[0:00] Why is it the more you want it, the more
[0:03] you lack it? The more you want someone
[0:05] to text you back or to choose you, the
[0:08] more you resist them actually texting
[0:10] you back and choosing you. And why is it
[0:13] the moment you let go of wanting it at
[0:15] all, that thing finally comes into your
[0:18] life. You finally get the reflection
[0:20] you've been looking for. The biggest
[0:22] growths I've ever had in my life have
[0:25] came when I wasn't focused on getting it
[0:28] and wanting it. The most my YouTube
[0:31] channel has ever grown was when I was
[0:33] the least attached. The most money I
[0:35] have ever made in my life has come as a
[0:38] result of the least focus on it. In this
[0:41] video, I'm going to show you a very
[0:43] powerful concept that comes from a book
[0:44] called Reality Trans Surfing. This is a
[0:47] book that has completely transformed my
[0:48] life from back in 2017. I used to talk a
[0:51] lot about it, but I kind of stopped.
[0:53] There's a new way of relating to this
[0:54] book, though, that I think will
[0:56] completely transform your life from the
[0:57] inside out. It has to do with the level
[0:59] of importance you give things. How the
[1:02] things we make really important we
[1:04] create a lot of resistance around. How
[1:07] the things we make important are
[1:08] normally unresolved energies from
[1:10] childhood of things we wish we would
[1:13] received from mom and dad. And I'm going
[1:15] to show you how to allow love, success,
[1:18] and connection to be a natural part of
[1:20] your identity. I'm going to show you a
[1:22] powerful metaphor I don't think you'll
[1:23] ever forget and how you can finally
[1:26] begin to feel more calm and regulated
[1:28] inside of your body knowing that you do
[1:30] not have to create the things that you
[1:32] want in your life. You don't have to
[1:34] desire it. You don't have to want it.
[1:36] And in fact, the more you let go of
[1:38] that, the more you will actually find
[1:40] that success in your life. So, this
[1:42] video is a complete live that takes on a
[1:44] life of its own. I recommend you watch
[1:45] it all the way to the end. And I promise
[1:48] you that in 30 days, 60 days from now,
[1:50] you will notice that if you apply the
[1:51] concepts I share with you, your whole
[1:53] entire life begins to shift. Why is it
[1:56] the more you want anything, the more you
[1:59] block that thing? And why is it when you
[2:02] let go of wanting,
[2:05] you actually allow that thing to come
[2:06] into your life?
[2:08] Maybe it's you want someone to come into
[2:11] your life. How often is it that people
[2:14] want to attract love? They want it.
[2:17] They're thinking about it. They watch
[2:20] the movie The Secret. I gotta want it. I
[2:23] got to focus on it. And when they focus
[2:26] on it, all they do is feel the
[2:29] dissonance between where they are and
[2:31] what they want.
[2:33] Okay?
[2:34] And the moment they let go is the moment
[2:38] opportunities come into their life.
[2:42] I can't tell you how often I hear from
[2:44] people that want to attract love or want
[2:48] to um attract something into their life
[2:51] and it's when they finally let go of it.
[2:54] And it's not only a letting go of the
[2:56] outcome.
[2:57] It's almost like well it is a letting go
[3:00] of the outcome but it's mainly they
[3:02] start focusing on themselves.
[3:05] They start focusing on like having fun.
[3:09] they start focusing on um their own
[3:12] energy and as they start doing that it's
[3:15] like the resistance goes away and
[3:18] remember anything you really want you
[3:21] really lack.
[3:23] This is one of the most powerful things
[3:26] when you learn about what they call the
[3:28] law of attraction that will completely
[3:29] transform your life.
[3:31] It's that you do not create your own
[3:36] reality.
[3:38] I know you've been taught that. Oh, I
[3:40] need to create my own reality. I must
[3:43] create it. If it's not here now, I must
[3:45] create it. I must desire it and create
[3:47] it.
[3:50] Create your own reality. You don't
[3:52] create it.
[3:54] What quantum physics shows us is that
[3:56] what we can imagine
[3:58] already exists.
[4:01] It already exists. It's simply invisible
[4:04] to you because of your belief system.
[4:08] So, what we're going to be talking about
[4:10] in this video is we're going to be
[4:12] talking about one of the most powerful
[4:13] processes I've ever found that I used to
[4:16] talk a lot about on YouTube and then I
[4:18] stopped.
[4:20] And it's not about reality creation.
[4:24] It's more about realizing that what you
[4:25] want already exists, but you have to
[4:27] take it off a pedestal, see it as
[4:31] natural for your identity.
[4:34] There's something called excess
[4:35] potential.
[4:37] Everyone type in that really easy
[4:39] phrase, excess potential.
[4:42] Anything made really important is made
[4:45] really resistant.
[4:49] And that belief that that process I was
[4:51] talking about earlier, by the way, it's
[4:52] called reality trans surfing.
[4:55] How many of you have heard me talk about
[4:56] reality trans surfing in the past?
[4:58] It's a book written by a Russian quantum
[5:01] physicist translated to English
[5:05] and it's kind of like this niche has a
[5:07] cult following people. The the way I
[5:09] found out about the book was back in
[5:12] 2017 when I was first getting on
[5:14] YouTube, I met a guy that was a
[5:15] millionaire that told me that that book
[5:18] made him a millionaire.
[5:20] And then I got the book and it planted a
[5:22] seed and then I became like very
[5:24] fascinated. It's like a It's this thick.
[5:26] [snorts]
[5:27] And a big part of the book is about
[5:29] realizing that what you want to
[5:31] experience already exists. You don't
[5:33] have to create it.
[5:35] You select it and you decrease
[5:38] importance. You decrease the more you
[5:41] put something on a pedestal.
[5:45] And it explains it's almost like where
[5:47] you the the process. The reason I like
[5:50] it is it it mixes the understanding of
[5:52] letting go.
[5:54] Letting go with kind of like I don't
[5:57] really like to call it the secret
[5:59] manifestation or anything. It's it's
[6:00] like there's a there's a certain degree
[6:02] of letting go and calmness that goes
[6:04] into the process.
[6:08] Like so what I was talking about earlier
[6:10] when it's like anything you put on a
[6:12] pedestal you create resistance around.
[6:14] It's like when I think of people in my
[6:18] life that were like uh wanting to
[6:21] attract love or something, it's when
[6:23] they stopped looking for it. They start
[6:25] having fun or they even told themselves
[6:29] whatever I do, I am not going to attract
[6:32] a relationship for the next 6 months.
[6:35] It won't come into my life at all. I
[6:37] won't look at it. I won't invite it in.
[6:39] Even if it's there, it's not going to
[6:41] happen.
[6:43] How many stories have you heard from
[6:44] people that once they completely like
[6:47] made a choice like I am not going to get
[6:49] into a relationship anytime soon. I'm
[6:51] not going to date or whatever. I'm going
[6:53] to focus on me. Then it happens.
[6:57] Happens a lot because you let go of
[6:59] resistance.
[7:01] You let go of trying to make it work.
[7:04] You let Here's really what you do
[7:05] though. You let go of believing it's out
[7:08] there. you let go of trying.
[7:12] Like the most my YouTube channel has
[7:14] over ever grown, it was when I was the
[7:17] least attached
[7:19] and also I was like the most in flow
[7:21] state having fun.
[7:28] So there's a difference in the energy
[7:30] between really really wanting which is
[7:34] basically really really lacking.
[7:37] Now let's go deeper into the inner child
[7:40] stuff here which is what I think can
[7:41] completely transform your life. So
[7:44] basically if you were to infuse this
[7:47] idea of understanding that anything you
[7:49] make really really important you put on
[7:51] a pedestal
[7:53] if you put a person on a pedestal
[7:56] you immediately put them up there they
[7:58] are then looking down at you. you were
[8:01] looking up at them
[8:03] and you create an energetic distance
[8:06] between you and them where you can't
[8:07] even connect to them
[8:11] like it feels weird.
[8:14] And in many ways, you may have noticed
[8:16] in your life, has there ever been
[8:18] something in your life or someone in
[8:20] your life that for a while you may have
[8:21] put them on a pedestal and then you took
[8:23] them off? And when you took them off,
[8:26] then you could actually connect with
[8:27] them or then they actually saw your
[8:29] value. Any
[8:32] of you ever had that happen?
[8:35] Or maybe you've done that to someone
[8:37] else or they've done that to you.
[8:39] Somebody put you on a pedestal and you
[8:41] could feel that energy and you're like,
[8:43] "Ew." And then all of a sudden they
[8:45] started to they took it away and then
[8:47] you started to feel present with them
[8:48] and you're like, "Oh, actually I can
[8:51] connect with this person."
[8:53] So
[8:55] this is why energetically
[8:57] very often people will find blocks in
[9:00] their life around connecting with people
[9:03] when there is unresolved energy from the
[9:05] past where either mom or dad's approval
[9:08] or love became very important.
[9:11] And what happens is anything that's made
[9:12] important you create resistance around
[9:17] this. By the way, if you experience
[9:19] blocks in love, connection,
[9:21] vulnerability, going deeper in your
[9:23] relationship or attracting love,
[9:25] this might be it.
[9:28] Can you guys hear this right now?
[9:32] Anytime there's an So
[9:36] the things we make important as kids are
[9:40] normally things that we did not receive
[9:43] that we deemed as important because then
[9:45] the strategy or the pattern comes on
[9:48] play in order to get the very important
[9:51] need met.
[9:55] So basically, if it's important that you
[9:58] get mom or dad's approval and
[9:59] validation,
[10:02] you will then value
[10:04] getting approval and validation from the
[10:06] outside.
[10:08] And the moment you value and make
[10:10] getting approval and validation the most
[10:12] important thing on the outside is the
[10:15] moment you you actually resist you even
[10:18] having the possibility of being seen by
[10:20] other people.
[10:24] So people like if you look at Tony
[10:27] Robbins when he teaches like he's at his
[10:29] live events he's like what do you value
[10:31] right he's like what are your top values
[10:34] if your top values are significance and
[10:38] uh certainty you're going to create a
[10:41] life of misery okay
[10:44] but guess what
[10:47] out of all the values
[10:49] if significance and certainty is the
[10:51] most important important value, you will
[10:54] look for that on the outside. And if you
[10:56] live your life looking for significance
[10:58] and certainty in your life
[11:01] and those are your top values, you're
[11:03] going to create a life of resistance of
[11:05] trying really hard. But here's the
[11:08] thing. The inner child part of you that
[11:10] wants to feel seen, heard, soothed, and
[11:12] nurtured, the inner child part of you
[11:15] that feels not seen, not significant,
[11:18] and crave certainty will only look for
[11:21] it on the outside
[11:23] because it doesn't feel it from you.
[11:27] And it's hard. It's easy to say just let
[11:29] go. This is why people have trouble
[11:30] letting go, by the way. It's like just
[11:32] let go. If you're telling someone to let
[11:35] go and say, "Oh, it's easy to let go."
[11:37] It it can be very easy to let go. But
[11:39] the letting go thing that you're letting
[11:41] go of is a pattern that is literally a
[11:43] survival mechanism.
[11:46] It's the survival mechanism for who you
[11:48] believe you need to be as a kid to
[11:50] receive the love and approval of mom and
[11:52] dad.
[11:55] It's a survival mechanism. By the way,
[11:57] the survival mechanisms can very much
[12:00] help you to completely transform your
[12:02] life and can get you pretty far.
[12:05] I was watching The Last Dance last night
[12:07] with uh Michael Jordan. Any you guys
[12:09] seen that on Netflix?
[12:12] It's a whole documentary on the last
[12:14] year of Michael Jordan being with the
[12:16] Bulls of when they won that
[12:18] championship, the sixth championship.
[12:21] And it goes back into Michael Jordan's
[12:23] childhood. Michael Jordan as a kid, he
[12:28] had a dad and a mom. Obviously, he had a
[12:32] dad and a mom and he had a brother. He
[12:34] was extremely competitive with his
[12:36] brother. And one of the reasons being is
[12:39] because his dad his brother I think was
[12:41] older. His dad
[12:44] would basically give more attention at
[12:46] times to his brother than him, which
[12:49] would have him become very competitive
[12:52] because the way that he connected to his
[12:54] dad was by making his dad proud by
[12:56] competing and winning.
[13:00] So his survival mechanism is when I win,
[13:03] I feel in control. He probably feels
[13:05] uncertainty. When I win, I get the
[13:07] approval and love of my dad. And when I
[13:10] beat my brother, I then get more
[13:12] approval. Then years later, you've got
[13:15] this guy, which by the way, Michael
[13:17] Jordan. Do you think Michael Jordan is a
[13:19] pleasant guy to have coffee with?
[13:22] Do you think Michael Jordan has a
[13:23] reputation for being like a really swell
[13:26] guy that just like is so hard opened?
[13:29] Have you heard the stories?
[13:32] He's not the nicest guy.
[13:35] And part of the reason is is part of his
[13:37] part of his survival role
[13:40] part of his survival role from childhood
[13:42] was that who he needed to be in order to
[13:45] receive the love and approval from mom
[13:46] and dad and especially dad
[13:49] was he needed to win. He needed to win
[13:52] and he needed to beat his brother. He
[13:54] literally said, "I would not be where
[13:55] I'm at." And all he was he's addicted to
[13:57] winning by the way. Even now as an
[13:59] adult, he golfs and he gamles. He's got
[14:01] to win. He's got to win. He's got to
[14:03] win.
[14:04] It's his mentality.
[14:07] Why people are like very um inspired by
[14:10] his mentality. Win win. That was a role.
[14:13] That was a survival mechanism as a kid
[14:16] that served him very well.
[14:19] You look at Tiger Woods, look at Serena
[14:21] Williams, look at uh Michael Jackson,
[14:25] look at all of these people who had a
[14:27] parent that was kind of like at a very
[14:29] young age somehow engaging with them and
[14:33] the means to which they could then
[14:35] receive their love from their dad. A lot
[14:37] of times the dad too. Isn't that
[14:38] interesting?
[14:41] Dad very often connected to purpose.
[14:45] Then years later they end up resenting
[14:47] it. By the way, a lot of times, I don't
[14:48] think Michael Jordan did, but you look
[14:50] at Michael Jackson, definitely
[14:51] resentment in there. You look at um
[14:55] Tiger Woods, a lot of resentment towards
[14:57] his dad. Also, they all have a dark
[14:59] side. They all have a very like a an
[15:02] edgy dark side that became one of the
[15:05] things that really drove them.
[15:08] So
[15:10] realize that for you completely shift in
[15:14] your life. It's like the the so the
[15:16] thing that we will normally value the
[15:18] most is the thing that maybe we didn't
[15:20] receive as a kid and therefore we will
[15:22] look for it on the external
[15:25] as an adult.
[15:27] And so that's what's made important. So
[15:29] when we talk about excess potential, we
[15:32] talk about things that are put on a
[15:33] pedestal and talk about like the most my
[15:36] YouTube channel has ever grown was when
[15:38] I was the least attached. The mo the
[15:40] best live events I've ever ran where the
[15:42] most viral content comes from are the
[15:45] events where I'm the least attached and
[15:46] I'm having the most fun.
[15:49] Um
[15:52] there are so many like can you think of
[15:54] an example from your life where you took
[15:56] something off a pedestal and you made it
[15:58] less important
[16:00] and by taking it off a pedestal and make
[16:02] it less important it's like then you
[16:03] could actually connect to it.
[16:06] Then it could actually happen.
[16:09] How often is it that people like an
[16:11] example probably everyone can relate to.
[16:13] Have you ever wanted someone to get back
[16:15] to you or text you back or something and
[16:19] you think about it, you think about it,
[16:20] you think about it. And the moment you
[16:21] finally let go of it, you don't care
[16:24] whether they do or not. You started
[16:25] focusing something else is the moment it
[16:27] happens.
[16:29] But the more you want it, the more it
[16:30] blocks it.
[16:32] And the more you want it, you really,
[16:34] really, really want it, you will really,
[16:35] really, really block it. Because wanting
[16:38] puts you in a reality and a lifeline
[16:42] where you perceive of the lack that you
[16:45] feel.
[16:50] Can you see that?
[16:54] So when you when you really really want,
[16:57] you really really lack.
[17:01] So let go of wanting. Right? That's the
[17:04] key. And the key really is to decrease
[17:06] the level of importance you give that
[17:08] thing. The the challenge is that you
[17:11] subconsciously believe that the way in
[17:13] which you will feel happy is once you
[17:15] have that thing on the outside.
[17:19] That's the belief. So there's a
[17:21] projection. This is what happens.
[17:23] There's a projection of your own energy.
[17:25] There's a projection of
[17:28] I my power is over there. My power is in
[17:30] the future. Or my power is with someone
[17:32] else.
[17:34] And if you walk around subconsciously
[17:38] wanting someone else to give you
[17:40] approval or validation, it's trying to
[17:43] make someone else have a job that's not
[17:44] their job to fulfill a need that's not
[17:47] their need to fulfill.
[17:50] Does that make sense
[17:52] or do you see?
[17:58] So,
[17:59] so with that book I was talking about
[18:01] earlier, reality trans surfing, right?
[18:03] It's a book written by a Russian quantum
[18:06] physicist, um, translated to English and
[18:10] it's been around for years and I made 80
[18:12] YouTube videos about it back in the day
[18:14] and I kind of stopped talking about it
[18:16] for different reasons that we may or may
[18:17] not go into.
[18:20] Um, the idea, some of the ideas in there
[18:23] were very a little bit taboo. Um
[18:27] but one of them is understanding this
[18:30] connection between quantum physics which
[18:31] is that there's an infinite number of
[18:33] realities that exist and it's not about
[18:36] creating it. It's like here's a good
[18:38] analogy. You ready? You guys want me to
[18:40] share a powerful analogy on this? Think
[18:43] of a television.
[18:45] If you are on let's say the History
[18:48] Channel and you want to watch National
[18:50] Geographic, you're watching a little bit
[18:52] of Vikings which is a great show. I love
[18:54] that. My favorite show of all time,
[18:55] Vikings, right? And but you want to be
[18:58] watching David Atenboroough or whatever
[19:00] his name is with his accent talking
[19:02] about cheetahs on National Geographic.
[19:05] Okay.
[19:07] Do you need to create that reality?
[19:12] Like, right, you have a remote. Okay.
[19:14] Now, with the remote, do you need to go
[19:16] and hire a production studio? Do you
[19:19] need to hire David Attenboroough so he
[19:21] can say in his accent something about
[19:24] how the planet is about to blow up or
[19:26] something? Do you need to like create
[19:28] that? Hire them. Create the set. Hire
[19:32] all the actors or the people. Get the
[19:33] photographers. Do you have to do all
[19:35] that?
[19:37] No. It already exists
[19:41] with your remote. Think of your remote
[19:43] like how you think, feel, and act. Your
[19:46] beliefs about yourself, your beliefs
[19:47] about reality.
[19:49] you tune to a different channel, right?
[19:52] It already exists.
[19:54] Now, here's the thing. Most people are
[19:56] subconsciously addicted to Vikings. I'm
[20:00] subconsciously addicted to Vikings. It's
[20:02] an amazing show. It's a metaphor. People
[20:05] are on History Channel replaying what's
[20:07] familiar.
[20:09] How many of you have watched the same
[20:10] movie over and over again because you
[20:12] know what happens and you like that
[20:14] certainty?
[20:15] My dad does it sometimes. You know what?
[20:17] Back in 2012, I thought we might ascend
[20:20] to a different stage of consciousness.
[20:22] Remember that 2012 thing, the Mayans. I
[20:25] remember telling my dad about that and I
[20:27] kind of was, you know, for years. My dad
[20:29] thought was kind of nuts.
[20:31] But here's what happened. He he likes to
[20:34] watch that movie 2012 sometimes as he
[20:35] goes to bed. He's seen it a bajillion
[20:37] times. 2012. Can you think of one movie
[20:40] that as you go to bed at night, you're
[20:41] like, "hm, this feels very nice to just
[20:44] see soothe into before bed." There's
[20:45] like tsunamis destroying the planet,
[20:49] but it's familiar.
[20:51] It's familiar. It's certain. You know
[20:53] what happens, even if what happens is
[20:55] cataclysmic.
[20:57] So, it's like, well, I grew up. And
[20:59] here's here's the metaphoric example of
[21:01] why you feel stuck on the channel you're
[21:03] on. By the way, mom and dad always
[21:06] watched History Channel. Now, I always
[21:08] watch History Channel. And when I watch
[21:09] History Channel, I get to feel the
[21:11] familiar emotions I got to feel as a
[21:13] kid. Those feel familiar emotions might
[21:15] be guilt, shame, fear, anger, but I get
[21:19] to feel them and I'm addicted to what
[21:21] feels familiar. And I say, "Do you want
[21:24] to do you want to tune to the channel
[21:25] with David Atenburgh talking about
[21:27] cheetahs and how the planets going to be
[21:28] destroyed?" And you're like I'm like,
[21:30] "But it's kind of like 2012 or Vikings
[21:32] where you know the planets could be
[21:33] destroyed."
[21:35] [laughter]
[21:36] You're like, "No, it's I don't know it
[21:38] though. What's going to happen? It's the
[21:39] unknown. Anything could happen.
[21:42] What if something bad happens? I'm like,
[21:44] well, guess what? David Amborough has a
[21:46] very smooth, nice accent and there's
[21:50] penguins and it's kind of relaxing.
[21:53] It's kind of chill. I think you'll like
[21:55] it.
[21:56] Or if I'm like, "Hey, you want to watch
[21:58] the Outdoor Boys YouTube channel?" It's
[22:00] one of my uh things that I that I've
[22:02] been watching for years since I don't
[22:04] know if you guys even know what that is.
[22:06] It's like a whole bunch of people camp.
[22:07] It's a whole It's a family camping in uh
[22:09] Alaska, basically. I don't know if I'd
[22:11] ever go camping, but I I definitely like
[22:13] watching people camp for some reason.
[22:15] It's regulating to my nervous system. It
[22:18] soothes me. Okay, but basically
[22:22] what I'm sharing right now is the
[22:24] metaphoric example of how you actually
[22:26] create your reality. What do you do to
[22:28] create your reality? If you are on the
[22:29] History Channel and then you're arguing
[22:31] with me and you're like, "Well, mommy
[22:32] and daddy always played History Channel
[22:33] and it allows me to feel shame, feel,
[22:35] gear, angle, anger. I started mixing
[22:38] words there. It allows me to feel all
[22:40] these emotions that I'm very familiar
[22:41] to. And on the N on G National
[22:44] Geographic, I don't know what emotion
[22:46] I'm going to feel. [panting]
[22:48] I might actually feel calm. And if I
[22:50] feel calm, it's like I'm not used to
[22:52] that.
[22:54] But you see, and then you're like, well,
[22:57] the secret law of attraction says you
[22:59] need to want it. You need to want to go
[23:00] to the history. You you need to want to
[23:02] go to National Geographic. Really,
[23:03] really want it and you'll get it. The
[23:06] more you want it, it's the more you
[23:08] can't find the remote. Remember, the
[23:10] remote is how you think, feel, and act.
[23:11] It's the choices you make. It's not hard
[23:13] to change the channel from History
[23:15] Channel to National Geographic. It's
[23:17] actually very easy. It's only hard
[23:19] because familiar energy is what you
[23:22] know. And you want to be right about
[23:25] reality. You want to be a right right
[23:27] about the Vikings and how it's not fair
[23:29] of the Vikings and the the all the stuff
[23:32] that happened. Of course, I'm using the
[23:34] show Vikings as an example, mainly
[23:36] because it's the best show of all time,
[23:39] arguably better than Game of Thrones.
[23:42] Debate me. Come at me, bro. Come at me,
[23:45] bro. History Channel uh Vikings is one
[23:48] of the That's the See, I imagine if I
[23:52] was like, "The Vikings is the best show
[23:53] ever. Vikings are the best show ever."
[23:55] Which it is, by the way.
[23:58] But if I'm like I that I won't ever
[24:00] watch another channel, another thing
[24:02] again because the Vikings are the best
[24:03] show ever. I want to be right about
[24:04] reality. One of the reasons we stay
[24:06] stuck on our own channel, by the way, is
[24:08] because we're addicted to being right.
[24:09] Look at my childhood. Look what happened
[24:11] in my childhood. This justifies my
[24:12] childhood.
[24:15] A lot of people don't realize they may
[24:16] have hidden loyalties in their family
[24:18] because if a relationship didn't work
[24:19] out between your mom and dad, you might
[24:21] feel guilty if you had a successful
[24:23] relationship. So subconsciously, if your
[24:25] dad mom suffered, you must suffer too.
[24:27] Stay on the channel. Stay on the history
[24:30] channel
[24:33] metaphorically.
[24:35] So to create your own reality, you don't
[24:37] have to create it. You don't have to
[24:39] find if you're on the channel of history
[24:41] channel and you want to go to National
[24:43] Geographic, you don't have to hire
[24:45] producers. You don't have to hire
[24:46] photographers and videographers and all
[24:48] this stuff. It already exists. You have
[24:50] to energetically tune to it.
[24:53] And this is what that book reality
[24:54] transerving talks about. Now the thing
[24:56] that will block you from turning tuning
[24:58] to that channel is also importance. You
[25:00] make it really really important that you
[25:02] do change. You make it really really
[25:04] important you create a lot of
[25:06] resistance. Once again you can't find
[25:08] the remote. Metaphorically speaking
[25:13] it's really really important.
[25:15] It's not natural for you to just be
[25:17] looking at National Geographic.
[25:20] So when I first off I I read um I read
[25:25] that book reality trans surfing back in
[25:26] 2017 2018 I was already like full-time
[25:29] on YouTube
[25:31] but um one of the things that really
[25:33] shifted for me is I I this shifted for
[25:35] me at multiple layers in 2017 working
[25:38] that nineto-ive job I hated. I literally
[25:40] just started to be a full-time YouTuber.
[25:44] Say Aaron it can't be that easy. I just
[25:46] started to be it. I committed to it. I
[25:48] didn't give myself any excuses. I
[25:50] thought, felt, and acted equal to being
[25:52] a nineto-ive instead of a nineto-ive
[25:53] jobgo, which is my familiar history
[25:55] channel type reality. I started to be a
[25:57] YouTuber. Blocks came up. Didn't believe
[26:00] myself. All of that other stuff, right?
[26:02] Didn't feel worthy, blah blah blah. I
[26:04] committed to it. And then eventually I
[26:08] committed to being a YouTuber that was
[26:11] traveling, running live events.
[26:13] That became my dominant reality. But so
[26:16] when I learned when I first read that
[26:17] book reality trans surfing, one of the
[26:19] first ways I used it is there was a
[26:20] house that I really wanted to live in
[26:22] and I really wanted it which means of
[26:24] course I wasn't going to live in it
[26:25] because I want want. When you want you
[26:27] lack. So one of the things I did, one of
[26:29] the things I learned is I learned how to
[26:31] take it off a pedestal and how to see it
[26:33] as natural. So what this meant is what I
[26:36] would do when I was going to bed at
[26:37] night or waking up in the morning is I
[26:39] would visualize being in that house. So
[26:41] there's this house in Vegas, one of the
[26:43] first houses I lived in. A lot of my
[26:44] YouTube videos were in this house
[26:47] and I knew that because I wanted it and
[26:49] because in Vegas at the time there was a
[26:51] big demand for like houses to rent
[26:53] houses and there were like four or five
[26:57] other people that applied for this house
[26:59] but I really liked it. So what I did is
[27:02] I used one of the concepts from the
[27:04] book. It's called outer intention.
[27:07] Someone's outer intention is your in
[27:10] someone else's inner intention is your
[27:12] outer intention. So, I knew that their
[27:14] desire was to have someone in the house
[27:16] that would take good care of the house,
[27:17] that would probably appreciate the
[27:19] house. So, what I did is I shared with
[27:21] them and I said, "Hey, I work from home.
[27:24] I'm young, but I don't I don't I don't
[27:26] run crazy parties or anything like that.
[27:29] Um,
[27:31] and I really appreciate your house. I
[27:33] loved I said some things about it like
[27:35] it was like a a almost like a zen style
[27:38] house was onetory. Love one-story
[27:40] houses." Um, so I was like, I sent him a
[27:44] letter basically saying, "Love your
[27:45] house. Would love to live in it. I know
[27:46] you've got four or five other
[27:48] applications on it right now. This is
[27:49] who I am. This is what I do. And I
[27:51] promise to appreciate your house in the
[27:52] way in which you guys appreciate it."
[27:54] Then when I would visualize it, I would
[27:56] visualize it as I was going to bed as it
[27:59] was normal, not as it was on a pedestal.
[28:02] What would my daily routine in that
[28:03] house be?
[28:05] How would I walk around that house? I
[28:08] remember specifically wake I I
[28:09] visualized myself waking up in the
[28:11] master bedroom because I I did a
[28:12] walkthrough of the house so I knew what
[28:13] it psychologically looked like and then
[28:15] I imagined myself doing my morning
[28:17] routine making videos in one of the
[28:19] rooms um ended up making it in the
[28:21] living room instead of that room but
[28:23] like I had all this visualization around
[28:24] it and then it just eventually felt
[28:26] normal and natural. It wasn't on a
[28:28] pedestal
[28:30] and it was kind of like I surrendered.
[28:32] I'm good either way whether I got the
[28:34] house or not
[28:36] because I realized that my ego may have
[28:40] thought it knew what best but it's like
[28:41] maybe there's something better if it
[28:42] doesn't work out. So it kind of took
[28:43] that importance off the pedestal and
[28:45] then guess what ended up happening?
[28:48] I knew he didn't get in the house. But
[28:50] it was once I let go of outcome, it's
[28:52] once I saw it as natural. Um, and it's
[28:57] once I kind of surrendered and and also
[29:00] I knew here's the other thing. Here's
[29:02] the one of the biggest things. You
[29:03] ready?
[29:05] I thought I would think to myself, if I
[29:08] live in this house and I feel very free,
[29:10] I know I'll make more of a difference in
[29:12] the world and I'll help more people. It
[29:14] wasn't just about me. It was about the
[29:16] people that were renting me out the
[29:17] house. And then it was about the
[29:19] collective of like, think about all the
[29:21] videos I can make that can impact people
[29:23] all over the world. And ironically
[29:26] enough, when I lived in that house, I
[29:27] lived there for a year. I grew a lot. My
[29:31] YouTube channel completely blew up. I
[29:32] think I was probably at two or 300,000
[29:34] followers, probably 100, probably
[29:36] 200,000 followers by the time I moved
[29:38] into that house. And when I moved out
[29:39] was probably like four or 500,000. I
[29:41] probably doubled in that year.
[29:44] things just grew. But look at the
[29:46] attention with the energy there. This is
[29:49] why I think when you get into a flow
[29:50] state, there's no importance. Nothing's
[29:53] on a pedestal. You're connected to it
[29:55] differently.
[29:57] So you being in magnetic energy. So
[30:02] another idea of that reality trans
[30:05] surfing book right away, it's very um
[30:07] kind of esoteric. It's this idea of
[30:08] pendulums, thought forms. pendulums any
[30:12] like your thoughts have form in a way.
[30:15] And the idea is that when you listen to
[30:17] music, when you're watching certain
[30:20] things, even political figures, whether
[30:23] you like it or hate it, you are feeding
[30:26] it energy. And the idea is that these
[30:28] pendulums have effect in our life
[30:30] because of the things that trigger us,
[30:33] because of the things that really
[30:34] activate us. And it takes up our life
[30:37] force energy. And we might think we're
[30:38] thinking our own thoughts. We're
[30:40] actually thinking the thoughts of the
[30:41] pendulum. So there's pendulums around
[30:44] sports. Every sports team is a pendulum.
[30:46] Every musical artist is a pendulum.
[30:49] Every uh political figure is a pendulum.
[30:51] And by the way, the pendulums that have
[30:53] the most power are the pendulums that
[30:55] are the most polarizing. So even if you
[30:57] fight what you don't like, it grows.
[31:01] So these pendulums in the world will use
[31:05] our thought force energy. I know this is
[31:07] very esoteric, by the way.
[31:10] But it's part of this book that I'm
[31:11] talking about. And the idea is that the
[31:14] only way you defeat a pendulum, do you
[31:15] guys know what it is? Some of you know
[31:17] of this concepts I'm talking about right
[31:19] now.
[31:21] There's only one way to defeat a
[31:22] pendulum.
[31:24] Want to know what it is?
[31:30] Pendulum. To defeat it, you observe it.
[31:33] I was trying to think of something funny
[31:34] to say, but I couldn't see think of in
[31:35] the moment.
[31:37] What was so funny?
[31:40] Have you ever noticed that you can't you
[31:42] can't force being funny? You can't force
[31:45] someone to love you. Certain things you
[31:47] just can't force.
[31:49] You have to be surrendered and allowed
[31:51] to receive it.
[31:54] So the only way to you observe a
[31:56] pendulum, it then doesn't have power
[31:57] over you.
[32:00] So says, why do I keep attracting or
[32:02] looking for the same thing?
[32:06] You'll attract situations into your life
[32:08] that reflect back the unresolved energy
[32:09] from childhood many times or the
[32:11] unresolved energy inside of yourself
[32:12] based on the current level you're at of
[32:15] what you're learning or integrating.
[32:19] I'd ask you the same question. Why do
[32:21] you keep looking for the same thing? Why
[32:23] are you looking for the answer outside
[32:24] of you when the answer is inside of you
[32:27] and you know it. Sometimes we block
[32:28] ourselves from knowing things though
[32:30] because we believe that the answer's
[32:31] outside of us.
[32:39] Yeah. So, pendulums,
[32:42] these thought forms, observe them rather
[32:44] than react. Would you guys want me to do
[32:47] a whole live or video on this idea of
[32:50] reality trans surfing and the different
[32:52] topics of it. One of the main things I
[32:53] wanted to share today about this though
[32:55] and is the connection because sometimes
[32:57] that process can feel a little bit
[32:58] emotionally cold because it's like
[33:00] everything you can imagine already
[33:02] exists. Let it be natural for you. Like
[33:05] right now, anything you feel lack in
[33:09] your life, like the the most money I've
[33:10] ever made, it was when I was the least
[33:13] focused on money,
[33:15] it's when I was just having fun. I was
[33:18] in a flow state.
[33:20] And the way to get to the next level is
[33:22] to continue having fun, being in a flow
[33:24] state, adding value, making it more
[33:26] about than just you.
[33:30] But growth comes as a response to your
[33:33] energy. But it's like if you can let it
[33:35] be natural for you. That's where the
[33:36] power is.
[33:38] That make sense?
[33:41] Does that make sense?
[33:45] How do I find a way to express myself on
[33:47] social media in a deeply fulfilling way?
[33:50] Here's you guys want the best the the
[33:52] Okay, very powerful point here.
[33:55] Importance. Anything you make important,
[33:57] you create resistance. When you get on
[33:59] social media, if you're making it
[34:00] important for how people view you,
[34:02] you're put you're putting resistance
[34:04] into it. If it's important because if
[34:06] they like you, then you're enough.
[34:07] There's a lot of importance. If you make
[34:09] one piece of content, that one piece of
[34:11] content lot of importance. One of the
[34:14] reasons I make lots of content is
[34:17] because when I make lots of content, I'm
[34:18] in a flow state. And not only one piece
[34:20] of content is so important that it
[34:22] creates resistance.
[34:24] So this is why for me making daily
[34:28] videos is easier than making one video a
[34:31] week. That one video a week becomes very
[34:33] very important and it's very important.
[34:36] There's a lot of resistance. This is why
[34:38] for me making lots of content allows not
[34:40] one piece of content isn't that
[34:42] important because it's just getting into
[34:44] a flow state having the system set up so
[34:46] it goes out where it needs to go out but
[34:48] there's less importance there. So how do
[34:50] you find a way to express yourself on
[34:52] social media in a deeply fulfilling way?
[34:54] You put in reps. That's it. Your first
[34:56] 20 pieces of content you make are just
[34:58] for you. The reps you put in, the more
[35:00] comfortable you get. People feel what
[35:02] you feel about you. And the more reps
[35:04] you put in, the more comfortable you
[35:06] get.
[35:07] So, it's just reps. Reps is a way of
[35:09] decreasing the level of importance.
[35:12] You guys see that
[35:16] flow state.
[35:19] Two or three of my tattoos are connected
[35:20] to that reality transfer. This called
[35:22] the wave of success. I have a uh this
[35:24] one right here is on pendulums. Like
[35:26] these these ideas are very powerful
[35:27] parts I think of my subconscious in a
[35:30] way and how I share this stuff.
[35:34] Kind of sounds nice, isn't it? I put
[35:35] that up. I was like, what if I go live
[35:38] and it's like annoying, but I'm like,
[35:40] you know what? It enhances the vibe.
[35:44] Think it's enhancing the vibe or what?
[35:47] So wanting it blocks it. Let go of
[35:50] wanting it. You let go of wanting it
[35:54] by decreasing the level of importance
[35:56] you give it
[35:58] and realizing you're good either way.
[36:01] Everyone type in I'm good either way.
[36:04] You're good whether it happens, it
[36:06] doesn't happen. You're good whether
[36:08] people like you or not. It's not your
[36:11] job to make things happen. It's not your
[36:13] job to get people's approval or
[36:15] validation. And remember, it's like the
[36:17] analogy. The reality you want to
[36:19] experience already exists. You don't
[36:21] have to create it. You energetically
[36:23] tune to it by being it. It's natural.
[36:25] And then people say, "Well, I'm being
[36:27] it." And you might feel cringe for a
[36:29] while. Cringe literally means you just
[36:32] haven't put the reps in yet. Crimson
[36:34] might also mean that you're judging
[36:36] yourself.
[36:37] Cringe is a necessary part. If you want
[36:39] to bridge your reality from tuning to
[36:42] the History Channel on a television
[36:44] metaphor, if you want to bridge the
[36:47] reality, the repetitions you put in will
[36:49] feel cringe at first. It will feel full
[36:51] cringe when you start watching David
[36:52] Atenboroough on National Geographic.
[36:55] When you've been watching History
[36:56] Channel and Vikings your entire life,
[36:58] you're going to be like, "This isn't
[36:59] stimulating enough. People aren't dying.
[37:01] Their heads aren't being cut off like in
[37:03] Vikings. There's no charismatic leader
[37:05] like Ragnar with his really bright blue
[37:07] eyes. Why am I watching this guy's
[37:09] voice?
[37:11] Talk about penguins. I don't like this.
[37:13] This is not stimulating enough for me. I
[37:15] want this over here." You fight for
[37:17] familiar, right?
[37:19] Which is why, by the way, use that
[37:21] analogy with attracting love. You might
[37:23] be like on the channel of History
[37:25] Channel where it's like, "This reminds
[37:26] me of mom and dad where mom and dad
[37:28] didn't choose me." So being single feels
[37:30] familiar. But look at this relationship
[37:32] over here on this channel. You're like,
[37:33] "Yeah, but that's uncomfortable." And
[37:35] you'll have to be vulnerable.
[37:36] Vulnerability is scary. I don't want to
[37:39] see David Antboro talk about penguins.
[37:41] That's boring. You know where the
[37:43] excitement is? Highs and lows. I really
[37:45] like highs and lows. Give me highs and
[37:47] lows.
[37:49] I don't know where this accent's coming.
[37:50] I never I've never used this accent in
[37:51] my life, by the way. But I kind of like
[37:53] it. I'm not going over here. I'm I want
[37:55] to go back to what's familiar. What I
[37:58] know is I feel abandoned. They don't
[38:01] choose me.
[38:03] But over here there's penguins and David
[38:06] Atenboroough and a soothed regulated
[38:07] nervous system. No, this is right about
[38:10] reality. I will feel guilty if I go over
[38:12] here because mom and dad were not
[38:13] allowed to watch the the National
[38:14] Geographic. We just know Vikings were
[38:17] people cut their heads off. Even though
[38:19] Vikings is an incredible show, like I
[38:21] said,
[38:25] do you see the difference?
[38:29] See the difference there? It already
[38:32] exists.
[38:34] It already exists. Got to let go of
[38:37] wanting it. Start being it.
[38:43] So anyways,
[38:45] what if I did a what if I did like a a
[38:48] 10day or a 21-day challenge on letting
[38:50] go of importance and being it? Is that
[38:52] something you guys would be interested
[38:53] in?
[38:57] How do you manifest your desires and not
[38:59] make it important?
[39:02] Manifestation.
[39:03] I'm going to manifest it. My ego is
[39:06] going to manifest it to happen.
[39:09] There's there's manifestation from the
[39:11] ego and then there's a connection to a
[39:14] higher self or God. This is why I don't
[39:17] really talk about manifestation that
[39:18] much anymore because a lot of times
[39:19] manifest comes from like the root word
[39:20] meaning hand meaning you create it. You
[39:23] create your own reality. You are on
[39:24] History Channel. You want to go to
[39:26] National Geographic. You have to hire a
[39:28] production team. You have to hire
[39:30] photographers. You have to hire David
[39:31] Atenburghough. And you have to create it
[39:33] because you create your own reality. No,
[39:35] you don't. You don't create your own
[39:37] reality. It already exists. It already
[39:40] exists in the quantum field. Okay? It's
[39:43] really really important when you're
[39:44] really really trying to escape where you
[39:45] are to get over here because over here
[39:47] is better. You do have to kind of become
[39:49] at peace with the History Channel though
[39:51] and Vikings
[39:53] to become at peace with it. So,
[39:57] one of the ways in which you manifest it
[40:01] is by recognizing that God flows through
[40:03] you and that you don't have to control
[40:05] it. You you can you put your focus
[40:08] in a certain direction.
[40:11] Do you see? You put your focus in a
[40:14] certain direction.
[40:16] Yeah. Regulating the nervous system is
[40:18] also connected to this this metaphor.
[40:21] You ever heard of David Edboro?
[40:26] National Geographic, Planet Earth.
[40:28] You've heard his voice. I almost
[40:29] guarantee it.
[40:31] He's got probably one of the most famous
[40:33] voices
[40:35] Who would you say is the most famous
[40:36] voice? You got Morgan Freeman. Pretty
[40:39] famous voice I think of uh that one
[40:42] movie Shaw Shank Redemption.
[40:45] Um who else has a very famous voice?
[40:47] David Atenburghough.
[40:49] Um
[40:52] nice. Yeah. If you guys want me to talk
[40:54] more about this understanding that what
[40:55] you want already exists, you don't have
[40:57] to you don't have to create it. You
[40:59] start choosing it. That's when things
[41:00] really shift.
[41:04] Anthony Hopkins. Yeah, Oprah. These
[41:06] people have very recognizable voices.
[41:10] Anyways,
[41:11] um
[41:13] I'm thinking of maybe going live and
[41:15] doing a a challenge on this idea soon.
[41:18] That'd be Wouldn't that be fun? We did
[41:20] like a 7-day reality shift challenge or
[41:23] something. I'm thinking of maybe doing
[41:25] that in my shift academy,
[41:27] which is my uh like me my monthly
[41:29] membership.
[41:31] Be like a seven-day thing. Let me know
[41:32] if you guys would join that. Is that
[41:34] something you guys would be excited
[41:34] about?
[41:37] Yeah. Part of the part of it would be
[41:38] about letting God or the divine flow
[41:40] through you. Letting go of importance.
[41:43] Stop wanting it. Let it be natural for
[41:45] your identity. How to not people put
[41:48] people on a pedestal and how to see them
[41:50] as natural.
[41:53] Maybe we'll do something like that. Let
[41:55] me know if that's something you guys
[41:56] would like.
[42:01] Nice.
[42:04] Cool. I think that's it for now. I got
[42:06] some stuff I got to do today. Got to be
[42:08] on a meeting soon.
[42:11] Anyways, you guys have fun.
[42:19] Nice.
[42:21] Awesome. I'll see you guys on the next
[42:23] video. Um, couple things I have going
[42:25] on. I have a live event happening in
[42:26] Sedona, Arizona on October 28th. You
[42:29] could see the link is in my description.
[42:32] Um, and then also if you want to learn
[42:35] more about the stuff that we're talking
[42:36] about or go deeper on this, I have the
[42:39] Shift Academy, which is my monthly
[42:42] membership that you guys can join. Um,
[42:45] where we do stuff like this. We'll be
[42:47] doing challenges where my shift method
[42:48] is as well. Other than that, that's it
[42:50] for now. And I think the link's in my
[42:52] bio.
[42:53] Maybe not. Anyways, I'll talk to you
[42:56] guys later. As always, peace, much love,
[42:59] and namaste. If you want to go deeper on
[43:01] reality trans surfing, here's one of the
[43:03] most popular videos I have explaining
[43:05] reality trans surfing that will show you
[43:07] how to apply it in your life and how it
[43:08] will completely transform your life from
[43:10] the inside out.
