Michele Riechman

Michele Riechman is a health and life coach, online personal trainer and yoga teacher who helps women over 40 build healthy habits, strengthen their mindset and create lasting change. She holds a doctorate in physical therapy and a bachelor's degree in exercise science. Her yoga training includes a 200-hour certification and an online trauma-informed yoga certification. She is also an accredited EFT practitioner and holds certifications in Precision Nutrition Level 1, women's health and somatic healing.

Her own path began after the birth of her third child. She was caring for her family and working part-time, and she found herself out of breath walking up a flight of stairs. She started small, with 20–30 minute workouts that fit her real life. Over time she grew stronger, lost weight and felt better. She says the bigger change was in how she understood her thoughts, emotions and habits, and she credits coaching, mindset work and tools like EFT with that shift. She also speaks of her Christian faith as part of that growth.

Michele believes getting healthy is about more than food and exercise. Her work brings together strength training, simple routines, stress management and mindset, so the tools can help with everyday life too, including boundaries, communication and letting go of what cannot be controlled. She is a mom of four.

She hosts the Healthy Beyond 40 podcast, which also has a YouTube channel and a Facebook community. She teaches live yoga classes and shares meditations on Insight Timer. Her message is that you do not have to start perfectly, only start, and that small steps can lead to big change.
