time. Sure, and a

[1:29:08] profound difference happened with women. They said, "Look,

[1:29:12] you guys have been spending your time fighting each other as

[1:29:15] pollers. This belief, that belief. They said, "Why don't we

[1:29:19] start in the middle, where both sides believe the same thing,

[1:29:25] rather than starting with both sides don't believe, really

[1:29:29] believe about education. Yeah, both sides we should have

[1:29:32] education. What about healthcare? Yeah, both sides we

[1:29:34] should have health care. You know, putting all that together,

[1:29:39] they created a constitution based on the harmony that was

[1:29:45] the best is the best constitution of any country in

[1:29:50] the entire world. It was such a great constitution; they got a

[1:29:56] Nobel Prize for this. I said, "What was the difference?" Get

[1:30:01] out of the polarity. Come to the midground. The midground allows

[1:30:06] me to see your side and to see your side at the same time, and

[1:30:12] that way I can pick from both sides. Right now, polarized, and

[1:30:18] the idea is well, and my side is against your side, and they're

[1:30:22] not going to come to an agreement until we kill each

[1:30:25] other over which side. When it was women who bring the harmony

[1:30:32] in, men bring the polarity, and women bring the harmony.

[1:30:37] Is it because women like are more cooperative by nature,

[1:30:40] nurturing by nature than men. Men are more aggressive.

[1:30:44] If we had the time, I would love to show you the the difference.

[1:30:48] Are two kinds of bonds, chemical bonds that make up this

[1:30:51] universe.

[1:30:52] Okay.

[1:30:52] One is called a polar bond. The other is called a nonpolar bond.

[1:30:58] A polar bond is like an arrow, positive on one side, negative

[1:31:03] on the other side. A nonpolar bond is like a benzene ring,

[1:31:07] like a ring. I say why? Because the charge is running around the

[1:31:13] ring. There's no one side or the other side. It's a harmony,

[1:31:18] balance. Okay. Fats are nonpolar. protein is polar. I go

[1:31:27] before there were sexes. Both things were required for a cell.

[1:31:33] The the nonpolar was the digestive system and the

[1:31:38] metabolism and reproduction. The polar was the skeleton, the

[1:31:44] support and the protection. When differentiation occurred, the

[1:31:51] males acquire the job of the polarity, the muscle which has a

[1:31:57] positive negative muscle, is the arrow. Okay, so when a bunch of

[1:32:01] men come together, they line up the arrows, positive, negative,

[1:32:05] positive, negative, positive, negative. When women come

[1:32:08] together, they form that benzene ring, a circle of harmony. And

[1:32:14] men, their original job was what protection and support of the

[1:32:20] female, which allowed her to do the reproduction and the

[1:32:25] vegetation, the women were the goddesses of plants. Okay, the

[1:32:32] men were the powerful forces. Okay, well, balance is when they

[1:32:37] come together. Imbalance is when where we are right now, the men

[1:32:43] polarizing, the women have been put off to the side. Okay, and

[1:32:47] the balance has to. The women have to come back to just like

[1:32:50] continue to and temper the men's polarity and return them to what

[1:32:57] is the job of a male support of what the female? Why? Where you

[1:33:05] think vegetation is coming from the plants? It's female,

[1:33:09] reproduction of female. So physically support him and

[1:33:14] protect them. That is the mission, but the mission is men

[1:33:20] win, women who are they? And that's like, well, that's

[1:33:24] completely out of balance.

[1:33:26] That's been like that for forever, but

[1:33:30] period where the women were in charge.

[1:33:32] When was this?

[1:33:33] Oh, back to ancient Greece before you know, just before

[1:33:37] ancient Greece.

[1:33:37] I mean, if you if you look at the Spartans, the Spartans were

[1:33:39] the male, but the women were renowned with their power.

[1:33:44] Yeah,

[1:33:44] As well.

[1:33:46] They were the ones that gave the omens the future, the reading of

[1:33:50] what was going on.

[1:33:51] Oh, the oracle.

[1:33:52] The oracle, right? Yeah, the oracle. Interesting. The U.S.

[1:33:56] evolved from the Age of Enlightenment. I know 1700s. I

[1:34:03] say so what I say, go to Europe. It was a caste system: upper

[1:34:08] class, lower class. The lower class were slaves without the

[1:34:14] change, meaning if you want to survive, you have to work for

[1:34:18] the baron, the upper class.

[1:34:20] Yeah, the king, the Queen, right.

[1:34:21] Yeah, has it worked for them? Okay, and the Age of

[1:34:25] Enlightenment spoke of a utopian world where you can become

[1:34:30] whatever you want to be, not based on your birth as lower

[1:34:34] class, upper. You can do what you want. John Locke in England

[1:34:39] was one of the philosophers, and this guy Rousseau, Jean

[1:34:44] Rousseau, in France, and Rousseau wrote about the utopian

[1:34:48] world, where you can become what you want to be. Harmony, regardless,

[1:34:54] Radical, radical.

[1:34:55] Where did he get his idea? He studied American. Indians than

[1:35:01] Native Americans, and said, "Look, they all live in harmony.

[1:35:06] The women and the men were in harmony. When we created the

[1:35:11] U.S. government, founding fathers Washington, Jefferson,

[1:35:15] Franklin, the Declaration of Independence, and the

[1:35:19] Constitution were predicated on the Native American government

[1:35:24] that was here when the Europeans fled the slavery of Europe to

[1:35:29] the freedom of coming to North America and be what they want to

[1:35:34] be, they even wore the buckskin of the Indians. They did. They

[1:35:39] lived like the Native Americans. Why harmony? Okay, and so the

[1:35:44] beautiful part about that is women had a very important role.

[1:35:49] They had a house, a Congress, the House of Representatives

[1:35:53] equivalent were representatives from the different tribes. Sure.

[1:35:58] Yeah.

[1:35:58] The Senate, the highest house, the one that makes the decision,

[1:36:02] War and Peace, was called the Council of Grandmothers. It was

[1:36:08] only women who were in the Senate. But when the Europeans

[1:36:13] came and copied,

[1:36:14] Can't have that.

[1:36:15] They couldn't have that. wasn't in the world that women could be

[1:36:20] involved. So they just put more men in the other house, and both

[1:36:25] houses now are filled with men fighting each other. But the

[1:36:30] Native Americans, the women, and something else-it was called the

[1:36:35] children's fire. And what that was was here in the background

[1:36:40] were all the people in the government of the Native

[1:36:44] Americans, but in the front of them was a fire where the

[1:36:49] children sat, and the whole point of it was that the

[1:36:53] government in the back was to see the future of the child, to

[1:36:58] plan seven generations ahead of what Supporting the children,

[1:37:03] and that children's fire made sure that harmony prevailed for

[1:37:08] the children. We don't have anything like that. We have the

[1:37:13] fight guys in the back fighting over how much money and who's

[1:37:18] got the power and all that BS, and we lost why the Europeans

[1:37:22] even came to North America.

[1:37:24] Is do you do you believe that this? I think it's a sickness of

[1:37:29] greed and more, and I need to accumulate more and more and

[1:37:33] more. Because at a certain point, you know, Bruce, if you

[1:37:36] make a certain amount of money, you're you're done. You can live

[1:37:41] a comfortable life, and if you make a little bit more, maybe

[1:37:45] your generations-if you're smart with your money-generations

[1:37:49] behind you will be fine. But then there's these people who

[1:37:53] are just obsessed with how much money they're making.

[1:37:56] Money, money is power. Money is tangible energy. It's physical.

[1:38:01] If I have money, I can buy it. I can get it.

[1:38:05] I can control it.

[1:38:05] I can control it, and that's Darwinian. The theorist says

[1:38:11] power. I said, well, what in our world is power? Money. That

[1:38:15] drives the 1% to get as much money as they can get. I go, how

[1:38:20] many trillion dollars do you need? And the idea was,

[1:38:25] according to your theory, there's no limit. The theory is

[1:38:28] make as much as you can. And here's the problem, my friends:

[1:38:32] there is no morality in Darwinian theory. What I mean,

[1:38:39] whatever it takes to win, I don't care how you do it. You

[1:38:43] mean 1000 people will suffer if I do this, but I win. Well,

[1:38:48] those 1000 are not fit.

[1:38:52] There's a story that has to be told about those 1000.

[1:38:55] Yeah, about the survival of the fittest. I'm the fittest. Why I

[1:38:59] have the money? I don't care about them. They're not fit,

[1:39:02] But but Bruce, don't you believe that inherently humanity comes

[1:39:05] in with an empathy?

[1:39:07] 100%

[1:39:08] But that's been blocked out.

[1:39:09] Yeah, but that's programming. This child is born in love. A

[1:39:14] child doesn't have any idea other than harmony. I show a

[1:39:19] video. It's really interesting. It's an infant. I'm infant

[1:39:24] infant, infant, and there's this little bit of a puppet show,

[1:39:29] more or less, and it has a circle rolling to go up a hill,

[1:39:34] and there are two other players. There's a square and a triangle,

[1:39:40] so the rolling one's trying to go up the hill and falling back

[1:39:45] and dries and keeps going until it gets to the top. Then they

[1:39:50] introduce the triangle, and the triangle comes in as the rolling

[1:39:55] circle is trying to go up. The triangle is pushing to help it

[1:40:01] get to the top. Okay. The next thing is a square. The square is

[1:40:06] at the top, and as the searcher is trying to get up, the square

[1:40:11] pushes it down. Now the infant, after seeing this a number of

[1:40:16] times, the person running the show comes out with a tray, and

[1:40:22] on it is a triangle and a square, and it shows it to the

[1:40:26] infant. The infant picks up the triangle and will not pick up

[1:40:31] the square. Why? The triangle was the one that helped. The

[1:40:36] square was the one that pushed the circle down the hill, and

[1:40:41] the infant sees that and already makes his decision. The triangle

[1:40:47] is friendly. The square is not. At an infant level, the child

[1:40:52] was born with harmony is better than the square at that moment.

[1:40:57] The child is born with this.

[1:41:00] It's all programming.

[1:41:01] But then they're in a program in the family, and I say, "Well,

[1:41:05] how much of that family is dog winning? I say, "All of them. I

[1:41:10] said, "How much of them are so dependent on the competition

[1:41:14] that you know killing somebody? That's a way of life. I'm sorry,

[1:41:19] that guy was challenging my survival. I do what I need to.

[1:41:23] They program the love out of that child.

[1:41:26] Let me ask you this, Bruce: What does a healed civilization look

[1:41:30] like? Not only spiritually, but biologically as well.

[1:41:35] A garden. It's a garden where everybody is in harmony. We love

[1:41:40] each other, help each other, support each other. There's

[1:41:44] nobody living on the street. There's nobody, you know,

[1:41:49] starving in that world. That you know, humans are supposed to be

[1:41:58] mammals, which by definition means nurturer, nurturing.

[1:42:04] taking care. I give you example in the lecture. I talk about

[1:42:08] dolphins. Dolphins are mammoths. They have to breathe air, even

[1:42:12] though they're underwater. They have to come up and breathe air.

[1:42:16] If a dolphin gets sick, the other dolphins in that pod that

[1:42:21] they're in will lift up the sick one, bring it to the surface so

[1:42:26] it can breathe, and then let it back down again. That is

[1:42:31] nurturing. That is taking care. We are designed to be nurturers,

[1:42:38] but the program has taken away where screw that one can't

[1:42:41] breathe. That's his problem. I I can breathe. Screw them. It's

[1:42:44] like that's not nurturing. That's dog reading. This is why

[1:42:50] I finally had to write the book because nature said you have the

[1:42:55] answer. You've had it for 20 years.

[1:42:59] What's up, man?

[1:43:01] So that's why the book is called Beyond Darwin, because it's

[1:43:05] Darwin theory that puts us in this position that acknowledges.

[1:43:10] Well, that's okay. It's based on competition, survival of the

[1:43:14] fittest. A loser not fit enough, and that's why they're a loser.

[1:43:18] So don't worry about losers.

[1:43:20] So how's the book being received?

[1:43:23] First week out, New York Times bestseller.

[1:43:26] That's beautiful.

[1:43:27] It was wonderful. I I want this, and you say what? Because I want

[1:43:32] to sell books. I say no. That's not even the mission. The

[1:43:36] mission was, I want to wake people up. Now, biology belief

[1:43:41] has been around the world, sold millions of copies. Okay, but

[1:43:45] that's a community of people who are awakening to belief in

[1:43:50] biology. There's a large population that are sleepwalking

[1:43:55] through this thing, buying the show on TV, buying the ad on TV,

[1:44:00] buying the news and just sleepwalking. I was thankful for

[1:44:04] the New York Times bestseller list on my book because it opens

[1:44:09] it up to that community instead of the same one I keep talking

[1:44:14] to. I'm talking to the converted choir. I'm talking to the. They

[1:44:19] don't really know what I'm talking about. It's the other

[1:44:23] ones I want to wake up.

[1:44:25] That's exactly what.

[1:44:26] And so the New York Times bestseller accommodation for me.

[1:44:32] That's awesome.

[1:44:32] Opens up this to people who will not normally read that book.

[1:44:38] Bruce, where can people find out more about you and the amazing

[1:44:40] work you're doing,

[1:44:41] I love it. So simple, ready? brucelipton.com.

[1:44:46] It's good. It's good marketing. Has a zing to it. Very nice.

[1:44:49] It has everything we're talking about. It has written articles.

[1:44:52] It has audio presentation. We'll have this podcast as well as

[1:44:57] other video podcasts. Why? It's a resource. Space, all of it is

[1:45:02] free. Download for free, all of it. Why? What good is if I'm the

[1:45:07] only guy who is saying I know how to live in harmony, and you

[1:45:12] don't? So it's like, if you live in harmony, my life is better,

[1:45:18] and that is why I want to be surrounded by people who live in

[1:45:23] harmony, because on the outside the disharmony people are far

[1:45:27] away. They're not affecting me. The bigger the circle, the more

[1:45:32] harmony. And what would be we've been talking about was the

[1:45:36] destination. When we all wake up as a part of the garden where

[1:45:41] the idea is to be nurturers, take care of each other, take

[1:45:46] care of the garden, and wake up and do what enjoy the life. I

[1:45:53] frequently ask people. I say, when was the last time you saw a

[1:45:57] sunset? Most people can't even remember. And I go, I ask that

[1:46:03] because I lived in the Caribbean for a number of years.

[1:46:06] Beautiful, isn't it?

[1:46:07] Oh my God!

[1:46:08] That water.

[1:46:09] It was. It was. It was. I would love to go back. Yeah. And the

[1:46:13] point about at sunset, almost everybody comes out on the beach.

[1:46:18] Of course.

[1:46:19] And they're just quiet. They just sit there in contemplation.

[1:46:24] They watch the sun go down, and they leave in harmony and they

[1:46:29] leave in peace. And this is what the sunset always reminds me

[1:46:34] of-a moment of quietness. Sit there, enjoy the beauty of the

[1:46:41] sunset, it's peace and harmony with everybody. It's like wow,

[1:46:49] that is a destination,

[1:46:52] My friend. It has been such a pleasure having this

[1:46:54] conversation with you. I know it's going to throw ripples out

[1:46:57] into the universe, which I hope it does. And I appreciate

[1:47:00] everything you're doing to help awaken the planet, my friend. So

[1:47:03] thank you so much. I cannot wait for our next conversation. So

[1:47:06] appreciate you again.

[1:47:07] So happy to be here with the deepest appreciation of offering

[1:47:12] a platform to provide some knowledge, some empowerment. I

[1:47:17] want people to have their power. I trust them more than the

[1:47:22] government and the corporations

[1:47:25] And the and the religions.

[1:47:28] Let's always go to the beach and watch the sun.

[1:47:31] Thank you, my friend.

[1:47:32] Thank you so much for this opportunity. Deepest appreciation.

[1:47:38] We are living in unprecedented times. We're seeing changes on

[1:47:41] levels that have never really been seen before. We have been

[1:47:45] conditioned out of who we really are. Are we really free?

[1:47:51] What questions you ask, your life becomes an answer to it.

[1:47:55] The

[1:47:56] physical world is not the highest reality, but the soul

[1:48:00] never dies. The soul is eternal.

[1:48:02] You can heal and never forget it.

[1:48:05] Like it or not, you've been chosen. Who chose me?

[1:48:11] Everyone gets a second chance. But when spirit has a message to

[1:48:15] come through, I give it with love.

[1:48:23] We love you.

[1:48:34] That would be amazing.

[1:48:38] We need to shift into a new mindset.

[1:48:40] Come to rediscover yourself as you really are, infinite-a

[1:48:44] completely integrated life: the physical body, the mind, the

[1:48:48] emotions, and of course, the spirit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Lipton describes the subconscious as a hard drive full of programs, some useful like walking and some self-sabotaging. When the conscious mind is absorbed in thought rather than looking out at the world, he says the subconscious programs take over the driving. He estimates that about 95 percent of the day is run from these programs.
Lipton argues that negative belief is as powerful as positive belief, and that a prognosis can become a prescription for the outcome it predicts. He says that people can be affected by the belief that they will die, not only by the disease itself. He presents this as a mechanism he thinks is underappreciated, not as a claim that every illness is caused by thought.
He distinguishes between a conscious mind that creates wishes and a subconscious mind that runs stored programs. If a program was installed with a negative message, good intentions may not override it, especially when the conscious mind is busy thinking rather than observing. This is his explanation for why people who think positively can still fall ill.
Lipton places the most formative period of programming up to about age seven. He uses the family doctor as an example, where a child learns that the doctor knows and they do not, and that deference carries into adulthood.
In the conversation he says that more than 90 percent of the health crisis is due to stress, and he describes cancer as a symptom of a larger problem rather than the root issue. He ties this to his own tongue cancer experience and the mind-body connection he came to see through it.
Lipton says our ancestors did not eat three meals a day, and he treats a defined eating window as a health benefit. He connects this to broader concerns about modern diet, including sugar in drinks. Readers should discuss fasting with a clinician before changing their eating patterns.
Lipton shares a personal interpretation in which consciousness may be received rather than produced entirely inside the body, using the image of cell receptors acting like antennas. He frames this as his own model rather than established science. The conversation also explores the question of whether we have a soul that reincarnates.
