[0:00] Tell me what you're stressed about.
[0:01] >> Work, family, uh leaving things behind
[0:04] for 6 days and letting things manifest
[0:07] and grow while you're not present. But
[0:09] you're present here.
[0:10] >> So, you're out of control.
[0:12] >> Yes.
[0:13] >> I see.
[0:15] [laughter]
[0:17] What was that noise that just came out
[0:18] of you?
[0:19] >> Out of control.
[0:20] >> Okay. [laughter]
[0:21] So, cuz by the way, stress, when you're
[0:24] feeling it, there's a thought. Sometimes
[0:26] you're not even aware of it, so you have
[0:27] to ask yourself, "What the am I
[0:28] focusing on? What am I thinking? What's
[0:29] in the back of my Does that make sense?
[0:32] So, what what's the thought?
[0:33] >> Loss.
[0:35] >> All pain, all suffering, starts with the
[0:38] illusion of loss. And write down the
[0:40] word illusion of loss. He thinks he has
[0:42] control and he's afraid he's going to
[0:44] lose it if he's gone. Do you really
[0:45] think he has control over his entire
[0:47] life? Over his children? Over his
[0:49] business? Over his customers? Yes or no?
[0:52] Tell me.
[0:53] >> Uh loss of money,
[0:55] uh loss of
[0:56] uh growth in the business.
[0:58] >> All this stress you've created is based
[1:01] on something you've made up. Like he's
[1:02] made up all these scenarios about what
[1:05] could go wrong, and he's thought about
[1:06] them and felt them and experienced them
[1:08] in his body. And now he's coming here
[1:09] and part of him wants to be here and
[1:11] excited to be here, and the other part
[1:12] of him is out there, and that split
[1:14] focus won't help him. But I want you to
[1:15] get what's the difference between fear
[1:17] and faith, cuz he's really got some
[1:19] fear. We'll call it stress, cuz we're
[1:21] achievers. Achievers don't get fearful,
[1:23] we just get stressed. That's the new
[1:24] achiever word for fear, right? Cuz we're
[1:26] not supposed to be fearful, so we're
[1:27] just stressed. Everybody's stressed.
[1:28] Means everybody's fearful. But what's
[1:30] the difference between fear and faith?
[1:32] They're both made up. He doesn't know
[1:33] what it really is going to happen, he's
[1:35] making it up.
[1:36] But fear is imagination undirected. It's
[1:39] like weeds. You don't have to plant
[1:40] weeds, they grow automatically. But if
[1:42] you want an incredible garden, you got
[1:44] [music] to take control of that garden,
[1:45] which is your mind. And we're going to
[1:46] show you how to do that, and we're going
[1:48] to uncover what's not making it work the
[1:50] way we you want, and what will make it
[1:52] work; and then we got to drill it into
[1:54] our bodies, but none of it will happen
[1:56] without a new intention for how you're
[1:58] going to live. A new intention plus
[2:00] enough energy and enough action will
[2:02] create a new you. So, what's your
[2:04] intention in being here? What do you
[2:06] really want? What do you want, Tim? What
[2:07] did you come to this program for?
[2:08] >> My number one reason is to reignite the
[2:11] passion and energy with my wife.
[2:13] >> That's beautiful. What do you think has
[2:15] gotten in the way of having more passion
[2:16] with your wife up until now?
[2:18] >> Uh the routine, I think. Taking it for
[2:20] granted.
[2:21] >> Only one thing will make your life
[2:22] better. The capacity to find what you
[2:24] love in any moment. The capacity to find
[2:26] something you can appreciate. Cuz if you
[2:28] develop that habit, it will give you an
[2:30] energy that will solve every other
[2:31] problem you have. But when you're always
[2:33] problem-oriented, or stress-oriented
[2:35] [music], or uncertainty-oriented, or
[2:38] fear-oriented, which are all the same
[2:39] things. And all those are, by the way,
[2:41] it's not Tim. We're all wired for this
[2:43] cuz we all have a 2-million-year-old
[2:44] brain. It's a survival brain. It's been
[2:46] around for 2 million years. Hasn't gone
[2:48] away. It used to be there to protect you
[2:50] from a saber-tooth tiger so you could
[2:52] fight it, or run from it, or maybe
[2:55] freeze and hope it didn't notice you.
[2:56] But now there is no saber-tooth tiger
[2:58] you got to protect yourself from. So now
[2:59] people have this stress about what do
[3:01] people think of me. But if we can get to
[3:03] where we focus on what we love most, or
[3:05] if we can find the things we're grateful
[3:07] for, or appreciate in any moment
[3:08] especially the unjust moments,
[3:10] especially the painful moments,
[3:12] especially the fearful moments then fear
[3:14] will leave you, because you'll realize
[3:16] it's an illusion. It's an old brain, but
[3:18] you have a higher self. And that higher
[3:20] self can take you out of it in a
[3:21] heartbeat. Who's ever been in a horrible
[3:24] place, maybe at a funeral, and somebody
[3:26] you know, everybody's sad, you're sad
[3:27] and then somebody quietly mentions a
[3:30] story, or creates a little joke about
[3:32] the deceased that you're not supposed to
[3:34] laugh, and you can't help yourself, and
[3:35] you laugh your ass off. Who knows what
[3:36] I'm talking about here? Who's done this?
[3:38] How fast did you go from sad to
[3:40] laughter? How fast?
[3:41] >> Heartbeat.
[3:42] >> Heartbeat. Because you started focusing
[3:45] on you with something you love,
[3:46] something you loved about that person,
[3:47] something you enjoyed about that person,
[3:48] something you appreciated about that
[3:49] person, instead of the loss of that
[3:51] person. Can we find loss in anything if
[3:53] we want to? Yes or no?
[3:55] >> Yes. Can we find something to be
[3:56] offended by, by anything anybody does if
[3:58] we want to bad enough? Yes or no?
[4:00] So, you can choose to do that, which I
[4:02] know you wouldn't be here unless that's
[4:04] probably not your primary strategy, but
[4:05] we all do it at times. So, if we want
[4:07] freedom, the focus is how do I get my
[4:09] brain trained [music] so it focuses on
[4:12] what I love, it finds the beauty in
[4:13] things. That's not about being positive,
[4:15] that's about being intelligent. Because
[4:17] when you're in a shitty state, when
[4:18] you're in a lousy state, when you're
[4:19] focused on the stress, do you perform
[4:21] higher or lower? Which one? Do you treat
[4:23] people better or worse?
[4:24] >> Worse.
[4:25] >> Are you better lover or worse lover when
[4:26] you're stressed out?
[4:27] >> Worse.
[4:28] >> Now we're getting the important bit,
[4:29] aren't we? So, the bottom line is he's
[4:31] been focused on his fears and not on his
[4:33] love. In a relationship, that person
[4:35] needs to know they're the most important
[4:36] thing in life, but the reason is not
[4:38] because he doesn't love her. It's not
[4:40] because he no longer cares as much.
[4:43] Because he's still [music] trying to
[4:44] become somebody, somebody that's worthy
[4:46] of all the things he wants. And because
[4:48] he doesn't feel he's that, he's putting
[4:50] his energy there instead of with you. It
[4:51] isn't cuz he doesn't love you. It isn't
[4:52] because he doesn't want to be with you;
[4:54] it's because he doesn't feel enough
[4:55] inside, because he lives in a culture
[4:58] that has trained us all that we're not
[4:59] enough until we do a certain number of
[5:01] things, earn a certain way, achieve a
[5:03] certain level, so that we're enough and
[5:05] now we can consume cuz we live in
[5:07] consumer cultures in Western culture.
[5:08] Nothing wrong with it, but it tends to
[5:10] make us focus on what we fear more
[5:12] instead of what we love. [music] How
[5:14] many follow?
[5:16] How do you feel when you're focused on
[5:17] what you love?
[5:18] >> Incredible.
[5:18] >> But what we need to do is figure out
[5:20] what you love today cuz some of you
[5:21] don't even know anymore because you've
[5:23] had the habit of thinking the same way
[5:24] for so long. He thinks that if he gets
[5:26] to a certain level, you tell me where
[5:28] I'm wrong. He gets a certain level
[5:29] within his business, a certain level of
[5:31] freedom, a certain level of economics, a
[5:33] certain level of success in that piece;
[5:35] then he'll be enough, he'll feel great
[5:37] enough, everything will be wonderful,
[5:39] they can go do all these beautiful
[5:40] things that they originally intended to
[5:41] do and be together.
[5:42] >> That's it.
[5:43] >> Now, tell me if I'm wrong, right or
[5:44] wrong.
[5:45] >> No, correct. 100%.
[5:46] >> Right. But when he gets there, it won't
[5:48] be enough. How many of ever had
[5:49] something you worked your ass off for
[5:51] and then you finally made it happen and
[5:53] you were really excited and it was an
[5:54] incredible victory. How many can
[5:56] remember a time like this? Come on, if
[5:57] you got one, make some noise so I hear
[5:58] you out there.
[6:02] Think about this.
[6:03] How long did that good feeling last? How
[6:06] long did you stay in that really amazing
[6:08] state? How long it takes to get to
[6:09] achieve that? How many years or efforts
[6:12] or decades? And then how long did it
[6:14] feel good for? Tell me yours. What's one
[6:16] you can remember that was really cool?
[6:17] >> I got stores opened up in China and had
[6:21] a drink with my dad and was like, yes,
[6:22] we did it. And then the next day I was
[6:24] like, okay, next.
[6:26] >> The next day? Okay [laughter]. So the
[6:28] point of the matter is the only purpose
[6:30] of achieving your goals is not to
[6:32] achieve your goals, it's so that you
[6:33] become more because what you become is
[6:35] what makes you happy, not what you get.
[6:36] What you get will make you happy for how
[6:37] long? Sure. So we need to develop some
[6:40] patterns that are going to give you a
[6:41] lasting life of joy and enjoyment and
[6:44] fulfillment, a beautiful life, not just
[6:46] a life of achievement. What I want to
[6:48] make sure you leave here is something
[6:49] more than that. I want you to leave here
[6:51] on fire for your life
[6:53] so that you're not waiting for someday
[6:55] when you're going to do that, but you're
[6:57] experiencing it now. Cuz when you get to
[6:59] that someday
[7:00] cuz most people have this scheme:
[7:01] someday, someone, somewhere, someplace
[7:05] and then I'm going to be happy.
[7:07] Cuz you've seen it. You've gone to the
[7:08] someday. You've made it to the someday.
[7:10] How many of you got things in your life
[7:11] right now that once were a dream or goal
[7:14] and they're magnificent. How many of you
[7:16] got some things like that in your life?
[7:17] Relationship, business, something that's
[7:18] different. And yet how many of you take
[7:20] it for granted, honestly? Not
[7:22] consciously, just like him. Is he trying
[7:23] to take his life for granted? No, he's
[7:25] just letting fear and stress be the
[7:28] primary focus. He's letting problems be
[7:30] the primary focus. He's willing to
[7:31] create problems that aren't even here
[7:33] yet. Instead of focusing on what do I
[7:35] love and how do I strengthen it? Who's
[7:36] up for some of that here? Say I.
[7:38] >> I.
[7:39] >> So tell me
[7:41] what would bring you closer to your wife
[7:43] and bring that aliveness and passion?
[7:45] Did you have it when you first met?
[7:46] >> Oh, absolutely.
[7:47] >> Absolutely. So, what changed?
[7:49] >> You take someone for granted because
[7:52] and then the lure of uh help
[7:54] >> the lure of familiarity so
[7:56] >> anything enough, you take it just a
[7:57] little bit for granted. It's not meant
[7:59] to be, it's just the way human nature
[8:00] is.
[8:00] >> So, that's kicked in a bit and yeah, we
[8:03] both acknowledge it and I'm trying to
[8:05] fix that and that's what this is the
[8:08] main thing to get that spark back.
[8:10] >> Great. So, it's not something that needs
[8:12] to be fixed cuz it isn't broken.
[8:15] What's not working is that your focus is
[8:17] on things that give you stress so that
[8:20] exhaust you and it's never enough.
[8:22] What's broken is your model the world.
[8:24] Now, when I say model the world, hear me
[8:25] now. Everything that's in your life
[8:27] today that you're grateful for is a
[8:29] result of how you look at life.
[8:31] Does that make sense? How many of some
[8:33] stuff in your life you're really proud
[8:34] of, really grateful for, really excited
[8:35] about? Say,"I."
[8:36] >> I.
[8:37] >> So, you've had a certain way of looking
[8:38] at life that would get you to feel
[8:40] certain feelings, take certain actions,
[8:42] produce certain results, and create the
[8:43] life you have.
[8:44] How many of some areas of your life
[8:45] you're really not happy with at all?
[8:47] Here, let me see your hands. Say,"I."
[8:49] >> I.
[8:49] >> Those are also a result of your model of
[8:51] the world, your beliefs, your values,
[8:53] your way of looking at life, the rules
[8:55] you have about how people should treat
[8:56] me, how I should treat them, how things
[8:58] should be. We all have them.
[9:00] But, we don't even We've accumulated
[9:02] them over years and some of our beliefs
[9:04] and values are in reaction to our other
[9:06] environments we grew up in. If you grew
[9:08] up in environment where
[9:10] your parents were overprotective and
[9:12] they tried to control everything so you
[9:14] never get hurt as an example. Very often
[9:16] when you get older, one of two things
[9:17] happens. You either model them and do
[9:19] the same thing or you value freedom more
[9:21] than security. Some of you model the
[9:23] environment you're in, some of you
[9:25] rejected it and look for its opposite or
[9:27] something different. How many can relate
[9:28] to this in some way here? Say,"I."
[9:29] >> I.
[9:30] >> But, sometimes what works in business
[9:32] doesn't work in a relationship and
[9:34] you're using your business model for
[9:35] your relationship or vice versa. If you
[9:37] wanted to transform this relationship
[9:39] right now, not at the end of this week,
[9:41] what would need to change now?
[9:42] >> Um focusing on moments that created
[9:46] great joy in our life.
[9:47] >> Together, yes.
[9:49] >> Uh being physically intimate.
[9:51] >> Yes.
[9:52] >> And
[9:55] Give me a hint.
[9:56] >> Okay. [laughter]
[9:57] Okay. So, clearly he's a guy, right?
[10:01] Let's think of the moments and let's do
[10:02] it. [laughter]
[10:05] We're going to make it work.
[10:07] Now, as a female energy, she may not
[10:10] have the same operating system.
[10:12] >> Maybe something romantic, do something
[10:13] nice and
[10:14] >> her.
[10:15] What's your name, my dear?
[10:16] >> Uh Juliana.
[10:18] >> Juliana, tell me, um do you want more
[10:20] intimate passion with your husband?
[10:22] >> Yes.
[10:23] >> You said it. What's gotten in the way
[10:25] for you of having that?
[10:26] >> I am more focused on my baby now.
[10:28] >> Yes.
[10:29] >> Yeah.
[10:29] >> So, he's focused on work, you're focused
[10:31] on the baby.
[10:32] >> yeah.
[10:32] >> And then you both come home exhausted
[10:34] together.
[10:35] >> Yeah.
[10:35] >> And for some reason there's no passion.
[10:37] >> Yeah. Exactly [laughter].
[10:43] [laughter]
[10:44] >> But I want you both to know why they're
[10:46] focusing more on the baby and the
[10:48] business.
[10:49] Is it because they don't love each
[10:50] other?
[10:52] Is it because they're bored with each
[10:53] other?
[10:54] No, it's because they're both trying to
[10:55] find a way to be enough.
[10:57] Hers is through the child, his is
[10:58] through the business.
[11:00] But what would happen if we were already
[11:02] enough, my friends?
[11:03] I don't mean some manby pamby you go to
[11:05] the mirror and go,"I'm good enough. I'm
[11:07] sharp enough. People really like me and
[11:08] No.
[11:10] I mean, what if we just knew that we're
[11:11] enough already? Enough doesn't mean we
[11:13] don't grow.
[11:15] Just that our spirit, our soul was more
[11:16] than enough, or we wouldn't be together
[11:18] in the first place. What would happen if
[11:20] we remembered what we forgot, which is
[11:23] how we looked at each other when we
[11:24] first met, what we dreamed of before we
[11:27] ever had that first kiss, what we prayed
[11:31] for,
[11:32] hoped for. But then along the way there
[11:34] become habitual things like well, then
[11:36] you get married and we have the big
[11:37] wedding and then got to have the kid and
[11:39] then we got to get the business
[11:40] successful and those are beautiful
[11:42] things, but they're not as beautiful
[11:45] separate than they are together, are
[11:46] they? How old is your child?
[11:48] >> 6 months.
[11:49] >> I bet he doesn't give the child anywhere
[11:51] near the attention you do even though he
[11:53] loves the child. Safety is what she
[11:55] picked and then what she got is a very
[11:57] safe man who's very loving, but that
[11:59] would not bring sparks because what
[12:02] makes the planet alive is opposite poles
[12:04] of energy. The north and south pole are
[12:05] opposite energies. If you go to a plug
[12:07] you got opposite energies. That's where
[12:09] the electricity comes from. If it's the
[12:11] same, the energy drops out and you can
[12:13] have a beautiful friendship, which is
[12:15] pretty much where you guys are. And
[12:16] there's nothing wrong with a great
[12:17] friendship. I think a great friendship
[12:19] is the base of any great relationship,
[12:21] but the aliveness you both want, you're
[12:23] getting from separate places, and that's
[12:25] not feeling as good. Cuz then, you'll
[12:27] make up stories eventually about it like
[12:29] he doesn't give a or she just
[12:31] gives a about the kid and then
[12:32] those stories start to control us. By
[12:34] the way, change your story, change your
[12:35] life cuz the biggest challenge inside
[12:37] our blueprints is we got stories that
[12:39] are outdated and we're reacting to them.
[12:41] [music] But what caused you to be
[12:43] attracted to this woman when you met
[12:44] her? What was the first thing you
[12:45] >> Smoking hot. It was just amazing. She's
[12:47] amazing.
[12:48] >> Hot?
[12:50] Yes. Is she still?
[12:52] >> Super hot, yeah.
[12:53] >> Super hot? I like that.
[12:54] >> 100%.
[12:55] >> And what about her was hot? What about
[12:57] her pulled you towards her?
[12:58] >> Uh she's got a
[13:00] well, her energy is really beautiful as
[13:02] well.
[13:02] >> Where do we go from here? If we wanted
[13:04] to solve this right now,
[13:06] what would he need to do? What would you
[13:08] need to do?
[13:09] >> We need to be more focused in the
[13:11] present, in the moment.
[13:12] >> More focused in the present?
[13:13] >> Yeah.
[13:13] >> Yes.
[13:14] >> Not in the future. We are more in the
[13:16] future.
[13:16] >> You're always in the future.
[13:18] >> Yeah.
[13:18] >> And he is too.
[13:19] >> Yeah.
[13:19] >> Yes. So you have to bring more moments
[13:21] So how would you bring it to the
[13:22] present? It would be a new habit though,
[13:24] wouldn't it? How many see So would be a
[13:25] new habit for them to come and more on
[13:27] the present. He's focused on the future
[13:29] and he's using faith or fear, which one?
[13:32] Fear because oh my god, what if this
[13:34] happens like and there's a reason cuz
[13:35] he's trying to anticipate those problems
[13:37] don't show up. But in doing it he's
[13:39] lowering his energy. In doing it he's
[13:41] producing stress. In doing it he's
[13:42] making stress as focus instead of love
[13:44] as focus. So it's pretty hard for him,
[13:46] but she does the same. You think about
[13:48] the future in terms of what? What do you
[13:50] focus on about in the future?
[13:52] >> No, I only be more in the present.
[13:54] >> You're more in the present.
[13:55] >> A little bit more.
[13:56] >> Yes, it's hard not to be when the child
[13:57] is screaming, isn't it?
[13:59] Brings you into the present.
[14:01] >> Yeah.
[14:01] >> I see. And so what would you do in the
[14:03] if he was more present, what would you
[14:05] do together? What would you experience
[14:06] together?
[14:07] >> We are together every single day.
[14:10] But we need to be really in the moment
[14:13] [music].
[14:13] >> Yeah. So what makes you feel most loved?
[14:17] >> Nothing.
[14:17] >> the way he looks at you? Is it what he
[14:19] says to you? Is it things he does for
[14:21] you? What makes you feel most loved?
[14:23] >> The thing that he say to me
[14:26] and he does.
[14:28] >> When he says he loves you?
[14:29] >> Yeah.
[14:29] >> A certain tone of voice, certain way of
[14:31] looking at you while he does it?
[14:32] >> Yeah.
[14:33] >> So just do it like this, go, I love you
[14:35] and see how it works.
[14:36] >> You are the most important thing in my
[14:37] world and I love you more than anything.
[14:39] >> This is wonderful. It's opening up lots
[14:40] of seeds. So let me just have you
[14:42] capture something right now. She wants
[14:44] presence and most men don't know what
[14:45] that is. You did a beautiful job. He was
[14:47] sincere, told her the most important
[14:49] thing in your life and it worked, but it
[14:50] was so quick. She wants you to linger.
[14:53] Look at her, yeah.
[14:55] [laughter]
[14:55] And you're not much of a much of a
[14:57] lingerer cuz you're rushing off to your
[14:58] fears, but you can still go handle those
[15:00] things and those issues and you can
[15:02] address them fully, but you got to be
[15:04] able to shut them off and just be with
[15:05] her. So I want you to try something
[15:07] different this time. I want you
[15:09] let's do this. Would you both come out
[15:10] here for me? Come back out here. Damn,
[15:12] you're tall. [laughter]
[15:14] So this is what I want you to do. I want
[15:16] you to look at her, take that mic off.
[15:18] So all I had him do is say look in her
[15:19] eyes, feel with heart and soul, do not
[15:21] think about yourself and say these three
[15:23] things over and over in your head to
[15:24] keep yourself focused. I love you. I own
[15:27] you. I will take care of you forever.
[15:30] [cheering]
[15:33] Just happened.
[15:36] Look at the feeling she has. Okay, how
[15:38] many could see the tears in the edge of
[15:39] her eyes here? He didn't say a
[15:41] word.
[15:43] [music] What do you feel?
[15:44] >> I could see him through his eyes. He's
[15:46] so real.
[15:47] >> Yes. What could you feel?
[15:48] >> Love.
[15:49] >> Love.
[15:50] >> He's uh really special, honest.
[15:53] >> Yes. And then it pulled you to him,
[15:54] didn't it? But most of you aren't taking
[15:56] the time to even do this for yourself,
[15:58] much less for your spouse.
[16:01] Or for your children. And we're all so
[16:02] rushed around trying to solve the things
[16:04] that are going to make us be somebody.
[16:07] That we're forgetting the somebodies
[16:08] that are right next to us who already
[16:10] know that we're somebody. People that
[16:12] love us and that we love. Or those that
[16:14] we could love with just a little bit of
[16:16] presence. How did that feel to you?
[16:18] >> Yeah, felt intense and great. Amazing.
[16:21] >> Yes. How did it feel to have her come to
[16:23] you instead of you having to come to
[16:24] >> That was so long. That was amazing.
[16:26] Yeah.
[16:28] >> What did you say?
[16:29] >> I didn't say anything.
[16:30] >> How powerful was that?
[16:31] >> Amazing.
[16:31] >> You didn't change anything except you
[16:33] went into a place of what you love
[16:36] [music].
[16:36] >> Yeah.
[16:37] >> And your focus was not on yourself. So,
[16:39] when he's thinking about himself and is
[16:41] she loving him, am I getting through to
[16:42] her, he's not with her. We need to
[16:44] change what's going on in here. There's
[16:46] nothing wrong between them. There's just
[16:49] a pattern or two
[16:51] that works really good in business and
[16:53] really shitty with the woman you love.
[16:54] Because in business you're trying to
[16:55] multitask, get everything done, make it
[16:56] all happen, and the tempo goes like
[16:57] that. And that tempo scares her. But
[16:59] what present means, gentlemen, is
[17:02] not only focused on her and not you, but
[17:04] also calm
[17:06] and connected. And his nature is not
[17:09] calm and connected because his nature is
[17:12] pleasing and fear, which make him speed
[17:14] up. By the way, speeding up can be a
[17:16] useful tool at times, but it's become
[17:18] his habit and when you do that you're
[17:20] not present, so you don't get to feel
[17:22] the good feelings.
[17:23] Did you feel those good feelings when
[17:24] you were with her just now?
[17:25] >> Yeah.
[17:26] >> Yeah.
[17:27] >> Yeah.
[17:28] >> And you did it cuz it slowed down.
[17:30] We speed up because we're afraid. Look
[17:32] at the way she's looking at him right
[17:33] now. What are you feeling right now as
[17:34] you're looking at him and as you're
[17:35] hearing this? By the way, he brought her
[17:38] so I could fix this.
[17:42] But he's the one we're fixing.
[17:44] [laughter]
[17:44] >> He don't really need a fix.
[17:45] >> He don't really need a fix. All we
[17:46] really need to do is get him out of his
[17:48] fear and get him back into his faith.
[17:52] Cuz when he did that, there was no fear.
[17:55] Cuz I got him to stop thinking about me,
[17:56] me, me. There's always fear when you're
[17:58] evaluating yourself, my friends.
[18:00] All suffering is about the self. Someone
[18:03] will say to me,"No, no, I'm suffering
[18:04] cuz my children are not doing well and I
[18:06] and I'm worried about them."No, no,
[18:08] you're suffering because you think you
[18:09] failed your children.
[18:12] If they weren't doing well, you would
[18:13] just figure out what to do to help them.
[18:14] The suffering comes cuz you think you
[18:16] failed them. It's a me, me, me. If you
[18:18] and I want to leave this week with a
[18:19] whole new life, we got to learn a new
[18:21] song.
[18:23] It's the we song cuz life's not about
[18:26] me, it's about we.
[18:28] There's only so much joy you can have by
[18:30] yourself. You can do it with alcohol,
[18:31] you can do it with you can work out, you
[18:33] can use music, but none of them compare
[18:35] to when you share with someone else,
[18:36] true? How many of you the first thing
[18:38] that happens when you're really excited,
[18:39] you learn you have a great experience,
[18:40] what do you want to do? What's the first
[18:42] thing you want to do? Shout it out.
[18:44] Share. Why? Cuz when you share, it
[18:45] becomes more. So, this is a part of you
[18:47] that I didn't create just now. It's the
[18:50] real you. You just forgotten this you
[18:52] because you let the other guy be the
[18:54] habit. The pleaser is the habit.
[18:56] >> Yeah.
[18:56] >> And that habit is not serving you. It's
[18:58] not serving your business cuz it's
[18:59] making you stressed. It's not serving
[19:01] you with your woman and it's not serving
[19:02] your level of happiness.
