Sophie Grace Meditationer

Sophie Grace Meditationer, known internationally as Sophie Grace Meditations, is a Swedish meditation teacher who creates guided meditations and relaxation exercises as audiobooks. She has released more than 20 titles in Swedish, organised into categories: breathing exercises, relaxation, guided meditations, loving-kindness, sleep, children, beginners, and nature sounds. Some titles are also available in English, Danish and French.

She draws on several meditation techniques, since different techniques suit different people. Her aim is that everyone can find something that fits them in her library. Her work includes sleep stories for adults, such as The Cozy Cabin, and a daytime sibling, The Winter Cabin, which is a meditation story. Another title combines loving-kindness with guided imagery, leading the listener through a safe, beautiful place where they meet people they know to varying degrees and offer them well-wishes.

Her meditations are available on audiobook services including Storytel, Nextory and BookBeat, on her own membership site on Patreon, and in a selection on Spotify, YouTube and iTunes. She also writes a blog on topics such as stress and positive psychology, and she credits the composers behind the background music she uses.
