Leslie L. Bost

Leslie L. Bost is a nomadic mother and Spiritual Director who lives between Mexico and France with her husband and four children. She is the founder of Casa Damara and Sabios Parenting, and her work centres on sacred feminine embodiment, conscious family living and devotional service.

Casa Damara grew out of her family's life. They lived on a boat for nearly a year, an experience that shaped them as a family, each member on their own path while closely witnessing the others'. Unable to find that dynamic on land, they set out to create it: a place that nurtures individual transformation alongside family connection, in all its forms.

Leslie's work is rooted in the belief that presence and devotion are a way of life, not something we do but something we are. She brings a background in trauma healing, spiritual psychology, intuitive intelligence, sacred parenting and meditation, and more than a decade of study with teachers including Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Dr. Gabor Maté, Suzi Lula, Ricci-Jane Adams and Yvonne Laborde. More recently she has immersed herself in Tantric lineages that honour the Goddess.

A community builder at heart, she hosts retreats in France, California and Mexico, including journeys on the Damara catamaran in the Sea of Cortez and a pilgrimage on the path of Magdalene in southern France, and she gathers women in sacred circles. She believes every woman holds a wellspring of wisdom within her, and that when we come together in presence, we remember who we truly are.
