[0:34] yeah younger brothers sisters and elder
[0:42] brother sisters indeed
[0:49] I feel very happy mixing with people and
[0:54] particularly young people when I say sit
[1:07] with old people then sometimes I feel
[1:11] you go first me go first then when I mix
[1:21] in with young people it five year old
[1:26] person mentally sometimes feel younger
[1:32] so I'm very happy very enjoy meet with
[1:36] you then time always moving so no force
[1:50] can stop that time moving changing its
[1:58] nature now the question is whether we
[2:04] utilize time properly or not and for
[2:10] that it's a past you can't do anything
[2:15] for the future depend on present so so
[2:23] we can make opportunity to create future
[2:32] more peaceful more happy or difficult
[2:37] future now in that respect the
[2:43] generation of to the first century
[2:50] you are the key for people who create
[2:58] this century more happier century or
[3:04] difficult century so the generation of
[3:10] to the first century you have the
[3:15] opportunity and also responsibility and
[3:22] also the remaining to the first century
[3:29] they like me we won't see but you have
[3:35] to live
[3:35] so therefore say it is your own interest
[3:41] to try to have happier century
[3:52] so the generation of 21st century is
[3:57] very very important so please
[4:02] this young product sisters please think
[4:07] more seriously how to build happy world
[4:15] happy century because you know a lot of
[4:24] problem which we are experiencing and
[4:28] seeing include war these human creation
[4:40] so now since this problem many problem
[4:47] human created problem so logically we
[4:52] also have the ability to eliminate this
[4:55] problem if not entirely certainly we can
[5:00] reduce this problem so the human being
[5:11] you have very good opportunity and also
[5:17] moral responsibility to create happier
[5:22] world so now
[5:28] the ragged ease of violence or mainly
[5:41] create creation of anger and and also
[5:50] selfish and narrow-minded if we creates
[5:59] on this world a concept of oneness of
[6:04] human being no basis of V and day then
[6:13] is this such a sorrow or cruelty and war
[6:25] to much based on we and day and that
[6:29] also finally concept of I I we lacking
[6:38] the sense of oneness of seven billion
[6:42] human being if we consider and try seven
[6:46] billion being as human brother sisters
[6:49] then we see no basis to kill each other
[6:54] to bull each other therefore now it is
[7:00] very important we have to develop sense
[7:05] of oneness of human human being and
[7:11] logically you see human being social
[7:16] animal and then any social animal they
[7:26] have the sense of concern about the
[7:28] urban community because their own life
[7:32] will much depend on the
[7:35] community so engine time community
[7:40] you see his or her own area firstly
[7:46] family there's more community now
[7:49] today's world the reality is new world
[7:59] depends on Western world or this
[8:01] terminology or this sort of modern
[8:05] societies calm progressed very much
[8:09] relying on them then also for economy
[8:14] these things west always in need depend
[8:18] on the east and a similarly south and
[8:22] north so from that judging death reality
[8:27] then today's human community since
[8:34] entire seven billion being is a one
[8:37] human community so we Buddhists usually
[8:44] you see recite this is some sort of
[8:49] prayer entire sentient beings and the
[8:52] biggest car mother sentient being and
[8:57] then also you see they other religion
[9:01] now you do Christian tradition and
[9:04] Muslim those theistic religion who
[9:11] believe God so from that viewpoint also
[9:15] you see entire world created by one God
[9:20] so that was something like our Father so
[9:26] all seventeen him being our children of
[9:31] one father God so
[9:36] judging from that but there are seven he
[9:40] means our brothers sisters so these
[9:48] chest is reaching except creator-god
[9:52] very powerful and God everybody using it
[9:57] it's considered God infinite Allah so
[10:02] our Father one God with infinite love so
[10:09] the all silver even being children of
[10:13] their God so if you think seriously how
[10:19] can human being kill each other
[10:22] bully each other we have to live side by
[10:28] side with spirit of brotherhood
[10:31] sisterhood then as I briefly mentioned
[10:37] according non-theistic religion of
[10:43] Sangha one part of some gap no control
[10:49] creator and then Jainism no possible
[10:55] creator and then position no control
[10:59] creator but then the main message is a
[11:11] concern and Karuna so in this country
[11:19] over three thousand years the concept of
[11:23] ahimsa and Karuna so when you seriously
[11:35] practice himself then no basis to attack
[11:39] to harm other so nobody's war violence
[11:45] and all these hymns are concept the
[11:51] digital with Karuna so when you have
[11:55] when when you for follow the teaching of
[11:59] these ancient Indian teachers ahimsa and
[12:05] Aruna then automatically you see that
[12:09] person become very peaceful very
[12:11] compassionate and a sensible person I
[12:17] think India comparatively today India
[12:25] most peaceful and then
[12:30] the religious harmony because of ahimsa
[12:34] conservable himself definitely tradition
[12:40] homegrown a different religion and
[12:43] region come from out of fight there's
[12:47] mainly each other christian and islam
[12:50] and authority these come from outside
[12:53] but you see living here peaceful and
[13:02] religious harmony in this country truly
[13:05] remarkable
[13:08] so in our neighbor country they do to
[13:12] divert his faith killing each other in
[13:16] this country is harmonious
[13:21] so therefore india the thousand year old
[13:29] Kousaka ahimsa at the corona is very
[13:34] much relevant to this world and then
[13:41] again India's tradition secular way see
[13:48] whether believer or non-believer
[13:51] believed this religion or that religion
[13:54] is personal matter as a human being is
[13:58] we need practice of ahimsa and Karuna
[14:07] so among the Egyptian civilization
[14:10] Chinese civilization in the Spratlys
[14:14] civilization which is in the original so
[14:19] you see this industry is civilization
[14:24] I think the main concept as I mentioned
[14:30] earlier non-violence and compassion and
[14:36] that also you see according secular way
[14:41] then today it's really very much
[14:45] relevant to this world since the secular
[14:53] way approach these things so through
[14:55] education not through prayer not to
[14:59] religious belief religious belief is
[15:03] individual matter individual business
[15:07] but this concept of peace compassion is
[15:13] relevant to entire humanity so now the I
[15:21] often used to express the
[15:24] thousand-year-old India's traditional
[15:26] himsa Karuna through education say
[15:35] firstly in this country should revive in
[15:40] education field not only education which
[15:47] exists today is very much oriented about
[15:51] material value basically existing modern
[15:56] education come from best in the West
[16:00] judeo-christian tradition so they are
[16:05] thorough whenever some problem some
[16:09] difficult face just pray God or God
[16:17] no sort of education or knowledge how to
[16:21] taken our emotion or mind so now this
[16:28] country before put before mafia already
[16:37] have the concept of ahimsa and
[16:42] compassion Karuna so now of course not a
[16:52] lot of people here so I may mentioned I
[16:56] have four sort of commitment or
[17:03] responsibility number one I consider I
[17:08] am just one human being on this planet
[17:14] so now even scientist say basic human
[17:20] nature is more compassionate because we
[17:24] are social animal any social animal
[17:28] there are as I briefly mentioned there
[17:33] for life very much depend on the
[17:37] community so there are four basic human
[17:43] ages more compassionate now that's some
[17:46] scientists now thinking that way so that
[17:52] should be basis we can develop
[17:59] compassionate human being through now
[18:03] through education
[18:08] so these days by telling by expressing
[18:12] they any kindergarten level the teaching
[18:22] or education or how to take care your
[18:28] physical health so similar same time we
[18:34] should include hydrogen of emotion has
[18:39] no physical hydrogen of emotion so
[18:45] children also to you you see do you
[18:49] prefer smile or word this kind of face
[18:57] so naturally smile indication or
[19:03] expression of loving-kindness so when I
[19:08] was young like that you see when my
[19:12] teacher showing little beautiful serious
[19:17] face I don't like
[19:22] well my teacher you say make some jokes
[19:27] and some sort of smile then I do not
[19:31] feel tired s even more serious face then
[19:36] I look watch as soon as finished this is
[19:40] that lesson I feel much happier I prefer
[19:43] like that so therefore we are children
[19:49] since we know smile warm heartedness so
[19:56] now
[19:57] education should include now about
[20:01] hiding of emotion and how to create
[20:07] happy mind peaceful mind so my number
[20:15] one commitment is try to create certain
[20:20] building human being more compassionate
[20:25] in me for individual physical health
[20:31] also now these days some scientists also
[20:35] not mention peace of mind very important
[20:38] for healthy for poor health healthy body
[20:43] and because a longitude is a long life
[20:51] so therefore now not talking about next
[20:55] life not talking about put the God or
[20:59] heaven simply how to be happy a human
[21:05] being human society so through education
[21:11] we should include education about or
[21:16] emotion how to take her and fear
[21:25] jealousy this emotion a destroyer of
[21:31] peace of mind and eventually also this
[21:35] way our health therefore say in our
[21:41] education should include more our city
[21:47] explanation more so more education about
[21:51] our emotion about our mind in that
[21:55] respect in this country very very rich
[21:59] material about mind emotion usually I
[22:05] describe something like map of emotion
[22:10] once we fully sort of arsenic Kasota
[22:17] understand ray or knowledge then much
[22:22] easier to take this emotion as a circle
[22:27] away so these settings mentioned in
[22:34] religious texts now he you say according
[22:38] my own sort of little experience lot of
[22:43] information in these Buddhist tests
[22:47] about psychology but then this should
[22:51] consider as a academic subject not only
[22:54] subject according Indian tradition
[22:57] circularly so number one my commitment
[23:04] is trying to promote compassionate mind
[23:10] or loving kindness as mikasa
[23:15] loving-kindness or through education all
[23:20] world as I am once one person out of
[23:26] seven billion be wherever I go I always
[23:29] talk these things no Baba
[23:33] number two my commitment is trying to
[23:38] promote disharmony as I mentioned
[23:41] earlier I have sort of confidence there
[23:47] is a harmony is very possible this
[23:49] country as I mentioned earlier all world
[23:52] is tradition lived together and mid
[23:59] respect and some cases mutual learning I
[24:06] often use a mentioning at the Parsi
[24:10] community in Bombay less than 100,000
[24:15] there are huzzah Susan resident he's
[24:24] come from outside India and then settled
[24:27] in Bobby they carry some fire push or
[24:34] something in big city over medium I
[24:40] think seven million Christian Hindu
[24:45] Muslim less than hundred thousand
[24:48] population pass Percy very happily no
[24:53] fear so that's one example this country
[25:00] I think religious harmony is truly
[25:04] exists over thousand years so I have
[25:11] full sort of conviction religious
[25:13] harmony it's very possible so my number
[25:19] two commitment I'm wherever I go I
[25:22] always tried to share with people all
[25:27] religion in spite different and
[25:31] philosophy a different teacher at
[25:34] different time but all carry message of
[25:39] love and we
[25:41] that forgiveness tolerance
[25:45] self-discipline
[25:47] so all visualization in spite
[25:53] indifferent of philosophy the main
[25:55] message is same therefore and they're
[25:59] also so logically all this religion
[26:02] except you see according the Creator
[26:05] then different otherwise all this
[26:07] religion human created so human
[26:11] naturally the human good quality best
[26:14] quality human now
[26:16] so all religion which essentially
[26:20] created by human being they carried the
[26:24] I mean they the concept of
[26:26] loving-kindness
[26:27] taking care other not harming other so
[26:32] that all religion of human being carried
[26:36] this message and then you see mentioned
[26:42] different of philosophy it is necessary
[26:46] according different people different a
[26:50] mental disposition even if a different
[26:54] geography different climate you need
[26:57] different way of approach the goal M is
[27:03] same loving kindness compassion like
[27:07] that so just harmony very possible
[27:11] otherwise this is just India's neighbour
[27:15] Afghanistan and then the Arab world in
[27:21] the name of religion killing each other
[27:24] untenable really so therefore there
[27:31] reaches harmony very important so it is
[27:36] possible to create disharmony India is
[27:40] the example okay then
[27:43] number three commitment I am Tibetan
[27:47] development people trust
[27:50] so I have more responsibility to think
[27:55] about their future so political matter
[27:59] now already I retired since 2001 I
[28:06] completely retired from political
[28:10] responsibility then we already have
[28:17] elected political leadership or then
[28:22] regarding Tibet ecology now global
[28:27] warming really become more serious so
[28:32] many experts about ecology they really
[28:36] warning us so the best case according
[28:41] some Indian ecologist they say the Tibet
[28:46] high altitude and dry climate
[28:50] so like ecology these ones damage it
[28:55] take longer time to casada casal that
[29:00] recover so ecological condition in
[29:05] Tibetan is quite delicate so I often use
[29:09] expressing their concern the people
[29:13] there and particularly Chinese including
[29:16] Chinese business people see they I'm
[29:22] exploitation about nature resources
[29:24] there hmm
[29:26] this this should should take care yes it
[29:32] is worthwhile to use natural resources
[29:35] but forests of these things they should
[29:39] pay more attention this is my the
[29:43] current debate and then most important
[29:45] is Tibetan knowledge from childhood I
[29:51] study these tests which
[29:58] originally translated from Sanskrit so
[30:09] when I was like you I quite lazy then
[30:17] you see when you see like puzzle because
[30:22] of the counting now when how did you
[30:26] come what so the next day holiday then
[30:31] today I feel very happy I think you also
[30:35] have said feeling isn't it so you know
[30:42] I'm quite lazy but those subject which I
[30:49] learned they are trouble did a
[30:53] traditional way to study these things
[30:56] firstly roots just learn by heart
[31:01] memorize few hundred pages memorize then
[31:08] explain each word according commentary
[31:13] mainly Indian masters commentary then we
[31:18] extensively use debate because shatter
[31:24] Ishita the who are introducing Buddhism
[31:30] in Tibet in eighth century he himself
[31:34] greater logician so therefore is he he
[31:38] introduced buddhadharma in Tibet
[31:41] according nonlinear tradition his trial
[31:46] logical approach is very essential so
[31:52] now the Tibetan are the knowledge not
[31:58] only just prayer prayer or religious
[32:02] belief religious of ritual but logic
[32:08] and philosophy at the knowledge of
[32:15] philosophy now very much this is the
[32:18] similar Bonifacius Cointreau fizz is
[32:21] half the Nollan de salsa de now quantum
[32:27] physicists this is they already develop
[32:31] things outside external things does not
[32:35] exist as appears if you analyze nothing
[32:41] you can find so quite similar this is
[32:47] the mantras concept external thing does
[32:50] not exist only been difference of that
[32:55] creations already like that under
[32:59] projection then so quantum physicist
[33:04] they say this huge gap appearance and
[33:10] reality the reality does not exist s
[33:15] appears this is exactly the Nalan de
[33:20] philosopher exactly she mentioned these
[33:23] things so I want to share with young
[33:29] brothers sisters you know when I listen
[33:33] Condor physicist naturally I had with
[33:41] respect and humbly listen the
[33:44] explanation
[33:45] meantime in my mind I feel I know much
[33:49] better
[33:54] because we study yes yes about an
[33:59] Islander tradition cheetah mantra
[34:00] philosophy yes madam ago philosophy
[34:04] which in Whataburger there are some
[34:08] material flows over also you see except
[34:11] the cheetah mantras mind only school
[34:14] score part then the person Kira Madame
[34:22] occur wonderful
[34:24] now the similar Condor physics nothing
[34:31] excess 2's appears so mention these
[34:36] things because our destructive emotion
[34:41] are very much based on appearances you
[34:45] convince things exist as appears and
[34:49] some nice in attachment some negative
[34:54] thing anger so now some student and in
[35:01] China about controversies now they
[35:05] express the ones they believe nothing
[35:09] exists as a PS that automatically reduce
[35:14] the grasping something independent
[35:17] existence there that's the basis of and
[35:20] all these negative emotion
[35:22] so therefore the Contra physics not only
[35:29] external thing but observer also you see
[35:32] rule through centuries investigation
[35:35] where is I that's also a so now there is
[35:44] no independent I now here differences
[35:51] automata theory and enough materi
[35:56] like that so therefore
[36:03] Tibetan tradition some Chinese
[36:09] professors who who notices these things
[36:14] they express Tibetan Buddhism is true
[36:19] lineage of an Islander tradition and
[36:21] that tradition is very scientific
[36:24] religion some Chinese professors you see
[36:30] Express that way
[36:32] so therefore the Tibetan knowledge I
[36:37] think very useful to preserve so it can
[36:43] make I think certain contribution
[36:46] regarding Khan sort of knowledge about
[36:50] in a world ah then does mainly according
[36:58] to the debate and then political matter
[37:06] as I meant earlier already we have all
[37:10] elected political leadership and since
[37:14] fifty seven no correct 74 74 according
[37:19] but the naruse advice and also according
[37:23] our own experience then we are not
[37:28] seeking independence or separation from
[37:31] China we very much sorrow sorrow winning
[37:36] remain within the people in China and
[37:39] then important is Tibetan knowledge must
[37:44] preserve and including Tibetan language
[37:47] should be preserve and when we say Tibet
[37:55] they in 1914 similar convention they say
[38:02] make distinction in ER Tibet or dr.
[38:06] Petch
[38:08] so independence for Tibet outer Tibet in
[38:13] a debate
[38:14] come DISA they consider energy pet as a
[38:19] part of China so if we only concerned
[38:23] outer Tibet then around less than 200 -
[38:29] millions - millions then including the
[38:36] outer Tibet no energy bet
[38:40] come on doe then altogether about six to
[38:44] seven millions so we are SolarCity
[38:49] concerning we are concern all those
[38:54] Tibetan which Chinese constitutions
[38:57] recognized as a Tibetan sort of race
[39:00] should have same right to preserve the
[39:04] thousand-year-old
[39:05] knowledge and including that language so
[39:13] that's political field you see we are
[39:16] not singing independence but we should
[39:20] preserve Tibetan ecology and rich
[39:23] Twitter culture now today I can ancient
[39:29] knowledge of knowledge now in India they
[39:34] say all these knowledge disappear so
[39:39] only among Tibetan we still kept all
[39:44] these null and thought man and knowledge
[39:47] the more psychology about logic and what
[39:51] you see these like controversies these
[39:54] things we still in our tradition very
[39:58] much alive and also very useful to
[40:02] tackle our emotion so this knowledge in
[40:11] order to keep peace of mind not just a
[40:17] bright faith but in a little through
[40:20] analytical meditation what's the value
[40:22] of anger what's the value or
[40:25] selfish ultimately all this negative
[40:30] emotion little bit selfish so the great
[40:36] master like Shonda or Shanta Dawa or
[40:40] they are writing Oh other she who has a
[40:47] guide to the Bodhisattva of light really
[40:51] wonderful to tackle self-centered
[40:56] attitude and create altruism
[41:01] so thinking other actually benefit
[41:06] yourself own maximum fee so since many
[41:11] years I use the word we are selfish as a
[41:16] serving whole evolution or come with
[41:21] take care oneself including animals but
[41:26] now since we have this human brain so
[41:30] our surface should be why surface rather
[41:34] than foolish selfish so why selfish
[41:39] means since we are social element our
[41:42] individual life depend on the community
[41:44] so take care
[41:47] maximum way what others will be that's
[41:50] the best way to fulfill your selfish of
[41:53] the interest like that so this
[41:59] interaction as a first generation to
[42:02] introduce buddhadharma in Tibet in
[42:05] eighth century and he himself illogical
[42:09] I'm a logician
[42:10] so they also approach anything so all
[42:20] the first our reaction is why the sorrow
[42:26] or city
[42:27] question mark why why why even put this
[42:31] on would why we she taught that so some
[42:38] Nylander master
[42:40] this is rejected some buddhist own
[42:42] teaching if you accepted this literally
[42:46] it goes against reason so we must reject
[42:50] like Nagarjuna agenda Cathy this clearly
[42:56] mentioned that so Buddha himself
[42:59] actually allowed us
[43:00] oh my follower monks scholars should not
[43:06] accept my teaching out of faith but
[43:09] rather tara investigation and experiment
[43:13] so many non in the master exactly
[43:17] followed that way so as I mention
[43:21] earlier okay now let the tradition
[43:24] Buddhist tradition non traditional much
[43:28] was an emphasis on logical approach so
[43:32] good ISM as Chinese as I mentioned
[43:34] earlier described class a scientific
[43:37] religion and my only experience around I
[43:44] think about 40 years I have seen his
[43:47] discussion with modern scientist you see
[43:50] eventually it becomes very useful to
[43:54] meet you learning we also this will
[43:56] learn something from scientific sort of
[43:59] finding and then they also you see very
[44:04] much appreciate about our knowledge or
[44:07] mind of also how to tackle this
[44:11] destructive emotion like that so that's
[44:16] a record interpret and that my latest
[44:20] commitment is try to a revival of
[44:25] ancient Indian knowledge about a hamsa
[44:29] Karuna religion and the grip asana
[44:33] analytical meditation
[44:35] this is india's finishing
[44:37] now modern India I think not sufficient
[44:42] for pay attention about this knowledge
[44:44] your modern Indian very much sort of are
[44:47] today I sorta of cause of the follow the
[44:52] materiality education now time come you
[44:57] should pay more attention about the
[45:00] ancient in the knowledge about mind
[45:02] about emotion
[45:03] then the logically India is the only
[45:09] nation who can combine modern education
[45:13] that oriented about a material value and
[45:17] the science of general are very useful
[45:19] and then meantime ancient in the
[45:22] knowledge tackle our mind to build in a
[45:28] inner strength or inner inner value so
[45:32] only India can can do combined ancient
[45:36] your knowledge and modern knowledge
[45:39] combine modern knowledge bring us
[45:42] physical comfort ancient Indian
[45:45] knowledge bring us when your comfort yes
[45:49] I think with a believer or non-believer
[45:52] the secular way so I easily see with
[45:57] distinction this I think I already
[46:00] mentioned three cities your knowledge
[46:03] you should consider as a academic
[46:05] knowledge not religious knowledge
[46:08] although come from religious tests but
[46:11] we should consider this a secular way
[46:13] and about Hosoda academic subject so I'm
[46:23] trying to revival of ancient Indian a
[46:28] certain knowledge India the young young
[46:32] Indian now you should pay more attention
[46:35] about ancient Indian knowledge about
[46:38] mind o
[46:40] himsa Karuna these things
[46:46] the young Indian now should pay more
[46:48] attention and study so the secular
[46:53] education you should include education
[46:57] about mind as I mentioned earlier from
[47:01] childhood has no real emotion these
[47:04] things so it is my latest my commitment
[47:11] item I I really found number of Indian
[47:17] scholars they really showing interest
[47:22] over my commitment revival all these
[47:25] tension in the knowledge and combined
[47:28] ancient knowledge modern knowledge like
[47:31] that then India can make a significant
[47:35] contribution regarding world peace peace
[47:39] through in a piece like that
[47:43] so now they just God now they are today
[47:51] I'm going to speak something about eight
[47:55] verses on great Trenton a saint monk was
[48:02] and also scholar their teachers the city
[48:08] cyber and Casa de apertura Karim Judaism
[48:18] port or any other special amore Russia
[48:22] me that the under limit on Saturday
[48:25] conversations so the text that we are
[48:30] going to go through was written by
[48:33] disciple of one of the disciples of the
[48:38] boat over who was in turn a disciple of
[48:41] Master a t-shirt upon courage honor who
[48:44] came to Tibbett and this was this text
[48:48] was written by a disciple who was a
[48:52] disciple of
[48:55] disciple of Ottawa and so regarding the
[48:58] disciple photo what they would to
[49:01] disciples mainly who were called Oh
[49:09] Cheryl what are little flashes so these
[49:14] two disciples word Shara WA and then
[49:17] longer a compass this text was written
[49:18] by master Lam written so he wrote this
[49:22] it versus he himself is a great
[49:29] practitioner of altruism so he wrote
[49:34] this very short so something like prayer
[49:39] or subject so I myself since very young
[49:44] age I recite this a drusus every day so
[49:54] this is quite short and very meaningful
[49:58] now the with a determination to achieve
[50:02] the highest aim for the benefit of all
[50:06] sentient beings which surprised even the
[50:11] wish-fulfilling germ may I hold them
[50:16] dear at all times through analytical
[50:24] meditation see also the happiness and
[50:30] including long life and a physical
[50:33] health very much depend our attitude was
[50:37] other
[50:42] so just think oneself then all these
[50:48] negative things negative emotions you
[50:51] sitcom think more about others you get
[50:55] for for because of hope for immediate
[51:02] it's a peaceful mind and then there's
[51:09] life no question you practice after easy
[51:12] think other or more then 100 percent
[51:18] show your nails life will be human being
[51:21] and happy life
[51:24] then practice that every moment your
[51:30] action motivated altruism and every sort
[51:36] of karma action become positive such
[51:43] services relatively sensitive romantic
[51:48] song sent a large German and the at
[51:51] a sauna Collison you siddo
[51:53] from Jacques activist number generation
[51:56] 80s opponent resist the productivity
[51:59] natural aging ambassadorship transition
[52:02] South Africa data
[52:03] she wouldn't natural 100 range of
[52:06] shirisha 70 South Ossetia
[52:10] so as master Tom copper has said this
[52:15] altruistic spirit of enlightenment is
[52:18] the is like the yardstick of the great
[52:24] vehicle tradition and it is also the
[52:27] basis of all the greats Bodhisattva
[52:30] practices and therefore the
[52:36] practitioners Bodhisattvas make this
[52:38] practice of bodhichitta dear principal
[52:41] practice so it shows how great
[52:47] the altruism concerning with a concern
[52:51] for the well-being of all other sentient
[52:53] beings is very important and significant
[52:58] then may I hold them care at all times
[53:04] now this also related with ultimate
[53:10] reality now may I hold where's I
[53:17] besides his body and mind a voice as I
[53:25] so if we investigate we can't find
[53:30] recently I met among the audience on old
[53:36] lady she X she's seeking some kind of
[53:41] blessing from me because her mind so too
[53:47] much sorrow anxiety also discharged then
[53:55] I asked iris
[53:57] I asked her where's self where's I
[54:01] where's you she responds yeah yeah I
[54:07] hear then I asked round or square as she
[54:14] answered round
[54:20] so you know investigated where's I we
[54:26] cannot sort of find the rails or pieces
[54:30] of I so they are not much theory is
[54:36] essentially ultimately we cannot find
[54:40] even use it the control features this is
[54:43] as like external thing observer himself
[54:48] or herself investigate beside this body
[54:51] mind a voice nothing we can pinpoint so
[55:00] as the as I said the kitty not outside
[55:09] it and canonization um do you mean
[55:13] there's a sugar cube insurgents are
[55:15] appalling arrogance or the Delta there's
[55:19] a lozenge
[55:19] Tonya Chadwick another your search model
[55:22] copycat others any change in Versailles
[55:26] Utah anymore and so if you try to search
[55:32] for your true identity
[55:35] you cannot find anything that you can
[55:38] actually pinpoint as being yourself you
[55:40] cannot find find this I that you usually
[55:44] hold on to and be existing as something
[55:48] concrete or something like that as
[55:50] master chandrakirti has said when you
[55:54] actually you know analyzed through the
[55:57] Sevenfold reasoning like analyzing a
[56:01] chariot you will not be able to find
[56:05] anything that you actually can pinpoint
[56:07] as being the I herself but that called
[56:13] despite that you do exist
[56:16] the I or the person does exist by way of
[56:18] merely by way of convention the the
[56:22] volta convention and so we should
[56:25] understand that things are merely
[56:26] designated and they
[56:29] known by worldly conventions color
[56:34] should receive a michelada samishisa
[56:38] missus what da choppah sensual surgical
[56:44] charge my doctor work on the top phones
[56:48] have a chamber so as we say logically we
[56:56] cannot actually have anything that is
[57:00] stained amount kind of an entity and
[57:03] whatever there is I mean there is always
[57:06] some kind of a part of what we do we can
[57:09] talk about our holes whenever we talk
[57:11] about a hole there's always the the
[57:13] constituent factors that make up the
[57:16] whole and so when you try to you know
[57:19] the search for the identity of the
[57:21] things you need to actually dissect the
[57:24] thing into its parts and further into
[57:27] the sub parts and so forth when you do
[57:29] this then there's nothing that you can
[57:31] actually find as being this or that then
[57:35] whenever I interact with someone may I
[57:40] view myself as the lowest amount and
[57:44] from that very depth of my heart
[57:49] respectfully all others as superior so
[57:54] in order to tackle self-centered
[57:57] attitude using these practice is very
[58:00] very helpful and the reality if the
[58:06] circumstances if someone take you remain
[58:09] humble sincerely then if someone take
[58:13] advantage then analyze rather let the
[58:17] other take advantage and what results
[58:24] what consequences analyze then if
[58:28] circumstances and through analytical
[58:31] meditation analyze then eventually you
[58:36] see the Kasota
[58:39] conduct the other person himself or
[58:44] herself you see me make it was more
[58:50] suffering more committed negative karma
[58:54] then according their circumstances if
[58:57] necessary to countermeasure to stop the
[59:02] varsity wrong dream like that then in
[59:08] all my deeds may I prove into my mind
[59:12] and as soon as mental and emotional
[59:17] affliction arise as they endanger myself
[59:22] and others may I strongly confront him
[59:27] and avert them so as I already mentioned
[59:31] they annulled analytical meditation we
[59:36] should develop early understanding what
[59:39] kind of emotion is harmful what kind of
[59:42] emotion is useful then everyone you see
[59:49] carrying themselves so all this negative
[59:54] emotion is ultimate destruction the
[59:57] destroyer of your own happiness your own
[1:00:01] peace of mind like that as I already
[1:00:04] mentioned when I see being so unpleasant
[1:00:09] because I character ya know oppressed by
[1:00:13] strong negativity and suffering may I
[1:00:17] hold them dear for they are here to find
[1:00:22] yes I have discovered a gern treasure
[1:00:34] crushing abyss engine at the root of the
[1:00:36] neurons rotella telecine your courage in
[1:00:39] seashores
[1:00:43] so acidy several practice of altruism
[1:00:47] then this is genuine concern of our
[1:00:53] so-called enemy troublemaker that sense
[1:00:59] of concern is genuine compassion some
[1:01:03] circles on your own friend is more mixed
[1:01:07] with attachment so they they the proper
[1:01:14] way to test your own genuine compassion
[1:01:17] really genuine or not look towards your
[1:01:22] enemy
[1:01:24] the genesis of concern all their
[1:01:27] well-being
[1:01:28] there's genuine compassion okay so
[1:01:34] hundred or say enemy who create trouble
[1:01:38] for you is best teacher withdraw like
[1:01:43] that now when others out of jealousy
[1:01:49] treat me wrongly with abuse slander and
[1:01:53] scorn
[1:01:54] may I take them myself the defeat and
[1:02:00] offer to others the victory wonderful
[1:02:04] hmm few years ago uses some interpret
[1:02:13] some some low-quality
[1:02:18] 2008 know some people in Hassan or start
[1:02:24] demonstration and then suppression
[1:02:30] so at that time I realized someone those
[1:02:33] Chinese officials who making that that
[1:02:38] kind of decision
[1:02:39] I visualize and take their anger their
[1:02:43] fear save myself
[1:02:45] give them forgiveness or tolerance
[1:02:49] compassion depends of the visualization
[1:02:55] so no help to absolute the situation but
[1:02:59] it immense help to keep peace of mind
[1:03:02] like that so then SS or a practitioner
[1:03:10] altruism and hold phenomenon appears
[1:03:14] something very positive too much
[1:03:21] self-centered sort of thinking then
[1:03:25] whole phenomena appears something
[1:03:28] negative and fear disgust suspicion so
[1:03:35] sometimes I as a practice practitioner
[1:03:39] of altruism now at least I think 50
[1:03:45] years more than 50 years with the
[1:03:49] combination of understanding or Shunyata
[1:03:51] about gnosis tears 6070 years so
[1:03:57] sometimes when I saw some ruffled 80
[1:04:01] I feel really strange to home there are
[1:04:06] faults of the face the all phenomena
[1:04:10] also the sentient being very dear says
[1:04:16] already thought reproduce tender
[1:04:18] strategy may be targeted in Java
[1:04:22] transition or decision Toto tell another
[1:04:26] person shuttle terminus or car keys in
[1:04:29] store she was seen do a summary says our
[1:04:34] trial campuses agitated the chorus true
[1:04:38] you know services holiday successive
[1:04:40] generation to see
[1:04:42] so when I see these wrathful them
[1:04:45] paintings of wrathful deities I
[1:04:47] sometimes thing to whom actually are
[1:04:50] they showing their wrath
[1:04:53] in fact when I see these portraits of
[1:04:58] the wrathful deities I also feel that
[1:05:01] what what master indeed ever has prayed
[1:05:04] is actually true which says in the 3rd
[1:05:07] chapter at the end of the chapter today
[1:05:09] I called in the in in the in front of
[1:05:14] the protectors the Buddha's and did I
[1:05:17] call upon all sentient beings as my
[1:05:20] guests for the ultimate realization of
[1:05:24] the Buddhahood and in the meantime also
[1:05:27] for the the temporary benefit within do
[1:05:32] exist until existent and cyclic
[1:05:36] existence and therefore with this prayer
[1:05:38] I actually pray that may the gods and on
[1:05:42] gods and demigods so forth be joyful
[1:05:47] whether I give some authentic ferocity
[1:05:54] initiation usually at the beginning to
[1:05:59] see some part positive expect all their
[1:06:04] forces since now some few years I no
[1:06:09] longer practice that there is nothing
[1:06:12] here
[1:06:13] Dada gets impaired or so in this kind of
[1:06:19] a tantric rituals I mean when we come to
[1:06:23] the point of doing this well we call
[1:06:25] ritual to this way where we imagine -
[1:06:29] you know dispel or drive away the
[1:06:31] so-called evil forces I actually think
[1:06:34] that there's nobody done that called no
[1:06:36] sentient being whom we could call as
[1:06:38] being our enemies or adversities
[1:06:41] everyone is our friends she's rejection
[1:06:45] Oh contributor not some lessons on
[1:06:48] dignity means you you Ramada
[1:06:51] traveling tomorrow so Tom Loranger so in
[1:06:56] fact these so-called evil beings whom we
[1:06:59] think of me driving away during this
[1:07:01] kind of ceremonies our objects of
[1:07:04] compassion and therefore we should not
[1:07:07] think of them as some kind of a you know
[1:07:10] adversary who are harming us way and
[1:07:12] ignite that but be compassionate towards
[1:07:14] them
[1:07:15] in brief may I offer benefit and joy to
[1:07:21] all my mother's both directly and
[1:07:25] indirectly may I quietly take upon
[1:07:30] myself all hurts and pains or my mother
[1:07:37] doesn't it may all this remain Assad
[1:07:44] hunted my way no no by the sending
[1:07:49] strains of its mountain concerns and me
[1:07:59] I realized all this as illusion devoid
[1:08:04] of coddling be released from bodies that
[1:08:12] we at the beginning I or that now
[1:08:17] investigative as I this is more easier
[1:08:24] consultum in the children to neutral
[1:08:29] move initially naturally or martini to
[1:08:32] decision when it comes out and it was
[1:08:34] launched a Texas tour III said Jenica
[1:08:38] yellow shoe store
[1:08:40] Trasolini life in general she to a
[1:08:45] pregnancy my senses coalition any
[1:08:50] culture any consolation sorrow not so
[1:08:54] numbers
[1:08:57] tendency translation agree number two
[1:09:01] tamil rakhi my Senshi university Carly
[1:09:05] and if I say deliver what tony kushner
[1:09:08] anxious a shaky or I'm just like yet
[1:09:10] anaconda wrong you wish I said name
[1:09:12] since he eating anxious any god I'm nice
[1:09:15] and those was cold assumption God that
[1:09:17] Dick Cheney Omar sustain him and hot
[1:09:20] college town zanzibar shelter that did
[1:09:24] Tom day in mink tiny you wanna give us
[1:09:26] some motto only to attend a llamar
[1:09:29] stodgy and Raleigh a shadow menage a lot
[1:09:32] - or the dish so when we with regard to
[1:09:45] this last verse when you come to say may
[1:09:48] I recognize all things as like illusion
[1:09:51] and so forth
[1:09:52] you should try to relate this verse with
[1:09:57] the analysis into who you are as I have
[1:10:01] already explained with regard in
[1:10:03] relation to verse number two when we see
[1:10:06] whenever I interact with somebody you
[1:10:08] should do analysis of who you are and
[1:10:10] try to see I mean whether you can find
[1:10:14] the so-called I or me and then within
[1:10:17] this psychophysical from within the
[1:10:19] psychophysical aggregate or not and so
[1:10:22] when you do this kind of analysis I mean
[1:10:25] we actually try and what we try to gain
[1:10:30] insight into in is twofold one is they
[1:10:33] the what is called the selflessness of
[1:10:37] persons or beings and self analysis of
[1:10:39] phenomena and the between these two self
[1:10:43] answers of phenomena the self is a
[1:10:45] person and phenomena and it's easier to
[1:10:48] gain insight into the selflessness of
[1:10:50] fit person and but then with within the
[1:10:57] Buddhist philosophical tradition there
[1:10:59] are those schools who kind of assert
[1:11:02] that there must be something that we can
[1:11:04] actually find our finger at that that we
[1:11:07] can actually identify as they're real
[1:11:10] the true nature or the true identity of
[1:11:13] a person as search and therefore
[1:11:16] the the kind of assert that within the
[1:11:24] from amongst the psychophysical
[1:11:26] aggregates the five advocates as we
[1:11:28] called him what can actually be pretty
[1:11:31] cool I defy as the the true identity of
[1:11:35] her being or a person is the mental
[1:11:39] consciousness and then within that got a
[1:11:43] while called dividend that there's some
[1:11:46] schools like Judah matrons kind of
[1:11:49] desperately assert a so-called a layer
[1:11:52] began a foundational consciousness as
[1:11:54] being the true identity of a person or a
[1:11:57] being and then there are those of the
[1:11:59] Medea maka philosophical tradition the
[1:12:01] followers of Medea Rockefeller
[1:12:03] philosophical tradition particularly the
[1:12:05] Sava Tantra comedy amicus who say that
[1:12:07] the sixth consciousness the sixth mind
[1:12:10] is the true identity of a person but
[1:12:13] even though they do assert such things
[1:12:16] like the Alya vagina or the sixth
[1:12:18] consciousness as being the true identity
[1:12:20] of a person when you actually put these
[1:12:23] two under the lens of you know a
[1:12:26] critical analysis you will not be able
[1:12:28] to find anything as being the person as
[1:12:32] such whether it's all a vagina or the
[1:12:35] sixth consciousness nothing can be found
[1:12:37] when you do that kind of analysis
[1:12:40] critical analysis in you know to look
[1:12:42] into the nature of the eye or the person
[1:12:44] what you actually get at is that you
[1:12:48] know this empty nature of in yourself
[1:12:50] and there is this the sense of they call
[1:12:54] a vacuity that you may get into and then
[1:12:58] well we call what you actually can't
[1:13:02] come to conclusion is a person yourself
[1:13:06] when you analyze yourself you you cannot
[1:13:09] actually find anything that you can
[1:13:12] actually pinpoint as being your identity
[1:13:15] as such from amongst the first five
[1:13:19] cycle physical aggregates nothing can be
[1:13:22] found as being the person as such and
[1:13:25] therefore what you actually can conclude
[1:13:27] is that this me or the
[1:13:30] is merely designated that that it's
[1:13:33] called merely designated by way of
[1:13:36] worldly convention and nothing else
[1:13:38] so these brothers actually miss attacker
[1:13:43] also emotion destructive emotion firstly
[1:13:49] self-centered selfish
[1:13:51] is a key factor Keith or factor all
[1:13:57] those destructive emotion come for that
[1:14:02] antidote is bodhichitta altruism then
[1:14:10] another sort of wrong view everything is
[1:14:14] exist as appears antidote of that or
[1:14:19] nothing independently is exist all are
[1:14:24] just a mere definite it wrong so then an
[1:14:29] analytical meditation abortion yatta is
[1:14:32] the antidote of dancing so the
[1:14:36] understanding that things have no
[1:14:38] independent existence that they don't
[1:14:40] exist the way they appear to us is the
[1:14:43] kind of counter force or the antidote to
[1:14:46] this grasping or clanking at some kind
[1:14:48] of a concrete cells so my daily practice
[1:14:53] mainly these two things Buddhist and
[1:14:57] analytical meditation abortion yada
[1:14:59] immense help in order to keep peace of
[1:15:04] mind and then come across some of
[1:15:08] problems so these two practice really
[1:15:14] immense benefit so so thank you so I
[1:15:23] really appreciate you give me this
[1:15:27] opportunity to organize this all because
[1:15:29] of opportunity thank you very much
[1:15:33] [Applause]
[1:15:49] your holiness there are some questions
[1:15:51] from the students already okay okay okay
[1:15:53] yeah what should we as students practice
[1:15:58] first compassion or wisdom I get wisdom
[1:16:03] you'd need more study so I think
[1:16:08] originally you come
[1:16:11] you mean more important person
[1:16:17] so that's practice of altruism so
[1:16:21] firstly I think you should practice
[1:16:27] thousand-year-old
[1:16:28] Indian tradition ahimsa Karuna yes how
[1:16:33] do you view yourself how do you view
[1:16:40] yourself just a human being unarmed oh
[1:16:47] I'm too human being
[1:16:55] how do you handle exam pressure what how
[1:17:00] do we how do we handle exam pressure
[1:17:13] when I carry some also the examination
[1:17:18] the finally a kiss examination yes Lily
[1:17:26] ah social anxiety but hmm is it
[1:17:36] basically I think 13 years I study and
[1:17:42] then when you see the date of my
[1:17:47] examination finalized then I put more
[1:17:51] effort for study so not much as today
[1:18:00] not much worried okay how can be as a
[1:18:05] student attain eternal peace and also
[1:18:09] can excel in our academics both at the
[1:18:13] same time cosa
[1:18:23] I think again altruism the very purpose
[1:18:30] of your education study is serving to
[1:18:36] other largely seven to you manatee and
[1:18:43] then you get more enthusiasm or my
[1:18:47] effort the nose or the feeling of
[1:18:51] Chinese come let's just think yourself
[1:18:55] and then try honest certainly come okay
[1:19:00] as written in the second verse it's
[1:19:04] mentioned to consider yourself lowest
[1:19:07] but we are told not to consider yourself
[1:19:12] lower than others at home by considering
[1:19:17] yourself low aren't we
[1:19:20] demoralizing ourselves so Sharon is
[1:19:28] changing the uranium mo repair D min
[1:19:31] deliora Jim or less action Amador so
[1:19:36] there's no way you can feel demoralized
[1:19:38] when you see yourself as being the
[1:19:41] lowest because this is done from within
[1:19:43] the practice of altruism you know
[1:19:46] considering others to be more cherished
[1:19:49] others over oneself alone sufficient and
[1:19:54] social members Devin demoralizing
[1:19:57] goodness but if you remain selfish then
[1:20:01] you know when you actually do think of
[1:20:03] yourself as being the lowest that's
[1:20:05] actually demoralizing yourself amidst
[1:20:12] all the ensuing chaos in the world which
[1:20:16] stories moments does His Holiness
[1:20:18] revisit to instill faith in humanity
[1:20:21] again
[1:20:35] as I mentioned earlier to see everybody
[1:20:39] want happy life and level knowledge what
[1:20:45] is the destroyer of unhappiness so just
[1:20:48] destroy all happiness and what is the
[1:20:52] ultimate source of happiness this is
[1:20:56] these I think level knowledge so
[1:20:59] sometimes you feel cutter frustration
[1:21:03] this is the flow condition some lenders
[1:21:06] are much motive Ganesha yes so basically
[1:21:10] what this shows is that you are lack
[1:21:14] understanding okay okay the working of
[1:21:16] our relations our minds okay okay no I
[1:21:25] think please okay no okay okay okay no
[1:21:29] problem no problem
[1:21:33] yes what could be the reasons for the
[1:21:39] prevalence of depression and anxiety
[1:21:41] among school students well no I think
[1:21:46] you should as I mentioned earlier the
[1:21:50] self-centered attitude and level of
[1:21:55] knowledge about the whole emotion system
[1:21:58] that's the main reason so static I can
[1:22:03] at least the Shanta De Aza book very
[1:22:06] helpful should the young preserve their
[1:22:11] traditions or embrace modern culture
[1:22:14] Corsa
[1:22:18] I think as I already mentioned
[1:22:27] combination the education which come
[1:22:32] from West is no knowledge about emotion
[1:22:37] these things so the existing Western
[1:22:44] education existing education which come
[1:22:47] from West the the certain field not sort
[1:22:52] of sufficient or not mentioned so in
[1:22:55] that the India sort of thousand year old
[1:22:58] tradition shootin Soviet so we should
[1:23:04] actually be able to add India's ancient
[1:23:07] knowledge okay
[1:23:12] how important is a meditation for the
[1:23:16] young today I think it is quite I think
[1:23:25] the relevant at least in morning they
[1:23:31] the class session start I think few
[1:23:36] moment just as a remain silent and think
[1:23:39] about mind the Queen useful
[1:23:47] were your personal challenges as a
[1:23:50] teenager close to the ones we face today
[1:23:54] I think variety that was me you needed
[1:24:00] her come the motion the novel author
[1:24:02] this had a Cochrane so it's difficult to
[1:24:05] save and definitely at it seemed because
[1:24:09] you know things depend on your own
[1:24:11] circumstances and your own mentality
[1:24:14] mental disabilities and so forth why is
[1:24:19] the Guru important alpha oh the gems in
[1:24:29] the rich women on earlier I Rama do a
[1:24:31] chandelier in any of this anything you
[1:24:34] do endeavour Lama the tomorrow meet you
[1:24:35] to Asuka sauce Jenny ardent or gently
[1:24:39] singing to assure in his short he
[1:24:41] undercover stranger Danka to ten years
[1:24:44] old
[1:24:44] mark auntie Sarah Danny go up on
[1:24:47] attention what dr. Tony the package
[1:24:50] movie as master Tom copper in his great
[1:24:56] treatise on the stages of the path sees
[1:25:00] one who someone who wishes I mean who
[1:25:04] wants to actually discipline others must
[1:25:07] first be able to discipline himself or
[1:25:09] herself because there is no way without
[1:25:12] disciplining yourself as human day you
[1:25:15] can actually discipline others control
[1:25:17] other's emotions and so forth and then
[1:25:19] when it comes to called explaining about
[1:25:24] guru devotion or you know reliance on
[1:25:26] guru there are ten different criteria
[1:25:31] that are mentioned in the Mahayana
[1:25:32] sutras Omkara and one of them is that of
[1:25:36] compassion affectionate love or
[1:25:40] compassion and so this quality is very
[1:25:44] important in a teacher what according to
[1:25:50] you is happiness
[1:25:56] I can do to level one physical never
[1:26:02] joyful yes at the mental level the
[1:26:06] mental level is more more important
[1:26:09] mental level happy joyful the physical
[1:26:14] pain
[1:26:14] not much important not much sort of
[1:26:18] affect other hand physical very
[1:26:22] comfortable very happy life but mentally
[1:26:26] too much disturbances that person is
[1:26:31] cannot call heavy person so mental level
[1:26:34] much more important your holiness
[1:26:37] children want to know how did you escape
[1:26:40] from Tibet oh there's a wrong story
[1:26:44] hmm firstly you should know nine years I
[1:26:51] spent with Chinese Communists and and
[1:26:59] 1954 I went to China I develop very
[1:27:05] close relations with Germany and
[1:27:08] a many party member
[1:27:11] I really admire those communist party
[1:27:15] member truly dedicated serving people
[1:27:20] wonderful there then eventually I think
[1:27:25] power spoil depth and then people who
[1:27:33] have power
[1:27:33] then they law no independent law so on
[1:27:41] my friend actually the late President of
[1:27:47] Israel Gaza Shimon Peres he very
[1:27:53] socialist
[1:27:54] so he very sympathetic towards Chinese
[1:27:58] in early period then later one occasion
[1:28:03] I met him and I asked him do you think
[1:28:07] now China is socialist he immediately
[1:28:09] said no was the kind of capitalism
[1:28:15] [Applause]
[1:28:18] so either way the worst thing is no
[1:28:23] freedom no Free Press these are people
[1:28:32] in China just only one in relation the
[1:28:38] part is sort of our city cause poor
[1:28:41] Organa like that so then finally even if
[1:28:46] my life
[1:28:47] you see facing some danger then I
[1:28:50] escaped 1959 tender March sort of cry
[1:29:01] for entire hearts of people or say also
[1:29:06] come to know Belinda and shouting so
[1:29:10] then nest
[1:29:14] tender mara tender March till 17th I try
[1:29:19] my best to cool down the situation but
[1:29:23] faith then 17th I decided the living
[1:29:32] Casa so the last moment a Chinese the
[1:29:39] local leader asked me they want to know
[1:29:44] the place where I stay there are few
[1:29:49] broth no Linga so they they want to know
[1:29:55] the place they should mark and they will
[1:30:01] protect no so when we received that
[1:30:07] letter there either to the target or
[1:30:13] project do not know the last seven nine
[1:30:20] nine years very difficult eventually
[1:30:24] since 1956 my sort of suppression and
[1:30:29] isn't Tibet so number also the spiritual
[1:30:38] leaders and also local people ocol sort
[1:30:41] of leaders many characters like that so
[1:30:46] therefore and when they when I received
[1:30:49] their so orcid a message so doubt better
[1:30:56] so it clearly shows they're going to
[1:31:00] suppress or or miss reaction so then 17
[1:31:06] morning I recite living now and also is
[1:31:12] I carry some mysterious ways to
[1:31:16] investigation so then all the same sort
[1:31:21] of indication should go should leave
[1:31:24] like that okay how do you overcome brief
[1:31:40] Buddha also died at the Nagarjuna with
[1:31:45] all these you say that if nature the
[1:31:51] whole plexus come and disappear so
[1:31:57] someone is passed away it's quite nature
[1:32:03] what is self enlightenment in your view
[1:32:06] alpha
[1:32:16] actually according my own little
[1:32:19] experience as I mention earlier several
[1:32:23] decades I practice Shinya de wisdoms 11
[1:32:28] and altruism Omaha tennis I feel
[1:32:38] Russell Johnson shitake solo today
[1:32:42] Allah give a social yes so through my
[1:32:46] practice over the last 70 plus years I I
[1:32:51] feel that perhaps I may be somewhere
[1:32:56] close to what is known as the part of
[1:32:59] accumulation within these five tiers
[1:33:02] part system uh today I gotta cut the
[1:33:05] bottle at the part of some girl police
[1:33:06] also tell you column you are a syllabus
[1:33:09] or some B's and so if we relate the the
[1:33:14] the five tiered path to the mantra of
[1:33:17] the Heart Sutra which says got the Ngati
[1:33:20] whare Ngati whare some Gatti and then
[1:33:23] Bodhi svaha so there are five different
[1:33:25] mm parts that are called that these
[1:33:30] mantras refer to so I feel I may be
[1:33:34] somewhere near this first Gatti which is
[1:33:37] a reference image is referred by a part
[1:33:43] of accumulation so this is the last
[1:33:51] question is it good to be just a normal
[1:33:56] human being or one should be very
[1:33:58] nationalistic national sphere
[1:34:05] I think the social nationalistic some
[1:34:10] time for a meander war Okonedo
[1:34:14] some positive Ian Karachi in Gruber
[1:34:18] Diane missus eternity
[1:34:21] McCombs in the methodology that talk on
[1:34:25] a team yet sometimes in grow so not to
[1:34:32] be nationalistic also you need to
[1:34:35] actually check within yourself whether
[1:34:37] this nationalistic you know attitude
[1:34:39] happens within a set of mind which is
[1:34:43] very narrow-minded or or not I mean
[1:34:47] short-sighted and so forth or not if
[1:34:49] that is the case then that's not a good
[1:34:52] thing to do
[1:34:53] whereas if you actually see the the
[1:34:57] constructive nature of being
[1:34:59] nationalistic and thinking that your and
[1:35:03] the people of India or your own country
[1:35:06] and if you are able to do something for
[1:35:09] them or to protect them and so forth is
[1:35:11] some good reason if you see a good
[1:35:13] reason for that then you can be
[1:35:16] nationalist which may be considered as a
[1:35:18] constructive one mission that's net
[1:35:21] nationalists external pressure the G
[1:35:25] around for the change of chart on the
[1:35:28] different oil model yes so in the
[1:35:32] practice of nationalism if you actually
[1:35:36] tend to be kind of a biased in a way you
[1:35:40] hold your site to be better and then
[1:35:43] wish to overcome or destroy the other
[1:35:45] side then that's not good okay
